I realize Valentines Day is very busy but to deliver 11 dead roses in dirty water is uncalled for. The delivery person should have never dropped them off. I would rather had them a day late looking fresh and beautiful then what was received. Spending more than $100 on flowers I would hope to get what I paid for. There are better florist is the area with quality service and products.

My son and daughter in law sent me flowers on May 6th for my birthday. I'm not impressed with the arrangement at all....three days and they were drooping and flowers shriveled up. I called Staci and she gave me a number to call, which I did, I left a message and no response, that was last week. I realize it was Mother's Day and you were very busy. However, I'm not happy at all. Maggie Update...the owner was very nice when we spoke on Monday. I just received the most beautiful floral arrangement today. A huge THANK YOU, Eric's Flowers. I've changed my rating.

I have purchased a few bouquets from Eric's over the years, and have been recommending this shop as an awesome local place to get a nice bouquet. This Valentine's Day, however, I received delivery flowers from them for the first time today and was absolutely shocked. Not only was this $75 PREMIUM bouquet 2 days late, it is ugly and the flowers are half dead already. I could buy better at a grocery store for a quarter of the price. I won't be recommending this shop anymore and am mortified that someone I personally recommended this shop to spent their money here to send me this bouquet. I will find another local business to support.

Words cannot fully express the disappointment a bride feels on their wedding day when the bouquet, boutonnieres, and corsages are haphazardly arranged with flowers already wilting, and looking nothing like what was promised. The bouquet on the left is what was promised, the one on the right is what I was given. There was no blue thistle, and I’m not a bride-zilla but it was never communicated to me that they were not going to get it in time. I stopped in a week before and there was no mention. I also stopped by the morning of our wedding and NOTHING had been prepared. Honestly, that should have been my first indication that I was going to end up with frantically arranged, glued messes. But what is a bride going to do on the day of her wedding? Go without anything? I wish I had more photos but I was trying to enjoy my ceremony rather than quality control the flowers. This was the one thing that I left out of my hands.. there was no way for me to fix or correct anything because I didn’t want my groom or the rest of my bridal party to see me. I had helped a friend of mine with her wedding flowers and I guess I should have done the same for mine.

Ordered flowers to be delivered on Valentine's Day with plenty of lead time. Called around 2:00 pm to confirm delivery of flowers, was told they were in the process of being assembled and to be delivered by 5:00 pm at my girlfriends place of work. Vendor was hired by online sales company to deliver arrangement. Attempted delivery to home while i was away. Instead or taking the arrangement back to their office, they decided to leave the package with a neighbor. Delivery guy left a note with only the neighbor's name. I called the vendor to see why the left the arrangement at a different address than what was given to them. Clerk stated that was a common practice. I then told her that i didnt know my neighbors by name so i had no idea which neighbors had our arrangement. She stated that i should go to each neighbor and see which one had it. I let her know that was unacceptable and that i shouldn't have to investigate a delivery that they were paid to make. She called back minutes later and said the delivery person believed it was the house to my left. I actually took it upon my self at this point to check the neighbor. WRONG HOUSE!! The unwillingness to accept fault and fixed their mistake makes this a place i would never recommend. Had to call the online company to arrange a different order from a different provider two days after the party was supposed to receive their gift. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Do not use this company--their staff is rude and they did not deliver the flower after calling me to confirm delivery. I had to call the delivery person Christine 4 times to verify the delivery and she hung up on me every time. When I tried to verify that the flower had been delivered, she lied and said they had been left at the house, however the flowers were NEVER delivered . She made excuses for her poor service and lied about when the order was received to deliver. Do not use this company if you are expecting integrity, customer service, product delivery, contract fulfillment or flowers--you will not receive any of these. I am still trying to get refunded for my order. I invite the owner to contact me as I am filing a complaint with FTD florist, ProFlowers and the Better Business Bureau.

Eric's has done it all for me...wedding, anniversary flowers from my husband, sympathy, etc. Always love the unique and scent filled arrangements. They are very friendly and kind. I've never had a bad experience and have purchased/received flowers from them 10-15 times. My wedding flowers were gorgeous and the bouquet dried nicely. Love me some Eric's!

Ordered my Aunt flowers they didn’t deliver to her apartment they left them in the club house. When I told them their reason was she didn’t answer the phone so they leave it in the clubhouse. If they leave it they should leave it with a person not just leave it for anyone to take.

I called Eric's Flower Market on a Friday afternoon asking for a special potted orchid arrangement that I needed sent to be my father for his 92nd birthday. They went out of their way to get me the orchids I needed even though they didn't have them in their shop that afternoon. The person who delivered the flowers sang a birthday song to my dad and my dad said he was delightful. My father also said the arrangement is one of the nicest he's ever received. They did everything I asked for and more. Thank you Eric's Flower Market for making my dad feel happy on his birthday.. I so wanted to be there for his birthday but was unable to get decent airline tickets. You made my dad's day as well as my own. Wonderful job.

