We paid a total of $130 after delivery for this special Calla Lilly arrangement for the the service of my brother. It was the PREMIUM option. I spoke directly to Karla (apparently the Manager) and explained I was out of state, but trusted her judgement to ensure this was elegant and would be the correct choice as he named his daughter Calla for this flower. Not only were there only a mere 8 flowers, only ONE was in bloom! and they ALL leaned to the right!!! While they might be SPECTACULAR in a few days, TODAY was the day I requested them to comfort his wife and children!!!!! No one bothered to center them and make them look even presentable! And when I called to make a complaint, I was told by Destiny that "Karla isn't the designer"..... Is she NOT the MANAGER???? The one that represents the professionalism of the business???? DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!!! The other arrangements shown, and seen by the family cost LITERALLY 1/2 the cost, and appear worth it. The people might be nice, but I could have made a better arrangement with dandelions, forget me nots, and fox tails!!!!

They had the audacity to send an arrangement that cost one half of what I had paid them for a delivery via FTD. When I complained to FTD ( who refunded me in FULL) the amount was less than one half of what I had spent! I am DURE they thought they could get away with sending a cheap half dead arrangement, and no one would be the wiser. WRONG! Shame on you "flowers by Louise" for continuing to send cheap stock for full price flora. SHAME!

Ordered flowers from North Carolina for fam in Palmer. Staff was knowledgeable, friendly, courteous, and just fun to talk with. Delivered promptly to the door and brought a smile to recipients which was the whole idea. Arrangement was fresh and lite up the room. Many thanks!!

I placed an order for Lilies to be delivered to my wife while she was at work, the Lilies came out beautiful there still blooming in there almost a week and a half old!! They not only worked with her schedule they had somebody come in early to deliver the flowers to my wife during the hours that she was there! Excellent customer service couldn't ask for anything better!!

I have had a good handfull of orders from them and they always have been great. They make these awesome rose globes~ giant snow globe but with a real rose or other flowers inside with water inside.... Some even have glitter. They last a lot longer than any boquete I've ever gotten. 5* from me. Great job Ladies.

Wonderful service. I came in with a few pieces of jewelry and a card, told her that I wanted a bouquet built around them. We talked it over and added some truffles and she went to work. About a half an hour later I had a beautiful ten year anniversary bouquet for my wife! Thank you so very much!

I ordered flowers for my sister’s birthday today. I gave instructions for a different , eclectic, Wild flower arrangement .... well my sister sent me Pictures of the arrangement .... Just gorgeous!! It had some very unique flowers in it and Scottish thistles Along with the beautiful lilies. I am beyond satisfied with this florist . Job well done. When your husband tells you he paid a ridiculous amount for a valentines flower delivery and you get nothing delivered and no one answers phone calls. That's pretty terrible service, and if we don't get a full refund I'm taking this to the BBB. Not to mention the hassle of everything never again.

My husband brought me home a wrap today for our anniversary and the flowers are beautiful. I LOVE the peony’s! My only complaint was that they are cut really short so to cut them again and get them in water... well you can see the problem there. But the flowers are beautiful!

Chloe was the sweetest girl to work with. I asked for something to brighten up my grandmothers hospital room and she went above and beyond leaving me in tears. The arrangement is more than I could ever imagine and I really can’t thank them enough! They delivered same day and were so easy to work with. Super disappointed!!! Would NOT order from flowers by Louise again. I placed an order for a $100.00 flower arragement. I got a picture from a family member of the arrangement. Couldn't believe that the arrangement was so sparse. I was embarrassed. It was a sympathy arrangement. I expected much more. The picture from FTD was much different.
