As a floral shop owner it is always wonderful to know that the floral shop on the receiving end takes as much pride in their work as we do on our end. Customer service is horrible. They were actually trying to get my recipient to come pick up her flowers from the shop, after I had paid the delivery fee! If you talk to miss Ashley, it sounds like you're speaking to a robot. I took my business to colonial flowers there in Russellville. They also have BEAUTIFUL flowers and when I call, I was actually treated with care!

On a whim I stopped into Cathys for a few arrangments of flowers with my son(one for grandma and one for his friend), and was very impressed. They allowed my toddler to pick out flowers for both arrangments which he was so excited to feel included. Once we paid and sat down to write the cards my son was brought a single rose by the gentlmen in the back to give to myself. Little did they know what a rough week I have had and this was just the pick me up I needed. I will forever remember that kind act. They have my buisness for life.

This florist has been so patient with me. We have shared quite an adventure with blue bottles. I would recommend them, as well as Colonial Flowers. It was with their cooperation and good will that my mystery was solved. Update: The blue bottles made it to their intended destination. The adventure of the blue bottles continue but now are complete with beautiful flowers with my Aunt. Thank you, Cathy's Flowers for your kindness and patience.

The most pitiful arrangement ever! My experience does not even earn a 1 star rating. When you order “cheerful colorful” flowers over the phone from out of State you should be confident the arrangement ordered is what is delivered and not a couple overpriced flowers and berries instead. Please save yourself the disappointment DON’T call Cathy’s Flowers. I feel completely taken advantaged of. My niece texted me a picture and for the $54.50 I paid I would have gotten more flowers from a grocery store for $19.99. I was able go to the store and ask to see a comparable arrangement and the one shown was beautiful and exactly what I had ordered but looked NOTHING like what was delivered. When given the opportunity to provide Customer service at my dissatisfaction they also fell short, no apology or concern with making things right only saying they had used high end flowers/berries, which was not ordered nor wanted. Pam was offended that I felt what was provided was inferior and overpriced! They never expected me to see that arrangement and without me knowing the 24 hour policy never cared if I was a happy customer.

Pre Ordered. Manager said they were out for delivery. Then got back on the phone and said they hadn't left yet. Horrible place to send your mom flowers from. Still haven't received the flowers or my $75 dollars back. Terrible place, stay away

Think twice if you plan to have flowers delivered to Arkansas Tech. This is the second time I have ordered flowers and Cathy's Flowers has not been able to deliver the flowers in time. They wait until 15 minutes before 5pm to leave the flower shop and instead of calling the number on the order for directions for the drop off they wait until the building have been locked up for the night and then call stating they were unable to deliver the flowers. There is nothing like ruining special moment when flowers are delivered the next day.

Joe with Cathy’s flowers did my wedding and it was absolutely stunning. He took all of my jumbled ideas and Pinterest photos and made them into something beautiful. He can also rent out cake stands, lanterns, tables and anything else needed to make the day exactly what you want. He even made sure gifts got from the church to the reception. He was fabulous to work with and made dreams a reality!!
