I called this local florist trying to find a unique bouquet for my bestie for her birthday. I spoke with Ilona and she was so helpful in arranging the PERFECT bouquet. I text her what I would like and she stated she didn’t have the colored lilies in the pic but had another color. I told her I trusted her to create something beautiful and she totally EXCEEDED my expectations!! She also sent me a pic of the final product before it was delivered (same day by the way). Amazing customer service!!! This bouquet would have cost me anywhere from $50-$90 online which is a rip-off. I highly recommend calling your local florist first. This bundle cost me $43 with tax AND delivery!!! Thanks again Ilona you are truly amazing! Small bouquet is what I sent to her and large bouquet is what I got. AMAZING work!!!

A direct quote from my mother, the recipient of the flowers, "I have never received an arrangement this beautiful..." and this women has gotten A LOT of flowers. Now for the most amazing part: I was in a real jam needing flowers delivered SAME DAY, after calling MIDDAY, and I truly can not believe how they went literally out of their way to help me. Customer Services like this rarely exists, but when you find it you hold on tight! Nothing I needed was a burden to them, although I felt it was. I live over seas, but my family is in Gilbert therefore, lots of flowers sent. Terrific Value. They've made a Customer for life.

To whom it may concern, Since no one has contacted me to at least apologize for the whole terrible transaction. I decided to post my interaction with lily of the valley. I was very disappointed with the whole transaction. First of all the order was not delivered on the 10th as I requested. I called on the 11th, wondering where my mom's flowers were. The answer I was given was that you guys simply forgot. I was extremely patient and understanding because I also work in customer service and shipping and I understand that these things happen. I was told my mother would be getting a consolation box of chocolates because of your mistake. My mom's flowers were delivered on Saturday the 11th without her consolation box of chocolates, and, to add insult to injury, what you delivered was not what I ordered. I would have never order my mother a Croton as I know they are difficult to keep happy and alive. I have attached the picture of what my mother received. All in all it was a very disappointing transaction. I honestly don't know if I'll order from you guys again because I don't know if I can trust you guys. Thank you for your time, Kristina

Ilona was AMAZING. Lily of the valley did the flowers for my wedding and they were one of the few vendors I didn’t have any problems with. While we were sitting and planning what I wanted Ilona made us a complete bouquet that was exactly what I wanted in a matter of minutes. Everything she makes is beautiful and she is the sweetest person! She was stress free, not too expensive and amazing at what she does!

My niece started her first day as an AP at an elementary school and I wanted to send her flowers. I prefer using local florists because you can get better service and more bang for your buck. I found Lily of the Valley In Gilbert. I spoke to Ileana about which flowers I wanted in my bouquet and asked for a colored vase. All of my requests were honored. The flowers were stunning and fresh! My niece loved them too! A definite win win for me!

Amazing florist! I ordered a Valentines arrangement, and it turned out better than I could have imagined. The attention to detail and the quality of the flowers is exceptional. The owner was very friendly and flexible as I had to pick the arrangement up a day earlier than expected, and they were able to accommodate without issue.