I just emailed you but wanted to let you know on your review page as well. Very disappointed in my bday flowers. My daughter ordered them for me as she usually does on my birthday, easter and mothers day. They were a little sad looking when they arrived and by the 2nd day I had to throw them away because they were wilted. I thought the arrangement was very nice, but would have been nicer if they had lasted atleast 4-5 days. :(

Purchased flowers for our wedding day and we were EXTREMELY displeased. Bouquet was not what was shown to us during our consultation. Bouquet even had to be brought back to the store to fix issues of brown spots, ribbon coming off, and not having any blue flowers as had been previously specified. Glue from corsages was haphazaradly placed. Most of the corsages did not survive a 1 hour car ride up Mt. Lemmon. We were trying to enjoy our wedding day and had to deal with the needless inconvenience of fixing flowers that were clearly not a finished product. If you're looking for a flower shop, spend your $300 ELSEWHERE!

I had an arrangement made for a friend who had just experienced a loss of a loved one. I wanted something special made for her. I called and spoke to the lady at the market (who was VERY nice!), explained the situation, requested special color vase and gave her a price. My mistake was that I gave her freedom to create within a budget. I paid over the phone. When I went to pick up the arrangement I WAS HORRIFIED. I had to take it because it was paid for and I had no time to go anywhere else, but the lady knew nothing about arrangements. It had two puffs coming out the side and half dead flowers in the middle. I can't begin to describe my disappointment. I would have asked for her to fix it, but when I looked in their cooler, most of the flowers were as bad or worse. I got in my car and cried. I am all about supporting local business, but the same friend went to Sav-On and got a beautiful arrangement for me. I would say to STAY AWAY from this place! Customer service was nice, but for overall knowledge of floral and stock, they SUCK!

Do NOT purchase flowers from Eric's...especially if you are ordering from out-of-state! In a nutshell: They got our order wring twice, and both arrangements sent to our recipient retailed for ~$50 less than what we paid for. Unacceptable. Flowers are supposed to bring happiness, joy and contentment, which is what we intended for our recipient - a dear friend and colleague who lost her husband. Instead, our flower order(s) from Eric's has caused nothing but frustration and irritation for both me and my recipient. The whole story... I ordered sympathy flowers for a retired partner of our firm who lost her husband last week. Our local Minnesota florist called Eric's to arrange a "blooming bulb garden" at the $100 price-point. Our florist, who networks with Eric's through Teleflora, said that they could arrange it. Issue #1: Eric's delivers "a bright, pretty bouquet" instead of the bulb garden. The only reason we knew about this error was that our recipient used those exact words in her thank you email, which clued us into the fact that she didn't receive what we ordered - a bulb garden. Issue #2: Eric's only admitted to the error after our MN florist called asking why a bulb garden wasn't delivered. They replied, "Oh yeah. We made a mistake on that one." Issue #3: Eric's calls our newly-widowed colleague to say that they need to "exchange" the bouquet. This is totally inappropriate to bring the recipient into the loop on their own error. She has other things to deal with...like planning a funeral. Issue #4: Just like they said they would, Eric's came to EXCHANGE the flowers. The delivery person required our colleague to bring the bouquet to the door before they would drop the new flowers! The first bouquet had already been there for TWO days. Whether they planned to re-sell the bouquet or toss them, the fact that they actually took the flowers back after their own error, is absolutely mind-boggling! Issue #5: After all of this, the second delivery was STILL incorrect. Instead of a bulb garden, they delivered a small basket with already bloomed tulips and a peace lily surrounded with small pebbles on top of the soil. For $100, it was not substantial, nor beautiful...or what we ordered. We received a photo from the recipient and I sent it to our florist. She said that the basket Eric's sent would retail for $35. Our friend in Arizona also commented that the "first, small bouquet was much prettier." (AGAIN, for $100, it should never have been a small bouquet to begin with. When our florist confronted Eric's about these issues, they flat-out denied these events. I have emails and photos from our recipient that prove everything I stated above is true. I CANNOT believe how poorly Eric's Flower Mart treats their customers and affiliates. They are completely unprofessional, lack any sense of customer service whatsoever, and seem to be cheating their customers out of money by sending flowers worth SIGNIFICANTLY less than what they paid for. It's unacceptable.

