I used these people, they sub contracted out the followers I ordered looked nothing like what the picture did, looked cheap then when I called they said they didn’t have those flowers so they did what they could do, then phone went dead, called back and they sent me a $20 off coupon, why so I can get more cheap flowers,

Flowers were horrible got them on Saturday for Mother's Day they are already dead. I don't know if you have a shop here in Glendale but the flowers looked dead when I got them .Thought of returning them but didn't want to hurt my son's feelings. This 1-800Flowers in a RIP-OFF.

Ordered flowers for my wife's birthday and paid extra for same day delivery and they didn't show up until 9:20pm and half the flowers were broken! Never again

I ordered flowers for a coworker in the hospital. I selected an arrangement that was shown as a red and white arrangement advertised as winter bliss. It arrived the date it was supposed to but looked nothing like the arrangement shown. It was fall colors. I sent an email to customer service. I was specific in my complaint that it wasn't red and white, it did not look holiday. They offered to send a new one the next day. And they did, again yellow, bit red and white as pictured. This was a $70.00 arrangement and while I understand that the flowers as shown may not be available, red roses, red carnations white carnations are not that rare. Red and white, not unusual colors it shouldn't have been that hard. Will never use them again

Order flowers from 1-800 flowers that came from this location and they were horrible...looks like they were thrown together and shipped out...paid $73 for a bouquet that looks like a $15 bouquet...I will never use this company again

I called 1800 flowers half the items were not available. The lady who was trying to help me could not speak English. The whole experience was awful. I called a local florist long distance. She spoke English. No problems there. If these companies can't find decent help close your doors. By the reviews I can see they are a very poor company. Never again. My suggestion to everyone call local were the person lives. Keep small family owned businesses in business.

Customer entrance is located on the north west side of the building. You may have to park a little ways from it since parking seems limited near the entrance. Friendly staff. Expect them to be very busy for Mother's Day. Also they offer delivery.

Ordered flowers for valentines day and my wife did not receive them.Next I call customer service and everyone I speak to has thick foreign accent no big right wrong I proceed to ask for a supervisor and am told they are unavailable. This is the worst customer service I have ever received. So long story short my delivery which for some strange reason got delivered is sitting in fed ex and the only thing they are offering me for all this trouble is 20% off my next purchases. Now ive ordered from this company before and had no problems but after this screw up why would I want to do business with them again. And the funny part is their answer to me was better late than ever and the sad part was o purchased my order on the 29 of Jan so for future valentines I'm going with Proflowers So had to add to this they promise you a fifty percent discount because when they don't give proper instructions to fed x upon delivery request oh yeah not requested and still waiting on that refund

These people are thieves. Ordered flowers for mother’s day through 1800 flowers (if you use that service these people are their main retailers). They were supposed to be delivered on the 12th. Green rose lied and said they delivered it. I contacted 1800 flowers, they apologized and told them to do it again. Green rose said they would. Flowers never delivered. Told me at 9 at night it was too far, would do it next day. Next day came, no delivery. Still waiting on a delivery. These people are crooks and should be arrested. Their scam is to take on as many orders as possible knowing they can’t fill them, but collect money anyways. NEVER use them.

Not extremely happy about my experience with this company. The items did not arrive until nearly evening, the fruit basket was messy looking, all the fruit was hanging off of the sticks like they had broken, the fruit was very bitter and not in season tasting, it was also hot, do they not use a refrigerated delivery truck? The best part about this order was unfortunately a balloon and a box of chocolates. I do not recommend ordering the fruit basket from this company.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.. NOT TO MENTION HEALTH HAZARD!!! One of their extremely rude delivery people barged into my office while I was helping a client to drop off a delivery. I asked her to please hang on and she said her car was running so just went and dropped off the box in our lobby. Then I look at the card and it wasn't even the right address! I had the courtesy to call 1-800 Flowers to let them know they brought the delivery to the wrong place and the lady on the phone said they would come back and get it to take to the right place. It's a fruit arrangement for goddsake!! How do they have the audacity to leave FOOD somewhere and then go try to take it to the customer after it's been in someone else's hands. What if I was a sick person who contaminated the food with something bad? This is disgusting and very unprofessional.

bought groupon and purchased bouquet to be delivered to a hospital, driver could not find the recipient even after I told him floor and room number. Flowers were supposed to be delivered friday before the mother's day weekend, flowers have still not been sent to my sick cousin and it's 5/16/2018. Mutiple calls were made where I wasted over 2 hours with CSR'S that don't speak English well, and they have a heavy accent which makes it even more difficult and time consuming..WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER. PISS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. NEVER AGAIN

Order was for my girlfriend for her Birthday, which I paid extra for earlier shipping to get it delivered early. Flowers didn't arrive until 4:30 pm ..and they looked nothing like the picture on the internet. Very basic arrangement and definitely not worth the $22 to deliver..and late at that..Spent over $100 for an arrangement that looks like it was bought at safeway. Very dissatisfied and will not use them again.

Buyer beware, they demonstrate false advertising! My boyfriend ordered flowers, balloons, chocolates and a teddy bear to be delivered on valentines day and it never arrived. When it started to get late he called a few times to make sure they would make it and they kept re-assuring him that they were en route to be delivered. They still never came. They were lying to pacify him. After the non-delivery he tried to cancel the order and they outright refused. I had to go out of town early the next morning and my doorbell camera notified me that they left my flowers at my front door....not even with my neighbor...in the sun by my front door. They sat outside for days. Do not use this company. They will take your money and not deliver what they promise.

I will never use this floral company that goes through 1800flowers again!! Flowers arrived broken and shriveled. I rejected them only to have the company redeliver them a few hours later with the same broken stems and smashed flowers. The arrangement consisted of 3 smashed carnations and daisies with broken stems. They had the nerve to send the same bouquet back without fixing it. The water was also dirty which indicated it was made a day before. Too many good floral companies to waste money and time on Greenrose flowers.

HORRIBLE!!!!! Don’t use them!!!! I ordered flowers to be delivered to a hospital. I didn’t get what I ordered. They re-did the flowers and delivered the next day and I still got this cheap looking bouquet that looks nothing like the picture of what I ordered. CHEAP! HORRIBLE! DON’T USE!!!!!!
