Super unprofessional and horrible customer service. I live in Chicago and I ordered flowers for my mother in law who lives in that area well they ended up giving her a plant instead of the bouquet of flowers that I ordered specifically for her. They also called her and told her to pick up her order when I payed for delivery. Horrible place!
