The employees are really helpful and friendly. The store is very clean and has a great selection of goods. I would have given it five stars but of all of the pet stores in Oshkosh, they are the most expensive. I have a pet snake and I had to buy some frozen rats. It was over $13 for 3 rats.

We took our 7mon old AussieDoodle puppy here for a grooming appointment today, (his second ever). We were a little nervous because being a 40+lb energetic puppy in a new environment can be a little scary... So I stopped in and asked one of the grooming associates (Lindsey) about what we can do to make it the best visit for him etc. She suggested things we could do at home to get him ready as well as the best times to come in where it was a little slower and would have less distractions. I scheduled our visit through the app (which was super easy) and just so happened to get Lindsey for our scheduled visit and it couldn't have gone any better. Not only did Lindsey do a wonderful job with his grooming, but she also did an exceptional job with working with him when we first got there and he was SO EXCITED and anxious. I will absolutely be back again based off of the wonderful experience we had today with Lindsey. Thank you!

I like coming here when my friend brings the cats out there for The Humane Society. The people that work the are always asking if we need help or just stop to talk about the animals. My wife and I have been here numerous times to buy fish, aquarium, cat, and dog supplies. The prices are a little on the higher end compared to other establishments in the area but they will price match without any fuss, which has saved us quite a bit. The staff has always been helpful and friendly. The selection of goods is pretty good considering they carry a little something for cats, dogs, fish, snakes, rodents, birds, etc. The store is clean and organized fairly well. They offer pet grooming. Pet training. Have a "doggy station" outside to pick up after your pup.

I love petsmart for all my pet needs. Its my favorite for items you need that are unique. The only complaint I have is that its pretty expensive. If I need food or treats I go elsewhere where it is cheaper. I go to petsmart to get my little 5lb. Chihuahua super cute clothes and collars I cant find anywhere else. They always have seasonal items for the upcoming holidays. Memorial day is right around the corner as well as 4th of July. They have red, white and blue shirts, collars, hats and even sunglasses for any size dog. I shopped at the store in Oshkosh and I just love how neat and clean it is as well as the politeness of the employees. Someone always asks if I need help finding anything. I take my pooch with me and the employees love seeing her and asking questions about her. They also give her a treat on the way out. I suggest this store for specialty items but not for food or treats unless you cant get them anywhere else.

It was very clean and neat, which is great because my 9 month old APBT is basically a vaccum! She had her very first store experience here, and it could not have gone better! Honestly, I was slightly nervous about bringing her in, since I know there are random, biased views and policies based on her breed, but Xena is the most loving dog I've ever met, and I know it's important to reinforce her love of people, so we went in. To my utter relief, the staff was so nice and respectful, especially when my cashier mentioned that they have obedience classes, if I was interested. This was said empethetically, as Xena was up on the counter, whining for another treat...utter embarrassment as a pup mom, but she is young! I still have to look in to those classes!!! We also walked past 2 other dogs, whose owners were also extremely nice and more than happy to let Xe meet thier dogs! As I said, it could not have gone better, and we can't wait to go again!

Great variety of food for all animals. I went there for my doggo and really saw what they had for that. Everything was clearly labeled and easy to find. They even marked clearance areas for you to go to, which is awesome. 10/10 would recommend. Had dog treats at check out. Super friendly cashier. Good discounts if you sign up too.

I fell in extremely hard times and I have a service dog and her retractable leash was broken. When I went into the store I was greeted and told what aisle the leases were in. I was unable to pay the full amount for the leash and the cashier paid for it out of her own money she was a wonderful person and extremely generous due to my situation. I thanked her profusely and find that she has a really truly wonderful heart. And at the end when I thanked her over and over again she said just pay it forward. I will be trying to do the best to pay that forward because she really help me out when I was in a terrible spot.

Their selection of ferret stuff is pretty limited, and I have seen several examples that demonstrate that their employees aren't well trained regarding ferrets, pushing profitable products rather than what is actually healthy for them.

We bought two gouramis from here and one died overnight. We went to exchange the fish and the worker told us we needed a tank heater, which proved to make little difference in the original water temperature. We bought another type of the same fish and it died within a few days again. Not to mention that when we went to get the second fish, we saw two dead fish in one of their tanks. Not recommended to buy fish from here.

