Thank you to Sandi for making my day!! After Teleflora called and said they couldn't deliver the arrangement I had ordered for my step moms bday today. Got on Google and found this florist.. needless to say my step mom is over the moon at the flowers that were delivered today. I will never use Teleflora again. Sandi is my hero!!! Thank you!! Absolutely beautiful arrangement!!!

Ordered a $90 ... yes $90 bouquet of flowers at 10am and made it really clear they needed to be delivered ASAP due to the receipient not being home after 3pm. I was assured it would be no problem. They weren’t delivered until 245 and left with a neighbor. Surprise ruined. When I called to inquire I was just met with excuses and was told since I said 3 they technically weren’t late. Really bad customer service and will not be buying from this establishment again.

These people at Nature's Nook took good care of my girlfriends flowers for valentines day. She has been amazed how long they are lasting, and how some bloomed in the vase. They did a fantastic job with a beautiful assortment. Would deff chose them again for any special occasion!

For our second anniversary my in-laws sent us flowers. Didn't know that they sent us flowers on our anniversary until sometime after. I understand oversights happen but a whole month went by before they sent out the flowers and when they did it was six white lilies and a bunch of twigs and a sad little apology about the oversight.... pathetic. I could have gotten a nicer bouquet at the grocery store probably for less. Too bad there aren't any good florists in Casa Grande.

We have used Nature's Nook for our balloon orders for a number of years and have always been happy with the job they have done. We typically have our balloon orders delivered and they have always been on-time.

I called Nature's Nook at 4pm on a Saturday and needed flowers Sunday. Since they are not open on Sunday, they had them delivered to Arizona City by 5pm. The bouquet was beautiful. Fantastic flowers and top notch customer service!

One of the online floral places let me know THE DAY OF scheduled delivery that they didn't have a local provider who could deliver on the requested date. I called Nature's Nook in a panic and they provided a better bouquet than the original one I had ordered AND delivered it the same day.

I have had wonderful luck with this florist. I order thru them directly and my parents are always pleased with the arrangements. Living out of state they make flower delivery to my family really easy.

Nature's Nook was wonderful! I made the mistake of using an online florist that I thought was local. They called late in the day to say they couldn't deliver on the day promised (that same day). This was a very important order that had to be delivered that day. I called Nature's Nook and the owner was so nice when I explained what happened. She had the perfect arrangement all ready to go and would deliver that very same day. I was so happy, and the recipient of the flowers was ecstatic! I highly recommend Nature's Nook and will never use an online florist again.
