Staff is superb! Purchased smoked salmon fillets that i proceeded to take home and freeze. you see these fillets are so awesome that i purchase numerous packages because it is so far away from my home (about 5 hours) we ate 2 packages and froze the rest, opened them 2 years later and OMG they were as good as the day we bought them. So if you really love fish this place is truly fantastic and we will return!

TO DIE FOR! LOVE the Brown Sugar Salmon and the Smoked Molasses & Bacon Salmon. Saw you at the Green Bay Farmers Market (7/19 /2014) and thought we would try your salmon because it looked and sounded good And it was awesome. Will track you down to get more.
