Came in not knowing what I wanted, owner asked me my budget and some other helpful questions and proceeded to make me a great bouquet. When she found out I was going to Phoenix with the flowers she took all the necessary steps to make sure the flowers made the trip and still looked great.

Very poor quality bouquet - flowers weren't even blooming and the color variety was absent. I was told repeatedly that color substitutions are permissible which I completely understand, but that doesn't mean a book of flowers all one color is sufficient. The flowers were boring, ugly and looked like a bouquet of weeds. The owner refused to improve the flowers and was VERY rude at the thought that anyone would question the quality of her flowers. I was embarrassed that the person receiving this bouquet saw them before they could be returned. Out of spite, the owner (AJ) refused to confirm for FTD that this bouquet was returned so that it could be sent to another florist and delivered properly.

Ambiance Pool Service

Norah has always delivered. I have used her a number of times for my small pool business. I have sent multiple arrangements to my employees who have recently had babies. The flowers arrived on time and really made my techs feel the love through my company. I am so busy during the day that I hardly give Flower Shop on 4th a 24 hour notice to send out a gift. I really appreciate everything Norah has done. I know her personally and she is a good person and has a great heart. She puts her all into these arrangements. Service was pretty solid and delivery went well, but the live plant was in very poor condition and had very few flowers. My girlfriend suspected to be a mixture of multiple plants other than what was ordered. There may have been some fine print I missed somewhere about the flowers being in a terrible state, but overall it was certainly not worth the money.

The flower shop on 4th Avenue is a small flower shop not too far from the University. The flower shop has friendly friendly customer service. the workers really know what you are looking for and are willing to help you find the flowers that you need. The flower shop on 4th is a local flower shop that is in the back behind some other business but not hard to find. I recommend using this flowers shop next time you need to purchase flowers.

I order flowers and the wrong ones were delivered. In addition the delivery driver was extremely rude, and called ahead which ruined the surprise for my girlfriend. I would never order flowers from them again, and would recommend the same to you. The driver was so rude, the receptionist was in tears after he left. This was suppose to be a special moment and turned into a nightmare.
