i am deeply saddened that my first arctic circle experience was at this location. somebody else mentioned in a review that the employees are detached from their work and that could not be more true. tried to use a coupon, and the employee taking our order did not know how to input coupons on the POS. no biggie, a great training opportunity! except he called for someone to help him, and when no one came to help he just totaled it out, at full price. i said “is that with the coupon?” and he said “no i dont know how to do that.” also the first thing i hear when walking in is about a kids cheeseburger with no ketchup. we place our order. “do you have a kids cheeseburger with no ketchup?” sit down, wait for our food. our food finally comes out. “hey, where’s that kids cheeseburger no ketchup?” there just seems to be a major lack of communication and training here. i’ve always said if you walk into any restaurant and it’s quiet, you’re gonna have a bad time.

The food was decent... But anyone who's ever been to Arctic Circle can tell you that it's always a bit pricey for a drive-thru. But... usually it's worth it because the food is fantastic. So yeah. Not fantastic, but still pretty dang good. And pretty dang pricey. The problem is that the staff seemed a bit disconnected with their jobs, maybe? Just really weren't listening to the order, so the size of one of the drinks was wrong. When this was pointed out, instead of just fixing the order, we were told that we'd be charged for the more expensive drink. Now, I didn't mind paying for it, because that's the size I ordered. But, as my food was getting cold while we were discussing it with the worker, wouldn't it have been a nice gesture to just upsize the damn drink? How much would that extra eight ounces of soda really cost you, AC? I can answer that: It cost you a whole car load of loyal customers.

Meh food, Meh service, unclean lobby and rest rooms. The only reason to stop here is there isn't many other choices. I didn't get sick is as good a review as I can give it.

This place is so much better now that they have a new manager Deanna. The old manager was horrible. Food was fresh, hot and delicious. Definitely worth the stop.

Great shakes and cones and they have fry sauce. The burgers are good and fixed to order, so you get them warm.

This was my first time at AC and we were glad we stopped. Service was friendly and fast and it was Friday at dinner time. Food was good too!

My first visit to Arctic Circle and I was really pleasantly surprised at the really cool menu. The service was friendly and the restaurant was clean, but the menu was awesome. Thank you. I'll be back! 5-stars!

I ordered the fish. When it came it was picture perfect. But one bite in and it was the most bland flavorless meal I had ever eaten. Same with the onion rings. To be fare it was a burger place but I do not recommend the fish. On a side note even the tarter sauce was bland.

Great stop. Ordered the pastrami burger which had a nice, thick portion of pastrami on it. Sometimes they skimp on that but not here. They were busy and needed extra help but we weren’t in a hurry. Great place to stop if you’re heading through this area.

Some of the best employees who work their currently then there has been in awhile. They are incredibly hard working and the food is better than it has been in a long time. The buns used to be hard and dry and when Jason is cooking, he does an amazing job. Euphamia, Hannah and Parker have the absolute best customer service skills I've ever seen at that place.

The one in kemmerer is slow and even forgot to give us sause plus the door had a sign keep door unlocked during business hours was locked so I had to go to the front door and wait 5 min to get sause

We chose this place because it was the only eating establishment open late enough. Service wasn't great and the food was not fresh. The meat was dry and the buns were crusty.

New manager did not solve any problems. While I was there there were two employees making food without gloves on. It took 30 minutes to get our food when there were only five other customers in the restaurant. They also got my order wrong, which has not been the first time its happened. Service was awful, cashier was rude and unpleasant.

Been coming here for the last year, I’d say once a month on average as I pass through town. The service has been mostly bad. There will be zero customers there and it takes me 5-10 minutes to even tell someone my order and pay. I am ignored from the time I walk in till I order and then ignored til someone remembers my food that has been sitting ready for several minutes. The drive through moves slow. I’ve never been, but I see the same cars sitting there sometimes as I leave with my food to go. It’s mostly clean, except behind the counter, definitely not clean as you go. The kicker is, I know stores can be this way off and on, depending on the day, and the team members on the shift, the manager, etc. but this store has a problem. It starts with corporate who would allow a building with their logo operate this way. The store needs to be gutted and new team members hired with good attitudes and work ethic. I finally left this review becUse I’m standing outside your building at 2:45 4/26 and the sign says open, and the lights are all on, but the doors are locked. Last time I stop here I think, which sucks because I love your shakes most. Miss you.
