They helped her put together a marriage flower set that was BEYOND PERFECT! I was surprised and blown away. They are now hanging to dry for our future shadowbox. Thank you Camelback Flowershop for taking care of my mother (who couldn't be at our wedding) and making our special day that much more spectacular.

This is the BEST flower shop not just in the area, but EVER! The selection is amazing, but it is the staff that truly makes the place so special. I wandered into the shop one night not realizing they were closed because they were buzzing with activity with the door open. I came to find out that they were rushing to get a huge product done on a deadline. I would have understood if they turned me away, but Lauren stopped what she was doing to take her time and make me a customized, gorgeous bouquet for my then fiancee. It was the best flower arrangement we had ever seen and it lasted for a long time. We went back for our wedding flowers and Lauren again made an astounding bouquet piece, and went out of her way to ensure that the pick up time was perfect for us. Since then I have gone back at least once a month and am always greeted with a smile and made a fresh, custom arrangement. Lauren and the rest of the staff take great pride in their creations and deliver them with the kind of grace and professionalism that are simply missing in most places today. They take ownership in their work and customer service and I cannot recommend them enough. I will be going there even if I move out of Arcadia, it will be worth any drive. I am not alone as can be seen by all the other positive reviews here - Camelback Flower Shop deserves every one! And I just would like to address one negative review I saw about one man's flowers being expensive and failing to bloom. This is not an outlet store, it is a flower design studio. You come here for the artistry, not to get a few cheap stems. And like any high end product you have to take care of them with fresh water and sunlight. This reviewer's failure to care for his purchase should not reflect badly on the reputation of this incredible flower shop. Thank you to Teresa, Lauren and everyone there - I love you guys!!

Amazing selection, a slam dunk for a beautiful arrangement to impress. Staff is friendly and helpful. Cool happy hour on Friday afternoons where many stems and arrangements are half off. Definitely pricier than standard grocery store flowers, but much greater selection of blooms. Cool selection of planters, greeting cards, even some larger plants like fiddle leaf, etc. Absolutely worth a stop in!

I worked with Ally over email and the phone to show her what types of arrangements I wanted for my wedding, and she was prompt, professional, kind, sweet and smart. She made sure my flowers were a priority, and she understood precisely what I wanted and what look I was going for. My flower arrangements were more beautiful than I could have even imagined, and I will never forget that.

This flower shop - and its staff, in particular - are great. I happened across Camelback Flowership entirely on accident - I was on my way from Tempe to the Cave Creek National Memorial Cemetery in far north Phoenix, and figured I'd just drive on surface streets for awhile before hopping on to the freeway in the hopes of spotting a florist along the way. I didn't find any, and had about given up when I spotted this flowershop on the opposite side of the street. Made a quick u-turn, pulled in to their parking lot, went inside, and told them I just wanted to drop off some flowers at some relatives' graves at the cemetery and had no real idea what I was looking for. The staff asked me if I had any colors and pricing in mind, then set about putting together 3 incredibly gorgeous arrangements. Purely by chance, they added some beautiful thistles to the arrangements (a nice touch, given I would be visiting my Scottish grandparents' graves). What really struck me was how much effort and care they put in to things - at several points I felt the arrangements were more than beautiful and impressive enough, but you could really see how much the designers cared about every detail as they kept looking over what plants, flowers, and accessories they could add to the arrangement to really add that extra touch. It really meant a lot to me to randomly happen across this place while visiting from out of town, yet leave with such beautiful arrangements that I really felt touched to be able to leave at my grandparents' and uncle's gravesites. Further, 3 beautiful arrangements cost about $100 - far less than I'd have expected, given how much effort, care, attention, and wonderful flowers, plants and material went in to the arrangements. What was very apparent is they truly care about each arrangement they assemble and put together - there was no sense of their simply putting together some standard arrangement based upon particular keywords or occasions but, rather, they care a great deal about what they do, the product and service they provide, and ensuring you're getting something unique and truly beautiful.

We used Camelback Flowershop for our wedding flowers and they did an amazing job! We chose them because they agreed to incorporate our own home-grown succulents into our bouquets and boutonnieres. I debated doing a "test bouquet" but I didn't need to - they crafted the perfect garden-style bouquet based on the Pinterest pictures I gave them :)

I could not have been more happy with my bridal bouquet and husband’s boutonnière! I reside in NM, but we eloped in Sedona, AZ on 5/18/19. Through my local photographer (who traveled with us to Sedona for the elopement), I found Camelback Flowershop. Based on a few email conversations and their website/reviews, I could tell this was the shop for me. I sent in pictures as examples of the type of bouquet I wanted as well as specific colors and theme, and they responded back with the types of flowers/plants they would be including in my bouquet plus the boutonnière idea. The employees were timely in their email responses, excellent customer service and professionalism, and attention to detail was 100 percent. The final products EXCEEDED my expectations! Every single person who looked at our elopement pictures immediately comment on the “stunning” bouquet!! They knocked this WAY out of the park and I’m so grateful for having found them via word-of-mouth. I feel it is my obligation to pass along the positive reviews in hopes to help another bride have an amazing bouquet.

Had flowers delivered to my office on friday 5/10, i was away so i did not see them when they got there, but flowers were broken and damaged, flowers were still beautiful but the arrangement did not look normal, was too busy to mention to the Flower Shop over the weekend and did not want to make my husband feel bad, but i emailed the shop on monday and Molly the manager contacted me today (tuesday) I explained how the flowers looked and she apologized and assured me they would have never delivered something damaged and immediately sent another arrangement to me and i was beyond happy and thankful! (Flowers fell in carrier car and they still delivered them without mentioning to shop)

I have had a total of FOUR bouquets from Camelback Flowershop. The designs and uniqueness of the bouquets are beautiful and impressive to say the least. The first bouquet I received was in November 2018 & lasted almost three weeks as I removed some pieces that had wilted or died and refreshed the water and trimmed the remaining stems. The second bouquet was purchased around a holiday (V-Day) and lasted less than a week for a total of 5days. I assumed that maybe due to the holiday the quality or the conditions surrounding such a common purchase, could have contributed to their early demise. I sent a message through IG asking if there were anything I could do to prolong their life I. The future ... no response. Another bouquet was purchased around March which yielded worse results of 2-3days of life, and no food was included this time. Regardless of the fact that I attempted to pay more attention to them in attempts to prolong the life/enjoyment, they were short lived. The final bouquet was picked up on the Friday evening before Mother’s Day weekend.... they were immediately given to me within 15 minutes of leaving the shop. No food was included, and half the bouquet wilted in less than 24 hrs (by the next morning.) My guy was so disappointed that his gift didn’t even last a day that I actually attempted to contact Camelback Flowers through the website. I never received any response. I am aware that for a bouquet to last 5days is on average what’s to be expected, but was incredibly disappointed by non response after reaching out to find additional care tips or an explanation as to the decline in quality. The images attached were of the final bouquet I received and show the blue bells falling off and the hydrangea wilted by the next morning. The roses and carnations opened immediately but I can get carnations and roses at a grocery store, so I was beyond disappointed.

They were very expensive at $8 a stem for my flower. I was told my flowers would bloom as they were fresh picked. Not a week later they died and didn't even bloom. Needless to say I will not be returning and urge others to find their flowers at different flower shop.
