Awful. I'd rate a zero if I could. They handled my order through Teleflora. Ordered the "Pretty Please" bouquet for my mom's birthday and she received this absolute trash (photos for reference). 4 stems of daisies and cheap filler? Really? That's what I paid for? I can get better looking arrangements at a grocery store. My mom was a florist for over 20 years. She would never ever let this fly and quite frankly it's an insult to her talent as a floral designer.

Arizona Florist is a great choice for any occasion. I used them for my wedding and they went above and beyond for me. The arrangements and center pieces were beyond my expectations for the cost and I could not have been happier with the staff. What an amazing family owned and operated business. I would not recommend for any one to buy from this flower shop, specially not the, "100 Red Roses". I was really upset, because I expected it to be exactly how they advertised it on their website. I had them deliver it for an anniversary to my girlfriend's school, and it was terrible because it looked like they just threw the flowers in there on the base. The red roses were skinny and just not like the picture. Very disorganized, and it was just embarrassing to have my girlfriend see it and that i had to take it back. My girlfriend told me that the delivery driver even told her that he helped out by just throwing in the roses when she approached him to take it back. This is a terrible shop in which they just focusbon the money instead of customer satisfaction. If i can post a picture the arrangement i happily will. Do not buy from this shop !

I have used this company for Mother's Day flowers in Cave Creek, AZ for 3 years in a row and they are amazing! I can order online, and sometimes even just 1 day in advance, and they provide an easy to use service. Most importantly, though, they deliver high quality flower arrangements. My mom is always impressed with the quality and quantity of the flowers they deliver. I cannot recommend this service highly enough!

I ordered a medium size spray for my aunt's funeral and asked to have the ribbon written on to show that it was from my family. There is not a lot of us with the same family surname so it was very important that our surname was on there and correctly spelled. When the delivery was made no one bothered to check because one of the stickers fell off. The owner called to credit $25 for the lettering..... that doesn't fix the fact that this was a very sensitive situation and designer and delivery personnel need to double check all orders. They definitely took down all the information correctly and was more than happy to charge me in seconds but they couldn't have the decency to send someone out to fix the arrangement or called a local vendor that they worked with to assist. I recommend going with another vendor if you plan to have a tribute spray for your loved ones funeral.

I received flowers from here for my Birthday Tuesday. My Daughter-In-Law who lives in Texas ordered them..I sent her a picture of what was sent and she indicated it was not like the ones she picked out by the picture she saw. The flowers only lasted 1 day. Roses died, carnations and daisy's were poor quality flowers...It is disappointing when you pay for flowers and they send poor quality. Sender has no idea what was sent and if they got their money's worth. In this case they sure didn't..

I purchased an anniversary bouquet for my wife online throughPhoenix’s One-Stop Flower Shop. It was fulfilled by AZ Florist. The info about this arrangement specifically states white roses and English Ivy in multiple places as the key features of this style. That is specifically why I purchased this arrangement. The picture also shows a standard, elegantly shaped glass vase that gives the arrangement an upright appearance. What we received were 12 white roses, a few sprigs of purple wax flower, ASPARAGUS FERNS, and some weird martian-looking plant that overwhelmed the entire arrangement. All that was shoved into a squat bulbous vase that caused the arrangement to spread out wide and low with up to 12 inches between roses! There was nothing elegant or charming about this arrangement. I feel that I was a victim of bait and switch. I will not order from this company again

Surprise bouquet of flowers just because from my Hubby were delivered to my office! After the initial excitement and adoration wore off, I noticed the bouquet was very sparse (lots of leaves) and the flowers were dying. I notified my husband and sent him a picture. He knew what he spent and wasn't happy with his purchase. He immediately called in, they apologized, were very kind hearted and assured us they have a fresh flower guarantee and a new bouquet would arrive the following day. Indeed, they delivered next day and the NEW bouquet was gorgeous, full, and abundant in color! First delivery was dead within three days. Second delivery is still alive and blooming now on it's seventh day on my desk at work! THANK YOU FOR MAKING IT RIGHT!!!!! EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!

I ordered some flowers from AZ Florist to have them delivered last Friday. I usually like to pick flowers myself, but Nancy was very helpful and the bouquet she helped me with was fantastic. This particular arrangement was for my Mother-in-law. She loved them and was quite surprised. The delivery driver went above and beyond. When he came to the door no one was answering. Instead of leaving them at the door in the heat he called me so I could get someone to accept delivery. I definitely recommend AZ Florist.

My sister had ordered flowers to be delivered on the Saturday before mothers day for our mother. They were supposed to come to my house where my mom was staying for the weekend while my sister was out of town. Saturday came and went, no flowers. She gets a call from some driver on Sunday morning that they had to be re-delivered and that they had tried to deliver them 3 times Saturday. THE DELIVERY DRIVER LIED! They didn't try once to deliver them I was home all day. You can't even park in front of my house with my dogs freaking out, there is no way in hell that I missed the delivery or 3. My sister and I are going to call tomorrow, I'll update after that!