I would have given 5 stars if it were not for my initial experience with Eric's. The first call I placed, a lady answered -- she basically told me she didn't have time for me and I should just hang up and order from their website. I told her "no" -- she told me she's too busy and would call me back as soon as she could. She never did! I then called back 3hrs later and spoke with Victoria -- the antithesis of the the first woman. She apologized sincerely and seemed genuinely bummed out with my earlier experience. She was a great pleasure to deal with and even offered me a "free upgrade" as an apology for the frustration encountered with my first attempt to order. My Mother's flowers showed up precisely when she assured me they would and were stunning. I buy Mom flowers for pretty much any appropriate occasion -- Easter, Valentines Day (she's widowed)...birthday (which was this occasion), etc. Mom said they were hands down the nicest bouquet she'd ever gotten. I don't often order flowers but when I do I always think of Eric's Flower Market first. I used them for my wedding and I was so satisfied that I will not use another flower store in Tucson. At the time of my wedding I went to at least 10 florists all over town looking for bouquets for me and my bridesmaids. Eric's had the most affordable prices for the exact same product (Tiger Lilies and Gerberas). I picked them up on the day of the wedding and Eric himself had just freshly brought them in. I used them again when my friend's mother passed away; she loved the bouquet she received! I have just placed another order for other friends, and I am only sorry that it took me this long to write my review. Good service should always be noted.

Horrible service. Purchased two arrangements for a family members funeral. The flowers were delivered an hour AFTER the service. They claimed the flowers were delivered before the service and that we declined them. No apologies were made and they were very rude. After calling the next day, they did not want to help us or even refund our money. We still DO NOT have our flowers and are very upset. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ERIC'S FLOWER MARKET...

Ftd flowers from a Denver friend arrived on Monday(left by the door in the rain) with some mums already dropping petals. By Thursday the sunflowers and carnations were wilted. I'd avoid this florist.

I was sent a birthday bouquet that my family spent $70 on and it contained 5 blooms and greens that looked like a second grader arranged it. When I contacted the store to complain they were willing to exchange it but then called me back to say they only got paid $34 from the wire service and they could not send out a new bouquet for that price!! I could have gone to the grocery store for $15 and gotten better flowers and better service. HORRIBLE service and product!!

Absolutely Horrible! Delivery: My Husband ordered me flowers for Valentines Day, to be delivered BEFORE I left for the day. He called 30 mins before I was to leave and was told they would be there "any minute"...... End of shift came and no flowers. Then I got a message from my Co-Worker TWO mins before the office closes that they had just delivered my flowers. Quality: My co worker also sent me a picture of them, terrible. But I decided to wait and see what they looked like in person. Got to the office and they really were that terrible. They look nothing like the arrangement that was ordered. In fact it looks just like if I had gone to the grocery store and bought a bouquet of flowers and put them is a vase. TO TOP IT OFF! When my husband called to complain, a refund was offered only if they came and picked up the arrangement! I would not recommend this place to anyone! Absolutely Terrible experience and of all days on VALENTINES DAY!

This was the worst costumer service I have ever received. my daughter ordered a hundred dollars worth of flowers from this shop in a medium vase and received daisies and tulips instead of lillies and roses. The man who helped us on mothers day was extremely rude and not interested in sending us the proper flowers that she had paid for. he argued that he had too many flowers to deliver that day and if we want what we ordered we would have to come pick it up. My daughter was only trying to surprise me on mothers day and I felt so bad and embarrassed for her. Hopefully she is able to get her money back.

I didn't want to even leave a single star!! THIS PLACE IS AWFUL! DO NOT EVER ORDER FLOWERS THROUGH THIS COMPANY!!!! I ordered flowers through an online website and by way of the mistakes that occurred because of my order, I figured out this is the flower shop that was used. Let's see, where do I even start???! The flowers were delivered on the wrong day, to the wrong apartment, left at the apartment (not at the office....), a date was put on the flowers that was neither the delivery date or the actual current date, and the flowers were TERRIBLE looking. If you could literally just pay for green stems and dead flowers, that's what pretty much happened. The flowers were delivered a week before the intended day (the recipient's birthday) and I was furious. When trying to fix the situation, instead of just delivering flowers a second time on the correct day (which I was COMPLETELY owed), they tried to contact the recipient (and ruin the surprise) and tried to pick up the incorrectly delivered flowers/vase (COMPLETE inconvenience for the recipient if you ask me). How hard is it to deliver fresh flowers as a surprise? If you are talking about this company, apparently it IS EXTREMELY DIFFICULT. So disgusted.

We ordered the "Loving Light Dish Garden" from what we thought was the Green Valley FTD Florist,but Google routed me to a different florist who ordered it through this company for us..basket turned out not to be anything at all like the FTD website picture showed.. not the basket it was supposed to be in not the chrysanthemum flowers.. but some big Lily and a very few large plants instead of the delicate ones that were in the FTD picture.. eventually the money was refunded to us.. but it still doesn't make right what my sister received in memory of the death of her husband. We do NOT recommend them..
