Would've appreciated a call letting me know they where out of stock of an item so I could exchange out for something else instead of a total cancellation after charging me. I appreciate the email, but while prompt with a 8 minute response, didn't think to check if after getting an order number and approved payment processing. When I called I was told if I ordered something else before 12 I would've been okay, given by the time I was on lunch to check my emails it was 12:09. Again would've really appreciated a call instead of an email so I could've hastily made another decision. I don't mean to review badly, but again I never got a product after it was implied it was in stock and ready for same day shipping.

I even received a text from the florist with a photo of the finished product. I have never received such excellent customer service from an out of state florist. I was looking for a florist for a funeral. One of my friends, her father, had passed away. I called the funeral home asking for recommendations and they recommended Simply Southern -at first. I called and the man was so rude to me over the phone I just did not want to do business with someone who acted like I was bothering them. So I called the funeral home back and asked for another good florist and they recommended Kimberlee's and I had read where they would work with your budget. I called and spoke to a women named Judy and she was so kind, because I didn't know what I was doing or what I wanted. This was my first time buying a funeral arrangement for a friend. I gave her a budget and we came up with an arrangement that I could afford that was still lovely and classy. It meant so much to me to find a florist that was kind and considerate to their customers! Please use them if you are looking for a florist!

I don’t even know where to begin! I live in TN and needed something special delivered to my daughter who lives on Ft Rucker. The employees are so kind and accommodating (and funny). They went so far above and beyond that 5 stars doesn’t even come close to the rating they deserve. I can’t thank them or recommend them enough. THE BEST!!!

I found the website as I was searching for a way to send my son and his family a fruit basket for Valentines Day. As it was the day before, I thought I might not be able to get it there on time. But it got there in the afternoon and it is absolutely beautiful, and full of mixed fruit. I love it and I will remember Kimberlee's for my next delivery. By the way I live in North Carolina.