I had placed an order with TeleFlora to have an arrangement delivered to My Mom yesterday for her 60th Birthday. They not only sent an arrangement that looked like a beginner florist put it together but it looked nothing like what was ordered. I called Teleflora and told them I wanted the correct arrangement delivered. 4 hours goes by, I call and AZ Florist says the redelivery was cancelled. So after I get off the phone with them, I called Teleflora back only to find out that the delivery drivers have all gone home but it would have to be redelivered today on 6/20, the day AFTER her birthday. Teleflora agreed to an upgrade and a partial refund. Today her flowers were delivered and STILL look NOTHING like the picture. I will place my floral orders from a local florist in Avondale next time. Shame on you guys!! How hard is it to follow a damn picture?!?!?!

Failed deliveries multiple times. Tried to schedule at a time I would be home and failed to listen to the time frames I had given. Again they failed to deliver on time and I’m late waiting for flowers. Sabrina is not friendly and has bad customer service and makes excuses for their negligence. I’ve worked customer service ten years so I understand her frustration but she needs an attitude check.

Order sent at 9AM, flowers not delivered until 8PM on Valentines Day... tried calling them around 6PM after getting an email from them twlling me my flowers had been delivered at 4:45PM: no answer, ran out to get flowers as I did not think they would deliver. The bouquet i got for ~50 usd total was not great, the lady who delivered it was very nice but 8PM is too late to be knocking on people's doors. Next time I will just run out to get a better bouquet for cheaper.

I paid 100 for this flower arrangement on the right side to be delivered. What I received was the left side flower arrangement looks identical to what they are selling. I paid extra for more flowers and the largest arrangement that they have.........are you kidding me lol. My mom ordered a flower arrangement for my wedding thru ftd and this is the shop that delivered my flowers. The first arrangement looled like a hodgepodge poorly put together arrangement. The white roses had brown spots on them, the arrangement was supposed to be double everything. The lillies were still closed. There was more fill in foliage than anything. I called my mom crying because they completely ruined my wedding day. They brought a replacement arrangement on Tuesday that was smaller than the first one. I sent that one back because it was not what was ordered. When my mom called the store she was told to tell me to wait a couple of days and the lillies would bloom. What a joke to tell someone on their wedding day. The third arrangement that was delivered on Wednesday was wilted with brown spots on the roses AGAIN. I accepter the delivery because I was fed up with dealing with them. The icing on the cake was when I walked into work this morning and the lillies are already starting to die. Don't ever order flowers here for a special day like your WEDDING. We are filing a formal complaint with ftd. Three strikes and your out. Highly sad and disappointed in this place. If I could give zero stars I would.

I came to this flower store for mother’s Day to check out the selection of flowers! I was very pleasantly surprised of such a great selection they had, my favorite were the Sun Flowers and Tulips! The staff was very helpful and friendly. I went with loose flowers but i was able to see their arrangements and they were amazing! Next time fore sure I’ll order online! I have previously worked for a florist and was disappointed in the arrangement. The arrangement had many flowers, and fillers, which were old and should have been discarded. The delivery person when handing me the arrangement leaves fell off the arrangement, when I picked up the leaves they were old and brittle. The positive is that there were many different species of flowers in the arrangement and a few were fresh.

When I was first referred to them it was for my sister's funeral. When looking and ordering the flowers the staff was very helpful and understanding, they made the task bearable. . They also had a flower cake that I purchased a week later for her birthday. It was beautiful, and it was short notice. Yesterday, was my sister's birthday for this year and I walked in to order the same cake, once again short notice, but they made without hesitation, it was beautiful and they were very helpful as always. . Would definitely use them again and refer them to family and friends.

Well the first time i went here was for mothers day the service was great, today i rushed across town so i cold surprise my wife with more flowers pulled in at 5:50 thinking yes i just made it! Considering the store supposed to be open until 6pm just to have them literally lock the doors and turn the light off on me as i was walking up. Don't waste your money! Got these flowers delivered and couldn't believe what was received compared to what was ordered...ordered 8am for same-day delivery and they were not received until right before 5 PM. And to add to the chaos, a FEW of the flowers were broken and when the driver was informed he said "I can bring you those broken flowers back tomorrow..." Not the point. Incredibly disappointed, these were not worth over $60.

The Arizona Florist is my go to place for any floral needs. They have delivered over 100 roses on short notice for a Daddy/Daughter dance and made beautiful Mother's Day arrangements. Most recently they provided several spectacular arrangements for the funeral of my Father-in-law. Each arrangement was perfect. The last thing you want to worry about when ordering flowers for any occasion is mistakes. Not even a concern with Arizona Florist.

Delivered to my house but they were not for me. They had the right address but delivered to the wrong house. Called the customer service and they said someone would come to pick them up. No one came and I had to find the right house the next afternoon (28 hours later). If I didn't do that the people would never get there flowers and their customer would waste their money.
