Absolutely the best customer service ever. Just called (from out of town) to place an order for sympathy flowers. Shirley took my call and provided exceptional advice and service, suggesting many options to meet my needs. I have not previously viewed her arrangements, but if her floral work is even close to her excellent customer service...I am certain I will be 100% satisfied!! Thank you Shirley’s Florist. I came here after work to buy the girl I'm dating some flowers for her birthday. I arrived 10 minutes before close and the lights were off and the door was locked even though the sign on the door said open, and door and website said open until 5. I had to pick her up for dinner empty handed. From now on I'm going across the street.

Called Shirley"s Florist at 4:55! They were so kind and helped me with my order even though it was closing! I also needed the flowers to be ready by 11am in the morning. They were willing to get it done in time for the viewing the next morning. thank you so much for helping me with my time crunch.

Ordered my sisters prom flowers from Shirley's a couple of weeks back and did not receive the flowers that we ordered. Along with not receiving the specific flower ordered we were also charged more than we were originally told. The lady that was ringing us up was extremely rude and did not care that our flowers were not correct. She rudely informed me that "A lot of people liked their flowers" and she thought that what they gave us "Would do fine". I do not believe that a business intended to make someone's event special should treat customers like this. The individuals working for this shop are extremely rude and do not provide customers with kind service.

This company has my families business for life. Shirley went above and beyond what any other florist would do, when we had a tragic event happen. The arrangement was 6 feet tall, Crimson Tide themed, and absolutely stunning. I highly recommend her to everyone!!

I had a big complaint from my girlfriend in Florida who ordered a dish garden for a funeral arrangement on 12-7-17. Her son was there and saw the arrangement that was made by this Florist. It cost her $59.47 and was small enough to fit in a cup holder! We were all very disappointed in the product! I would avoid all business with this florist.

The best $150 I've ever spent Shirley's delivered my girlfriend 24 red and yellow roses to her job and they were beautiful above my expectations great job keep up the good work.
