Bought an arrangement for my wife and they turned out great. They didn’t have certain flowers in stock for the arrangement I picked out, however they communicated this to me and improvised with others that honestly looked better than what I thought we were getting. This was my first experience and I have no complaints.

ABSOLUTELY THE MOST SPECTACULAR FLOWERS AND ARRANGEMENTS I'VE EVER RECEIVED. THESE FOLKS HAVE BEEN GIVEN A BAD RAP BECAUSE THE CITY CUT THEIR UNDERGROUND WIRES TRYING TO GET INTERNET SERVICE TO ANOTHER FLORIST THAT OPENED A NEW LOCATION JUST ACROSS THE STREET FROM THEM. THEY LOST THEIR INTERNET IN THE PROCESS AND IT AFFECTED EVERY ASPECT OF THEIR BUSINESS. MY HUSBAND HAS ORDERED MY FLOWERS FROM THEM MANY TIMES AND WHEN SOMEONE SENDS ME FLOWERS FROM SOMEONE ELSE, I KNOW IMMEDIATELY. THEY ARE NEVER AS PRETTY AS CONWAY FLORIST.

I was delivered WILTED daffodils in a lopsided arrangement with bent shrubbery. When I called and asked to be reimbursed the woman told me the flowers had not yet bloomed and did not acknowledge the poor arrangement. 2 days later, the flowers which were once partially wilted are now fully wilted. Do not surprise a loved one with an arrangement from this florist. They will be disappointed.

This place is horrible. The flowers I received were brown and wilted and when I took them back to the store to exchange them the owner, Shirley, accused me of leaving them in a hot car on purpose to make them wilt. When I denied this (because that's completely absurd) she cursed me.

Do not use this florist at all!!! Ordered some flowers that were suppose to be delivered before lunch and they did not show up until 9 30 at night! When I got the flowers they were no where near close to what I had ordered! They were wilted and quite possibly the most pathetic I have ever seen! I honestly could have had a 3 year put together a better arrangement! Then they had the nerve to say that it was my fault, as well as being extremely rude to my wife when she brought them back. So do whatever you can to stay far away from these people!
