Beautiful arrangement and first class service! They had done an arrangement for delivery to our office but no one was there. I told owner I'd swing by the shop before they closed to pick it up. I got caught in traffic and called to tell her just to leave the arrangement outside at the door because I didn't want them to have to wait past closing. Pulled up and she was still there waiting on me! Said she didn't want to risk leaving the arrangement outside! Wow!

My sister orderered Me an arrangement . It looked liked a $9.99 arrangement from Walmart stuck in a dollar store vase I sent my sister a picture along with a thank you . She had paid $79.00 for the arrangement and explained in detail what she wanted The picture of the arrangement left her speechless. Nothing like what she had asked for and very poor quality . She called the florist , they appoligised , said they were out of flowers and would get a new shipment in tomarrow and would redo the arrangement. I called them and told them to credit my sister her money back. I am very upset that they would send something out like that to begin with. If I had not sent the picture to my sister she would not have known any different . And they would have gotten away with sending a $10.00 arrangement in the place of a $79.00 one. I'm am offended they would do my sister this way . I will never use McKENZIE Street Florest and I will certainly warn anyone who is looking for a florest not to use them either She used them based on the reviews and their rating. I hope this truthfull one will keep someone else from this same experience Shame on you for taking advantage of someone trying to brighten someone's day !

I called McKenzie Street Florist for a very special floral order it would have been 34yrs for my mother and father to have been married, my father died 2yrs ago in April from Meso... I asked specifically for an order and the florist Sissy called and made sure she could get that order told me the wholesale florist could get the special rose in colors other than red.. I asked for Pink I gave her 7 names for each rose..The roses came in red and the card came with 6 names not 7 and completely mis-spelled my father's name they did not bother to call me back and tell me they could not get pink... This may seem like a very small human error but to those who are grieving or sad it makes a world of difference. Please don't look at it like it's just a job or another order it was very important to 7 people. Sincerely Disappointed.

I used McKenzie St. Florist and Sunset Arbors for my beach wedding. This was THE BEST decision I EVER MADE! Marie took care of me from beginning to end. She made that beach so beautiful, I had to hold back tears. I have never had anyone go so far out of thier way or do so much to make my dreams a reality. She is a true artist!! Every single person who attended my wedding commented on the beautiful decor and if it wasn't for Marie and her magical team, it would not have been the special day it was. Do yourself a HUGE favor and snatch this awesome lady up if you can!!!

Let me preface this message with this statement: I'm a very disgruntled customer. I placed an order for a delivery of flowers to my precious girlfriend while I am away training for another deployment with the military. I placed the order three days in advance. I called the shop on the morning of the 5th to ensure that the shop was tracking my order since I placed it online. She assured me that they were ready to be delivered. The flowers were an hour late, and the sweet lady had to drive AFTER HOURS to deliver them. What that says to me is that the lady I spoke to this morning didn't do her job when she didn't make sure the delivery information (flowers to be delivered at 4pm) carried over to the second shift. Also, the delivery person failed to complete his/her tasks by leaving for the day without making sure the orders were completing. I'm, typically, a lenient man, but this kind of ethic is unacceptable to me.

The dozen roses that McKenzie Street Florist delivered for my recent 20th anniversary are without question the prettiest and most long lasting I've ever received. I've had them a week and not a single one is drooping. Every one of them opens up like a garden rose. I love them!

The final product was more than I could hope for. They are extremely friendly, dependable, and reasonable. I promise, you will not be disappointed!
