We LOVE Scott's Fish Market!! Great atmosphere overlooking Shelter Cove Harbor, friendly staff and great food!! The She Crab Soup is amazing as well as a multitude of their other dishes. It's a "go to" place each time we visit Hilton Head!

We had really good service here and the sea food was exceptional. The she crab soup that I had was so good that I ended up ordering a second bowl with my main meal. This restaurant has a nice outdoor area with a good bar. We had a pretty large party of 10 and they were able to take very good care of us all.

I went to Scott's for an early dinner with my daughter and grand daughters. I had a steak, my daughter had an appetizer of ahi tuna and salad, the little ones had chicken kid meals. My bill was over $115. I was astonished with the price verses the quality of the meal. This was not a good experience; however, our waitress was nice. I'm sorry but no going back for us.

Scott's fish market has never let us down for a great meal on Hilton head island. Service was excellent, food was great! Only downfall to the outdoor seating was the older couple smoking at the bar. Eat here, you will not be dissatisfied!

The service was very attentive and fast. For appitizers we had She Crab Soup and Deviled Crab. Both were outstanding. For the entray we hand stuffed flounder and spicy shrimp and pasta. Both were very good. The noise level was tollerable.

I was pleased with our choice to visit Scott's. The location was convenient to us. The place was empty early when others were booked till late. There was lots of outdoor seating, live music. Great service. Don't remember name, but she was very nice, and accommodating with the kids. The food was well liked by all. Word of warning. Make sure that you're clear on how the seafood is prepared. I was expecting baked scallops in my dish, and they were spicy blackened. I liked the spicy shrimp appetizer I had prepared the same way, but I didn't think to ask how the scallops would be prepared. The scallops themselves were great though.

Seafood enchiladas were just meh. More cheese than seafood. The accompanying seasonal veggies were delicately cooked. The baked scallops looked amazing. Wish I'd ordered that instead. Devon our server was excellent for our party of 10.

This is a little gem. We sat at the outside bar and had driven is and dinner. The bartender was a bit crusty, but charming. Drinks were good, as was the food. So many great places to eat in HHI. We'll return!

Scotts is located on the waterfront in a busy touristy area. The atmosphere is very pleasant. And the service was good. The food was what you would expect for a place that lives on its location and doesn't feel a need to impress you with the food. It was edible but far from good. The fries were soggy, the tacos were served in cold tortillas, and the pulled pork was barely 'OK'.

We have come to Scott’s Fish market every year on vacation… Very upset this year that they served my daughter alcohol in her virgin daiquiri. I know mistakes are made - my problem is more that David was making excuses that the bar is busy. There’s No excuse. PERIOD.

We got caught off guard by a summer downpour and thought the best way to wait it out was to sit and eat. Hospitality was great, servers were friendly and accommodating with happy smiles for our 3 year old, regardless of the sideways precipitation. The fries were really, really bland, I could tell they were made fresh, but they tasted old (maybe change the frying oil more often?). You could probably, most definitely, get more bang for your buck at the local market when it comes to shrimp and fresh seafood; prices seem a bit inflated compared to what we pay at home, a good 300+ miles inland (typically prices go up the farther you get from the coast). Management might want to think of a more aesthetically pleasing process of bussing tables. The tubs of used glasses and dirty dishware on the ground, slid under a table seemed a little... lazy, to me. Why not take it all the way to the back? With nitpickiness set aside, the place has a great ambiance, even if there's a small typhoon spewing by. All around a good experience. We might come back of we're in the area again.

Had a BOGO coupon so went for the first time in years. Scallops and salmon dinners were both very good, the beer cold, atmosphere nice, and wait staff great. Will return, even without a coupon.

Horrible. Water in chair when we were seated. Food took 34 minutes even though we ordered their special. Never got one refill on our drinks. One of the fish was dry and had an awful stench. They replaced the fish but even the manager was very unapologetic through it all. Overall a miserable experience. Skip this place.

Staff was bubbly and very accommodating. Food was delicious!!!! I got the Baked Oysters (think Oyster Rockefeller), She Crab Soup (NOM), and Shrimp and Scallop Fettuccine (Love At First Bite!). Also pictured are the Grilled Salmon (tender and perfectly cooked, the crisped sweet potatoes was a nice addition) and Down South Chicken (So juicy, and that gravy!!

When I asked for a table for one, the receptionist looked at me like I was crazy. I am a solo traveler this weekend. I know that I would not spend as much as two or more people but I have the right to enjoy any restaurant just as much as anyone else. Tonight we had the special sword fish. Fish was cooked perfectly and rice was well seasoned. The service was amazing and our server Kelly was so attentive to our needs. Then to top it off I left my expensive sunglasses and a gentleman ran out to get me. I am so thankful for the honest and attentive staff. I would highly recommend the food and service. Was lot at all happy with anything we ate. 2 people got chicken quesadillas and they were awful. Fish and chips were ehh. My salmon looked so small, compared to my table mate that got the same thing as I did. They waitress only stopped over once to check on us. When I vacation in the future, I will not be visiting Scott's.

We have been eating at Scott's Fish Market as long as we have been visiting Hilton Head Island. The food is great. They have the best She Crab Soup! (Eat early or it might be sold out!) We were lucky to have Devon as our server both times we ate there. Her suggestions were spot on. I will be craving their food when we get home.

Prices too high for the lack of quality. The "blackened" fish is just normal pan cooked fish loaded with "blackened" spices, not authentic or even particularly special. A member of my dinner party likened the place to red lobster. I would recommend trying another restaurant. This place lives on tourists who may not know better.

Ordered the mussels over linguini. The mussels were fishy which means they were not fresh at all. Also many of them were not even cooked. I informed the waitress and she said..."so?"..."you want a couple more?"....wrong response. Seafood enchilada was tasteless and just full of cheese with little fish. If you are looking for a place to get a fish taco then this may be the place for you...if you are looking for a quality seafood restaurant this place certainly is not it.

Walked up without a reservation just before the dinner rush. We were seated quickly. Holly is wonderful, very personable and attentive. Enjoyed talking with some of the regulars. We were there on a Monday evening and it was busy. We waited a bit before someone acknowledged us to be seated but once we were seated service was decent. They forgot my baked potato and gave me side that came with dish-no biggie. Food was very good. Guy with guitar was nice touch. Sat outside in Feb because they had heaters.
