I am very disappointed. I paid for a $75 arrangement and another $25 for delivery. They were supposed to deliver them on Wed. after 6:00, but I told them to call because I wasn't sure she would be home from work. I called and was told that they had been delivered which was a LIE!!! They did not call until after they had tried to deliver and she was not home. So she has to go pick them up (call first to make sure they are available) tomorrow. And I still have to pay for delivery because they "did deliver them". Never again!!!

Hard to understand on phone....in person is great...they went out of their way to get a gift delivered last minute....thanks again...

Worse experience ever!!! I ordered flowers from their site online and said I wanted the flowers to be delivered that same day. It was a surprise gift for a friend. I called my friend at the end of the day and asked if she had gotten anything she said no! I called A Blooming Rose and she said "Oh I haven't checked the online site" I was like what??? what kind of a business are you running? She apolozied and asked if they could be delivered first thing in the morning! I said yes that would be great! My friend just emailed me like am I to wait for whatever is getting delivered it's 2:46 pm with no delivery in sight. I called the lady again and she said yes yes he's out delivering!!! I tell you what!!! I'll NEVER order from this place again!!! And for a local business to treat a local this way it's word of mouth form!!!

Wrote a review on their site, I doubt it will ever be made public or show on their page, so I will post here. I ordered the orange arrangement "as shown." I had to call and remind the business to deliver my order as I hadn't gotten a delivery confirmation that day, it appears the rude woman on the phone had forgotten about it. So she throws together this nasty arrangement, significantly less flowers, and mangles the stalks of the flowers too. I imagine because she was rushing. I did not receive the product that I paid for (over 110 CAN/80 USD). Thank you for wrecking my wife's birthday surprise.
