It has never been more evident to me how much the employees at the towers location hate their jobs then when I came in to pick up my food tonight. I got an immediate hateful vibe when walking In the door, got stared at and only had one person welcome me. I love the food but this location definitely lacks customer service. Very dissapointed.

I have been loyal customer since the beginning of firehouse in Roanoke on Rutgers...I think i am done going there as the sandwhiches keep shrinking in size both drinks and condiments...Seems will be eating small piece of bread for 10$ soon enough... Today also restaurant was filthy...

Always good grub. Prices decent, especially if part of proceeds go to help firefighters. Napkins no longer on tables which you have to remember when you get your drink cuz there's one holder on the drink station. I guess it saves them money as people will grab handfuls for later use in their car or whatever, which is actually stealing but most don't see it that way.

Sub was good there was one girl working and a guy in uniform out front on his cell phone sitting near entrance they were not busy so he was on a break I guess one lady ahead of me. I waited about 15 minutes for a sub with 3 employees in the area and 1 working. Not a long wait but could have been faster. Tables were pretty nasty with old food on them. Store floor was clean and nice atmosphere. Could do better on cleaning up since not busy building subs. I'll be back for sure delicious subs lots of options good cookies..

Firehouse now ONLY has pepper bacon for their sandwiches. That limits what I will eat there now. Not everyone can or wants to eat hot/peppery/spicy food!! I know I could order a sandwich without the bacon, but that takes away from the taste. Anyway, in my opinion, it's a bummer.

Great subs here. I would recommend this to anyone who wants a good hot sub and a good steak and cheese sub. It is definitely worth your money. I am a subway guy but firehouse sub is very good as well. You really can’t go wrong with anything you get at either restaurant. Great subs.
