Best seafood we have ever had. We have lived in Bluffton 12 years and we are both from coastal Florida, so we know good seafood when we have it. We also shrimp all during shrimping season. Their product is always top notch. The oysters are outstanding and beyond compare, and are priced really nicely. I only go there for seafood. I recommend this establishment to anyone that visits the Low Country. The staff is top notch and friendly as well. A+ in my opinion.

Freshest fish and oysters in town. (Right from the big boat parked out back) You can get the oysters shucked or in bags. Being local, the oysters have a great sweet salty taste.

The iconic Bluffton Oyster Company is where to get low country oysters (clump), just caught shrimp, day fresh fish and other seafood delicacies to give you an authentic taste you will not get anywhere else. Helpful, knowledgable and friendly the staff is there for you. Needs cooking ideas, they can help. Support local businesses when you can and start with thee good folks.

We caught the ferry here to head to daufuskie island. This is a very pretty place and it seemed like they are doing great business. There were people always coming and going from there. Even if you don't like seafood you should check out this place. It is pretty.

This place is great as long as you are not a retail customer. These people are extremely rude and just leave you waiting to be served while they do anything else they can. We have gotten good shrimp there, but the fish is another story. We bought a piece of flounder which did not smell or taste fresh. We also bought a piece of snapper which was horribly rank and made the house stink for 2 days, terrible! I put this experience behind me when I went there looking for soft shell crabs which are hard to get this year. I called twice, both times they said they would have them the next day. The first time I went they did not have them. The second time they were sitting in the counter but they would not sell them to me!!!! I live here and believe me, the place to go is Benny Hudson Seafood on Hilton Head. not this rude dump.

I was suprised to see a 1 star. Discovered this place two years ago, and love it. Scallops, grouper, salmon, shrimp are the best. Staff couldn't be nicer or more helpful. We stay at Bluewater, so Benny Hudson is right down the road. Stopped in, smelled of old fish and ammonia, walked right out. Those are not good smells when you want fresh fish. We will go the extra miles to get excellent fish.

Nice little landing with a new dock. 2 narrow concrete ramps next to a seafood store. Parking is available and great views! At low tide the water has a clean bottom which is great for paddle boardingand kayaking. Across the water is a sandbar gear for taking a break.
