So.... I was told by the owner of Tiger Lilly that he did his job and those flowers and exactly what I ordered. He then went on to tell me he went above and beyond by upgrading the vase and adding a bow. He then tells me that it isn't fair to him for me to bash him on social media. The post is on tiger Lilly's Facebook page under community comments. I am yet to see where I bashed him. Then he continues to inform me how you just cant make some people happy. Not one time did he offer any reparations, exchanges, refunds, discounts, or even an apology. So that's my experience with Slade Carden and Tiger Lilly. When I pointed out that he had not apologized he offered a half hearted apology. I cancelled my other orders and will not do business here again.

I called at 5pm est and they had the most beautiful flowers delivered 45 minutes later. I understand this probably wasn't the norm because they're usually busy but i was SO impressed for the first time using this florist. Thank you so much!
