Went there Sunday. Dirty atmosphere. Buffet table didn't keep food warm. The meatballs were great. Cocktail sauce was the best I ever had. No unsweet tea only sweet. I'm a diabetic. Shrimp good. Glad u can eat it cold. Sausage good but cold. May be better if ordered individually. Won't go again.

Went in for some crabs and shrimp. Being a visitor to the area figured it would have been better. Large Male crabs that was advertised as live was dead in the bushel basket. Passed on the crabs shrimp was okay asked for heavy seasoning and got more like little to no seasoning at all. Definitely won’t revisit this place.

A very large selection of seafood. I love going here. Employees very courteous and helpful. If you love seafood I recommend you vist the establishment. Fresh seafood as well as cooked food. I purchased a red snapper. It was reasonably priced. I also bought shrimp, scallops, croaker and spot fish. They also sell different types of sausage. Going to go back when they have blue crabs. I purchased some last year and they were delicious.

I had an online order that was supposed to be ready at quarter after 5 they did not get it ready until after 6 p.m. every time I go in here they don't have the order ready when they're supposed to even though they have plenty of time to fix the food. I even heard the cook come to the front after having cook some of the food for the people and to tell them that they were out of collard greens this is unacceptable when you're running an establishment they need to have more organization and more Cooks in the kitchen people have things to do and places to go this made me late for my obligations because they did not deliver as they should have. There were people that walked in and ordered their food they got their food quicker than I did and I only had two orders

I've been here several times, both to buy fresh seafood to cook and I've eaten in their restaurant several times as well. The fish market side has a wide variety of fresh seafood. The restaurant side has a walk up window where you order and pay. They give you a number for you to set on the table. Depending on their staffing that day they either bring the food to your table or yell out of the window. They have real good soup and a spicy fried catfish that really rocks. The outside of the building don't look like much but don't get turned off by that. The gem is on the inside.

I've been recommending this place to everyone. The food here is so fresh you'll want to take some home and you absolutely can because they sell the same quality seafood in the shop adjacent. The shrimp had the quality of lobster and the hushpuppies are golden, hope to return soon!

We arrived at 6:00 P.M. on 8/10/19. This is the first time we have had a meal delivered too late. Six adults in the party. Five orders were from the dinner menu and the sixth was the "DAILY SPECIAL". The "Daily Special" was a JOKE! The salad had old lettuce looking like your "Grand Maws" underware! Five of the dinners came in a reasonably amount of time...........But the "DAILY SPECIAL" came about 10 minutes later! Unfortunately two of our guest came as "BRAGGING RIGHTS" from neighbors! They have seen your concern for customers maybe their next victims! I am a native of this area and the Graham and Rollins Kitchen has failed the six of us. Henry Simpson.

I experienced was a letdown because we noticed that several bags of crab legs we're outdated with several different dates and when we are approached the employees with our concern we were told that the machine was stuck on a date but that doesn't account for the fact that there were several different dates on the bags so we decline to purchase them because we were very uncomfortable with their explanation

We’ve been coming to this place for years my husband and I spending hundreds of dollars sometimes weekly because all we eat is seafood and today out of nowhere Tyler/Taylor whatever his name is tried to accuse me of lying about them selling me some bad conch. I’ve spent enough money in this establishment throughout the years to pay off a few mortgages why would I lie about a $24 purchase. First he said it shouldn’t have been frozen then he say “o well you could have left it in the car for hours for all I know” dude are you serious. People should really learn how to treat and talk to customers especially loyal customers. After going back and forth for a while he rudely agreed to replace it but after I hung up the phone and sat there for a moment and took in what had just happened my heart really began to ache. It was then I realized that I wasn’t upset about what had just happened but I was hurt. As a business owner myself I’d NEVER Handle a customer how he handled me and especially a weekly customer of 8 years ( no one deserves to be talked to like this) He had accused me of lying and all kind of others things. I decided to not even take the conch back to them but to just toss it in the garbage and take it as a loss. My heart is to sunken to even step foot back into Graham and Rollins again ever in life. All this over $24. I feel like I lost some of my family members because we’ve established a tight bond with most of the employees there.

Delish!! After going to twisted crab and not ordering because the sauce was clarified butter and salt.. I went to Mr. Boil.. where I ordered a pond of crawfish and a half a pound of shrimp for $23 + tip I got about a pound of seafood including the sausage potatoes and corn.. I got a refund and tried this place! I spent $10 + a tip and got 2 catfish filets that were big and 2 sides +hushpuppies and everything was FANTASTIC! if you want seafood done right this is the place

There is a reason they sell out on QVC every time. The best crabcakes anywhere. Also a great selection of fresh fish. Eat in or prepared or just caught fish to go. They also often have an all you can eat crab deal. This is a must for any crabcakes or fish fan. You don't have to try to get on QVC before they sell out when you can make the trip and get them cooked in their restaurant or fresh made and frozen to go.

The staff were great! Especially Lamar and the guy with the great mustache (I didn't get his name). I started in the fresh seafood market and ended up having a small bite on the restaurant side. I had the seafood gumbo with a side of fried shrimp and my baby had the chicken wing kids meal. The seafood was fresh and the food was cooked well.

Use to be an awesome experience now the don't cut those fins off of the fish and when I ask the blond owner/ manager she replied they only have 1 person working in the back not just once but 3 times . The students are great but don't know the business .They've been in business forever and I'm sure they can train and pay someone to clean fish . Crab meat was freezer burned and not fresh. Manager said it was purchased from another market and repackaged in their containers so it not their fault. SEAFOOD SOLD AS FRESH SHOULD NOT BE REPACKED OR PREVIOUSLY FROZEN. FRESH IS FRESH.
