So, I meet this fantastic girl last night and this morning, last minute I wanted to send her flowers. I called in and this lovely young lady Martina was a life saver for me. She helped me find something in my price range that was fantastic. The delivery driver was already out and my delivery was time sensitive and she was so willing to help and make sure the flowers I purchased were delivered in my needed time frame. Fantastic store and good people!

Same day hand delivery at a reasonable price. Both the recipient, my grandmother, and I were very impressed with the arrangement! I definitely recommend upgrading to Premium!! So worth it. I ordered online. A little less that 2hrs between order confirmation and delivery confirmation emails. I now have a go to florist in AZ.

I live in Austin Texas and found out my mother in law was in the hospital, I found Glendale Flowers online and it was close to my moms hospital. They were quick processing my order, they sent a beautiful picture of the bouquet she would be getting and they did a seamless drop off. It really made my moms day. Thank you To all my Glendale/Phoenix friends this is the place to go!

Not really helpful. I was hoping for particular color scheme and he wasn't sure if he was going to have them or not. Why wouldn't a flower shop know what colors of flowers were available? I went down the street and found what I was looking for. Btw it was white and burgandy flowers I was looking for.

For the second time, I tried this florist and was very disappointed. I called from out of the country to order something for my mom and asked for something colorful and appropriate for Mother's Day. What she got was some maroon colored flowers, can't really identify what they all were, and a non matching hydrangea stuck in the side which died by the next morning along with some of the other flowers. Extremely disappointed.

Here is the description of the arrangement I ordered: Gerbera Daisies, Astroemeria, and Roses Arranged in a Pink Vase. When, I received the arrangement, the vase was the only item that was not substituted. My arrangement ended up having a lilly, carnations, tulips, and spray roses. I understand the need to substitute from time to time but, not having a single flower listed in the description is highly disappointing. My best recommendation is to not shop through their website maybe, go to their store if you insist on buying from this company. That way you can ensure you get what you order.

On-line ordering makes it so easy to let my Arizona friends and family know how much I appreciate them! Not only are the arrangements beautiful, but they send you a picture of your order before it's delivered. That was very special.

Selection - different and refreshing Ease of ordering - great Delivery when promised - yes Expectations met on product - nope, you be the judge I added a comment if they were out of something to please back-fill with carnations. Perhaps they were out of a lot. This does not look like the same arrangement (out of yellow and orange flower that makes this arrangement unique) and frankly I'm disappointed. The flowers did not come with any food. I could have spent the same amount of money with the previous service I used and known what I ordered is what would be delivered.
