Ordered a 200 dollar order of flowers for my grandfathers casket. Half of the arrangement was completely wilted! They sent someone to the funeral home to replace some of the flowers. The arrangement was still terrible. The sent person told us there was nothing she could do and that we would have to talk to the manager. We went to the store and the manager (owner's daughter) had a bad attitude and told us the flowers are supposed to look that way. She took us back to see her shipment of sunflowers that came in today and all of them were wilted. This is not acceptable for a funeral! I'm guessing they have a vendor issue but the manager was just rude about it.
