Ordered these flowers for my mother for Mother's Day and she was absolutely thrilled with them! The flowers were truly beautiful. They smelled amazing, even from a distance. There was a rose in the bouquet that was the biggest she had ever seen. There was also a gorgeous orchid. The base was simple but elegant. My mom was pleased that several days after having flowers in her home, they have kept nicely. Thanks for making my mom happy Enchanted Florist. I will definitely use you again.

The flower arrangement I recently purchased exceeded my greatest expectations. Enchanted florist delivered to a very high end restaurant North Scottsdale. I was celebrating a 30th anniversary with my bride. Professional, punctual and Presentation were amazing. We literally had 15 couples stop by our table and compliment us on the flowers, And congratulate us on our anniversary, including the general manager. I have purchased a lot of flowers in my 30 years of marriage these exceeded all.

I am so disappointed with the flowers you delivered to me guys..My husband is out of state and he ordered the flowers last valentines day from you because he said he liked the name of the shop. When he called he asked me if I liked the roses (he ordered 1 dozen he said)..I said I did because I did not want to hurt his feelings...and it's always the thought that counts BUT I did not like it because first and foremost it was'nt a DOZEN..it was only SIX (3 red, 3 white) with 2 hydrangeas and some ferns and the arrangement was bad. I checked your website and it says there that the arrangement was 105.00!!!! The picture is not the same as the real delivery. Please guys, if the order is a DOZEN roses, PLEASE deliver a DOZEN!!!! not SIX with some ferns. Enchanted I was not.

I'm always looking for flowers at the very last moment and I'm always in a time crunch. I'm horrible at putting flowers together myself. The Enchanted Florist is so incredibly friendly, I just point to the flowers I like, give them the colors and what want I to spend, and they magically conjure up an exquisite bouquet. Doesn't matter whether it's for a prom or for a loved one, they have the most beautiful arrangements and they thank me when I should be thanking them! I absolutely love them! Five stars aren't enough.

I LOVE this place. It smells heavenly and has absolutely the most exquisite flowers ever. They can do all the standard stuff, but if you want something really memorable you will not be disappointed. Just ask, and explain who the flowers are for. They will find the perfect one of a kind container, and customize the arrangement. The shop has beautiful cards and unique items for gifts, priced from medium to high. They have always been super nice and friendly, making the extra effort to deliver at the specific time I asked for. It gets VERY crazy around Mother's Day and Valentines, so probably NOT the best holidays to try them for the first time.

I had to reorder on the day that I needed the arrangement because of an allergy and they were delivered 10 minutes earlier than expected! The receptionist that took my call, expressed complete understanding. They also helped me choose an arrangement that fit my need. When the arrangement arrived, the flowers were fresh. They smelled great!!! And were in the proper order as requested. There were no excess charge fees or setbacks. I received , multiple compliments that evening. My boss who, in which gave me the task and fully relied on me for the order commended me. And I owe my thanks to Enchanted Florist. They know their business and how to treat their customer.

I have ordered from this florist multiple times and have never been disappointed. Their delivery is prompt, their arrangements are sent as pictured, and often even better. Recently, I mentioned Tiger Lilies in my card for an order, and even though the arrangement I ordered only included regular lilies, the florist switched them for Tiger Lilies at no additional charge. A special touch that most florists wouldn't even notice made all the difference!

Well Enchanted Florist I feel are a shady, unorganized, and definitely not upscale boutique business. They did the flowers for my wedding, they did an initial quote for me and in the end we had half the amount of people; but they still charged the full amount and did half of what was agreed. It all just seem thrown together last minute, they made changes to the flowers without consulting me first. The arrangement compositions were poorly executed, and my Glameila bouquet was a disaster!. I wanted something unique and classic and they made it look cheap, I get it and it is all gnarly fake pedals with staple holes all over them, let just say I was embarrassed to have my photos with it, and ashamed to even walk down the isle. I would highly recommend you stay away from this business, by the way they screen calls makes me think creditors are at the door anyway.

You truly get what you pay for. I purchased 2 dozen roses and asked to have them delivered between 1PM and 2PM. The delivery time window was very small so I wouldn't expect anyone to hit it and I would understand. The Enchanted Florist did deliver during my tiny window. The flowers were unbelievable. Just a couple days ago my grandma’s sister passed away. It was during the government shutdown so money was tight but I really wanted to send her a bouquet. I decided to call a couple of shops to see if I could find an affordable bouquet to have delivered. Enchanted was the first florist I called. It bucked the trend, but Kim always delivered on time and her flowers lasted and were beautiful. I'm no longer in the business, but whenever I need to send flowers I call The Enchanted Florist -- the corsage for my son's first prom date, sympathy for a family related death, or just because it's my anniversary and I believe that men deserve flowers too. While past management has been customer oriented, the current manager expressed no concern about the product or my satisfaction. She attributed all problems to me.
