Ordered a small Valentine's arrangement I don't believe the order was taken even though they took my credit card information. When I called the next day they said had been delivered.later that evening contacted the said party they didnt receive them. Thank you Buds N Bows for ruining a very good moment to a very dear friend.

I was very upset with my wedding day flowers. I was supposed to have a Maid of honor bouquet, 2 bridesmaids bouquets, 2 flower girl flower crowns, boutonnieres, corsages, and a throw away bouquet. They thankfully did an all right job with the altar flowers. Things after that went downhill though. I did not receive a Maid of honor bouquet, I got 2 bouquets for my flower girls instead of crowns, and the flowers in the other bouquets were wilting. My husbands boutonniere started to fall apart when they pinned it on and they were made with the wrong flowers. My parents accepted the delivery and the woman delivering didn't even feel bad that they messed it up. She said it was too late to fix it. She didn't bother to see about a refund or anything else. She was the one who took our order, she knew it was wrong. Thanks to quick thinking on my flower girl's mom she had Tipton and Hurst make us flower crowns. I really hope these people can fix their issues, but I will not be returning to purchase from them and I will not be sending them any business.

Was out of town when the father of a dear friend passed. Since I was unable to attend the funeral, ordered some nice flowers a couple of days in advance of the service. Was assured by very nice lady on the phone that delivery to funeral home in plenty of time was no problem. Imagine my surprise when I received a call from my friend thanking me for the beautiful flowers received by her mother at her home the day after the service. I guess I should be glad they found her at all, since she lives in another city. Very disappointed.

I picked this flower shop because of the google reviews. I placed an order mid-day 10/24/2018 and called the following morning to see if any changes could be made to order she asked my order which she said she was making it at the moment then got really rude about not being able to make changes and there was nothing she could do. I understand not being able to make the changes but I do not understand her attitude. I responded all you had to say was no and got off the phone because I did not want my order messed up, if it wasn't already. I hope my sister likes the arrangement but I will not be using this company in the future.

BEAUTIFUL work, and Always friendly! First time I used them was a few years ago when my uncle-in-law passed away. After that they have been my Florist of choice. Super service, will go above and beyond to satisfy the customer. Went in a few weeks ago and they stayed open late just to fill a small order. Cant say how hard it is to find good customer service these days, and these guys really do have great customer service. Will be using them for years to come.
