After doing my research with some of the other flower shops in town. I found that Discount Flowers had the best prices and surpassed my expectations. My daughter was getting married at the Gilbert Temple in Gilbert AZ in August. We live here in Tucson. We needed to have her bouquet kept fresh until the big day. Discount Flowers kept the bouquet until the morning of and packed it to travel to Gilbert AZ. The bouquet was beautiful, and lasted a couple of days longer then expected. Thank you Jim for being so helpful and making my daughters big day go so smooth.

I needed to send a flower arrangement from Massachusetts for a wake/funeral in Tucson, Arizona. I found Discount Flowers as a local company in Tucson on the internet and, from the reviews of people who actually were customers, was impressed. I am glad I listened to them vs. anyone who posted a negative review about this florist not contacting them. I found out they have been in business for 80 years, 3 generations, and their service was one of the best over the phone I have ever had. When no one answered the shop phone, I called Jim's cell phone which was clearly stated on their voicemail and he immediately answered. He explained they are a very busy shop and really take care of their customers. I can tell. I have never had someone be so nice over the phone who cared about what I wanted and my budget. Jim said he knew the funeral home I gave him the name of and would make the arrangement look very special. I paid him over the phone, and Jim said he would send a photo of both the invoice and the arrangement to my smartphone so I had a record of them. Wow, I was impressed!!! Put this florist high on your list for your flowers and be patient if they don't answer the first time because they are very professional and have been in business many decades. They will not disappoint you! I am glad I found them searching the web.

The one Con and I have seen it consistent through other reviews is that they aren't very good at getting back to people on the phone or through email in a timely manner. If you cannot contact them through their warehouse know that they are connnected to Savon Flowers on Speedway and you can go in there to set something up with the warehouse. 2902 E Speedway Blvd The Pros Because they aren't quick about getting back to you on the phone or through email, they are giving their undivided attention to you when you are actually in their warehouse! We just purchased our flowers in bulk and arranged them ourselves and saved a little money that way too. but they allowd us to use their warehouse, store them until day of in their refridgerator and allowed us to use their tape and tools. Bottom line: If you can be patient with the communication struggle prior to your time in their warehouse. you will walk out with top of the line flowers and will make your even beautiful!

I went to this shop one day and asked about wedding flowers. The gentleman was very nice and he told me wedding flowers and special events is what they do. He said he would write out a quote for me in the next week or so and email it to me. After numerous phone calls and a few times of him telling me he would email it to me the next day, I still have not received a quote and it has been a couple months. I don't understand why you would tell a customer something and never follow through.
