Today is Wednesday, February 12, 2014--two days before one of the most important days in a husband's and wife's relationship. As a male and a procrastinator who works in Russellville but in need of a customer-designed flower arrangement for Valentine's Day for my wife who lives and works in Little Rock, I scoured the web for Little Rock florists. I started with the first Google return and worked my way down the list of florists, but all of those florists either (a) would not create custom orders, (b) would not accept additional orders, or (c) did not have any tulips available. Several of the workers even hung-up on me without a "Thank you for calling" or saying "Goodbye." I hit pay-dirt when I called Floral Express Flower Market and spoke with Ted--one of the nicest, most customer-friendly employee I have ever encountered (and no, that is not an exaggeration). Ted quickly verified that he had tulips in stock, he gladly agreed to customize my order, and he even asked me if I wanted the arrangement delivered Thursday--making me look like a real planner and saving my skin! I highly recommend buying flowers from Floral Express and working with Ted. You won't be disappointed, and you'll be glad you conducted business with a company that actually cares about its customers, which as we all know, is a rare occurrence these days.

I live out of state, and was able to order flowers online for a friend same day. I ordered around 9am. Flowers were delivered around 1pm and they were beautiful. Great customer service as well when I called to see if a confirmation of delivery email would be sent.

I've never left a review on Google before, but my experience with this business has compelled me to share. I ordered an arrangement and was assured by the woman I spoke with that they would be delivered in a specific time frame on Valentine's day. Instead, the order was cancelled without ever giving me any notice. ON VALENTINE'S DAY. I left my contact information when I spoke with them, so I know they had the ability to contact me, but they chose not to do so. Edit: I'm revising this because the owner reached out to me to rectify the situation. He explained why it occurred and it seemed like an honest mistake and the interaction left me with a much better impression of the business.

Today I received a call from Ted (very nice man), the owner of Floral Express Flower Market. Regarding the awful rate/review I posted, I thought it his flower shop was responsible for the day late flower delivery for our 15th wedding anniversary. When in fact it was Just Flowers from Las Angeles, CA.. My husband ordered them online due to being deployed to South Africa for 1year. I'm very SORRY