Cashier was super friendly got to visit with a parrot at the checkout seemed like new staff helped us to the aisle aera we needed but we had to find the item two rows over no biggie super friendly all that counts to us but one thing i would offer more cat toys and stuff half store is dog related only 1 aisle for the felines just a suggestion that's all. Our fish and pleco we bought 4 years ago here are still living and strong as ever all in all you wont be disappointed.

I have taken my dog here about 3 times for baths. Each time was only a so-so experience. First time I dropped him off and was told to give them about an hour and a half. They call about 2 hours later and say he is ready. I show up and they hadn't even trimmed his paws because they didn't know if I wanted that- well its included in the package so if I didn't want it I would have said so or they should have asked when I dropped him off. The 2nd time was again much longer than the time frame they told me. I came back to the store after 1.5 hours and I can hear my dog barking in the back of the store because he is kenneled. After walking around the store for 15 minutes they finally bring him out and then trim his paws. I don't understand why he was kenneled in the back if he was not done. So another at least 2 hours for this appointment. The third appointment was the same. Came back to the store at 1.5 hours to hear him again barking in the back. We walk around the store for 20 minutes and still have not been called to say he is ready so we go to check on him. They were not done with him. They tried to send him home with us without trimming his paws- we had to specifically ask them to do it this time. So another 2 hours. It seems like they triple book for appointments and don't have enough staff to groom the dogs. They used to give you "report cards" to show what services the dog received and how they did but they apparently no longer do that so I have no idea if they really did brush his teeth, clean his ears, brush out his coat, etc. Honestly I think we will stick to bathing him at home as he smells better and its less hassle. We just don't like trimming his nails at home so maybe we'll bring him in just for that as a walk-in.

I won't go to any other pet store. The other ones just do not compare as far as variety offered in just about every category, pricing and overall staff friendliness. My dogs stick to blue Buffalo adult small breed salmon, and I can find it the cheapest here, and they are never out of stock of anything. The staff is knowledgeable and very willing to help. The only pet store for me and my fur babies ❤️

This is the o ly place I can find my dogs food. They staff always tries to help at the register with coupons. Super friendly place. Dogs are always welcomed as long as they are on a leash. My dog lobes going into the groomer. I recommend this spot.

Brought my 4month old shih-tzu puppy in to get his hair cut and a bath. Lindsey was his stylist and she was FANTASTIC! This was my puppy, Wrigley's first hair cut so I wasn't expecting him to look great, I just wanted him to be able to see since his hair had grown over his eyes! But when I picked him up, I was blown away by the job Lindsey had done. Wrigley looked absolutely stunning! She was super nice, genuine, and seemed to love her job, all while having a great relationship with my dog whom she had just met. After I left the salon and went to pay for my puppy's services, there was a female employee at a small kiosk. It looked like she was doing something with purple and their pets, possibly for Valentine's day. Anyways, she was so good with my puppy and kept him and my 3 year old son entertained while we were waiting in line! She gave Wrigley treats, and then showed my son how to give Wrigley treats. After we paid... we went to give Lindsey a tip, but there were some larger dogs in the salon and they went nuts as soon as they saw my tiny 8lb dog! They were definitely seeing Wrigley as a fluffy little chew toy! We waited, but it didn't seem as though we were getting in there anytime soon. The female employee who was giving treats to Wrigley earlier, came and asked if we needed to get in there. I explained to her what I was trying to do and she offered to take the tip in for me. So nice! All around a wonderful experience and I will continue to come here and see Lindsey and have her cut my dogs hair! If I had to complain about 1 thing, the ONLY complaint would be that there was not an easy way to leave a tip for my stylist, if I didn't have cash to hand her immediately.

They don't have very good variety in the reptiles they sell and all of the employees I have spoken to (4 or 5) have given me information that was incorrect, in one case a worker advised me to buy pine shavings for substrate for my ball python. Pine shavings are poisonous to ball pythons. If you do go there, it's good to have done extensive research on any animal or product you're buying before hand as the employees probably won't be able to give you accurate information on the animal/item.

My son and I went here on a snowy day to get out of the house. Jake, in the aquarium and live animal department, was AWESOME! He was patient, fun, and spoke kindly to my four year old son. The store was clean as were the bathrooms. All of the birds, fish, rodents, snakes, lizards and turtles also looked really healthy.
