My Valentine's Day order was never delivered. No notification. I left a message and sent an email. No response. I called THEM today (Feb.15) to find out about my delivery. Response: "We had a lot of deliveries. It's going out today." No apology. Surprise ruined. No effort to make things right. It's poor management that could not predict heavy business on Valentine's Day for a florist.

Delivery guy ruined the eliminate of surprise. Some of the flowers were wilted. Not happy at all. My husband ordered the timeless tulip and the arraignments I got look nothing like the photo. Its been 3 days later and all the flowers are dead. What a waste of money. I will never buy from here again nor will I buy from 1800 flowers. Again. I'll stick with the edible arrangements. For some reason this won't let me post pictures here.

Who ever the girl was working fri mourning has no bussiness working with people she made it very clear she was to important to wait on a old man she lied to me and just walked away the middle aged man at the register said over and over how sorry he was for her behavior if it wasnt for him I would not have spent 75.00 in your store ..I managed a True Value hardware store for a lot of years and im familiar with useless employees that usaualy dont get past one day. If your interested in the details let me know otherwise ill shop somewhere else!!

Very poor customer service on the phone; told there was no shade to leave flowers at door yet delivery from same company earlier in week left delivery in shade. Girl on phone said “well it was a different driver!”. What’s that got to do with anything?! Instead, driver left at office that was closing and not reopening till Tuesday!

I ordered from 1800flowers for Valentines Day and my delivery came from Roses and More. It was an absolutely stunning arrangement. My mother was blown away. Their work is exceptional and worth every dime.

I used to use big-name services that are national until I found this place. As long as they are in business I will never use another service. Roses and More has always given great customer service and fair prices. Best of all the flowers are delivered on time and in much better shape than any other service I had used. It also goes without saying that their arrangements actually arrive in a presentable fashion not like other businesses that simply ship them to a doorstep.

If I could give a zero, I would. We requested light pink roses for a boutonniere and corsage for our son's Sr. Prom. We recieved salmon colored fully bloomed roses, even for the boutonniere. The petals were wilted, and the flowers were just not pretty. There were many other parents picking up orders as well for their children's prom, and the comparisons in quality were like night and day, and we all paid the same price. I asked for a discount, and was told they don't give discounts. They offered a refund, but we had to leave the flowers and they would dispose of them. This would have left the kids 3 hours before prom with no flowers. The "customer service rep" on duty was argumentative and apathetic. If you don't mind spending $41.30 for 3 ugly full bloom wilted roses in a color not even close to what was discussed, then this is the place for you. I for one will never use them again and will be filing a complaint with the BBB and AG's Office.

Went in to get flowers for a friend who's mother had passed. Very helpful and friendly. Was $1 short to pay cash and they took what I had instead of making me run my card, win win on both sides I imagine, but very accommodating from my side.

Delivery not Good! When there is a phone number to call on flowers the delivery person should call that number first not leave your special delivery with your apartment office who enjoyed your flowers all day then calls 1 hr before closing to say you got delivery
