Welton’s Seafood Market offers up fresh seafood daily. Welton’s sells a diverse range of exceptional high-quality seafood products (shrimps, crabs, various types of fish, etc.) at a reasonable price. I am always greeted with a warm inviting smile; customer service is always top-notched. Welton’s is a small rustic seafood market that is second-to-none in quality, price and customer service. Best blue crabs in Tidewater.

Wow! Amazing, super fresh seafood! It’s mostly sold uncooked, but they will steam shellfish for a nominal charge. We will definitely return the next time we are in Virginia Beach.

I'll give this place four * because of its clean appearance and friendly help. Altho the prices are really outrageous even for fresh fish. Will I go back again? Maybe for the mango salsa. I must say the clerk was super nice and did give me a slight doscount.

Great local seafood, great choices from elsewhere, good local Wissie's salads, pimiento cheese, and other local products. Check the schedule - closed Sun-Monday, I think. Maybe they're fishing. Also a little gift shop and some take home items that are ready made. Cute little beach cottage set back from the main road, so slow down and move to the service road to get there. Fairly large strip shopping center beside it, so you can turn in there if you miss it.

The prices were high for crab legs. Here in Richmond city we paid between 11 and $14 for a pound of crab legs but they charge you $17 for some little crab legs that I would definitely not get any more. I just saying that they are expensive for some seafood.

Can't believe no one has mentioned the most incredible Tomato Pies that Ashley makes during tomato season. Fish is so good and they are so knowledgeable, even taught me a better way to cook my white fish that is so easy. Great Chicken Salad too.

We stopped here because we were camping at First Landing and wanted seafood from a local provider, not a mega-mart. The gentleman behind the counter was very helpful and friendly, talked about the area, and even tossed in several crabs above the dozen we had paid for. Excellent establishment.
