I ordered a pricey basket of live plants for the funeral of an out of town relative. The Basket was chosen from the Flower Carts website; what was sent was nowhere close to resembling that selection. What really made me angry was the substitution of sweet potato vine (very inappropriate for a funeral array). The flowers used were more for planting outdoors in planters. Be aware you may not get what you want if you use this florist.

I called the day after Valentine's Day so I really didn't expect the great level of service I received. Sam took my order and worked with me for two days to get the flowers delivered. I gave her my budget and let them decide on the arrangement. When I saw what they put together I was blown away! It was a much larger than I expected and the flowers were high quality and very fresh. I will definitely be using their services again and feel good about recommending them.

I called late afternoon for get well for sick twin little boys. They delivered (same day) the cutest containers with each twin a teddy bear, lots of candy and chips, snacks and a ballon. I told them what types of things twins liked and that's what they included and more!!! Twins loved it and I have happy smile pics to prove it!

I ordered sympathy flowers that were charged to my card immediately. The next day I recieved an email stating these werent avalaible so I needed to contact their shop. I did this and was told this would be voided. Its been 3 days and the charge was NEVER voided. I also recieved an email that they had delievered these. So please if you order from this company please pay attention to your bank and emails or you will end up paying for nothing!! I never recieved one phone call from this company!! I feel like it was a scammed!!!

I have ordered before, so I decided to order again (though the first time I ordered, it was not what I wanted but it was comparable) this time was a mess!!! I paid extra to surprise my daughter on her 18th Birthday to have it delivered before school was out.... I ended up having to tell her about it and she had to go back to the school and wait an hour before she got them!!! I haven’t even been paid back the money that I paid for it to be there by noon!!! Not only was the surprise lost, I paid a lot of money for very little, and again, not what I ordered!!! Very disappointed!!! Will never attempt to use this place again!!!

Wonderful costumer service, even from across the ocean! When I ordered my bouquet online I received an email saying that the flower arrangement was no longer available and that I would need to call the store. Since I live overseas that wasn’t an option but we were able to correspond via email with no trouble and not only arrange a lovely new bouquet but also deliver it on super short notice! My mother was thrilled to death about her gorgeous flowers and I am thoroughly impressed with how accommodating the team was at the Flower Cart! Thank you so much for brightening my mother’s day! Do not order from here if you want to receive the flowers you purchase. They do not deliver when promised, are full of excuses, and unapologetic when they don’t deliver the birthday, anniversary, mother’s day, etc flowers that were intended to make you feel special. In fact, they are down right rude. We tired to support local, but they are just not worth it. Tipton & Hurst in LR always does an exceptional job, unfortunately, they don’t deliver to our new house.
