Scott is awesome and so knowledge! He is always so enthusiastic and helpful! He sells freshwater fish, saltwater fish and corals at very reasonable prices!! Best prices in RI for your aquarium hobby!! Following him on social media is the best way to know what stuff he will be getting in. One time I messaged him through Facebook asking what fish he had. Scott sent me a video of what he currently had at the shop which was great and helpful! He also offers a military discount!

Worth the 1.5 hour drive!! If your within driving distance of OSA Id totally recommend checking them out. They have corals from beginner to advanced. I could have spent 3x the budget I gave myself because everything is A+ quality and very honestly priced. If you just started keeping a reef or have been in it for years this place is a must see. Beyond professional staff will have answers and advice for everyone. They even have freshwater if your looking. I picked up a coooler full of new corals. Ill be sure to post a picture

An amazing selection of corals of all sizes and types. Lower level deals strictly in saltwater while the upper level is setup for freshwater. They have a selection of fish as well but the amount of corals is just mind-blowing. Wide open tank area of corals to view. There is also live rock for sale at a reasonable price. Lots of artwork is displayed throughout.

What a shame, what a disappointment, and after all the rave reviews. I stopped by Sunday 8/4/19 around 2PM, the store was empty, only a few employees behind the counter (on their phones), greeted at the door with a hello, and thats where it ended. I walked around the coral tanks, into the fish room and back a forth a few times, I looked at every coral tank, and practically every coral in them as the same with the fish room. I spent nearly 25 to 30 minutes looking at everything they have to offer, at this point I wouldn't be surprised if I knew the inventory better then half the guys working there. It was only when I was walking out the door did someone ask me if I needed something, my response, " I didn't want to interrupt your phone time" and walked out. Like I said, what a shame, you just witnessed thousands of dollars walk out of your store, never judge wallet by the guy carrying it. I'll head to the Fish Bowl and the other dozen local shops in RI. To Scott, As per your request, I'm one for second chances. When the time comes to add a few new corals, maybe a complete redo, I'll be sure to stop by, please except my apology for being so quick to judge. Thanks

Everyone who works here is beyond awesome. As a beginner to saltwater, OSA is my only place I go to and trust with questions. Corals and fish they have always look beautiful and healthy and are very reasonably priced. No question I have is too silly and trust me,I ask a lot of them lol. I'm glad I live so close by but even if I didn't,this place is SO worth the drive if you're considering it!

Absolutely the best . I have been going there for about a year and purchased a ton of corals. They have a huge selection and at reasonable prices. I also had my 220 reef tank completely re-plumbed after a nameless company botched it. It was a first class installation done by Scott and Pat. On top of their huge selection and top notch service and installation, they are genuinely nice people. They are worth the trip and you will be hard pressed to find a better company with nicer people. This store is so good I had to give them a second review. My last review from Fannypack_hater was my first, but this store honestly is the best store I go to and keep going too. #1, the staff are 100% nice, don’t bug you or watch you when you walk around, they tell the truth, if a fish will grow big or kill another fish, they will tell you not to get it. I have never gone to a fish store that has done this, the other part is, there prices are unbeatable. A 4” bounce mushroom for $400, that’s a deal! I would and have been recommending this place to any reef keeper or people starting. That’s why it deserved a second review!

By far the best pet shop I have been to for both fresh and saltwater they have a huge selection of saltwater fish and corals, I drive 40 mins there every time. To buy all my fish and supplies and I can't believe there cleanliness along with their selection I am wowed every time I enter that great establishment and to top it all off the workers there are absolutely the best and are so knowledgeable! They will take as much time with you as needed to make sure you learn what you need to learn in order to have the most successful tank or tanks great place.

Had a complete disaster with my 220. Bottom blew out and tank was quickly draining. I left a frantic message for Scott, got an immediate call back, and he quickly responded with a crew. They quickly and calmly managed a reefers worst nightmare. Seriously folks...Scott and his team are the best. I buy my corals and supplies from them, they completely replumbed my system and added a mixing station, and now showed how they handle a major reefing emergency with speed and professionalism. No better company in this industry then OSA.

Freshwater review here. The first time i went was around Christmas so their selection was pretty good and I bought 6 African cichlids. 2nd time I went was the end of February and it was not the same experience. Dead and dying fish in some of the tanks and most of the African cichlids looked skinny and sick. Really wish they would spend some more focus on their freshwater stock. Yes their saltwater stuff is awesome.

Best coral selection in RI. I have purchased several corals and invertebrates from them (last year). Nice prices and nice selection. Very knowledgeable staff. UPDATE: 9/11/18 Fantastic store and service! They upgraded me from an old reef to a brand new Waterbox 100.3 in August. Love it! Great customer service and unbelievably nice shop and selection. Well worth the trip from long distances to see their selection of corals. (Fortunately, I live close by.)

OSA Corals is the best in the business. Over a year ago I had to travel for work, leaving my new 125 gallon reef tank to my wife to maintain. Unfortunately it was a little more challenging for her when the lid for my sump fell into the sump landing on the heater and yes nearly catching a fish tank on fire. My wife called OSA corals for help. Kyle and Chris showed up and was able to resolve the issue. Kyle and Chris have been coming to my house for maintenance now ever since and I couldn’t be any more happier then I am now! A couple months ago today decided I needed to relocate my tank. It took Scott, Kyle and Chris just one day to relocate and plumb the tank. It looks absolutely beautiful in its new location! I am a newbie in the hobby and have lots to learn and the crew at OSA, Scott, Kyle, Chris and Chris have been fantastic in teaching me the ways of reefing. From taking the time to explain water parameters and how they effect the reef, to teaching about all the different types of corals. I have dealt with a couple of local fish stores prior to finding OSA and I have to say that the quality and care that OSA puts into their own tanks just shows how much they care about the hobby and how the image of a reef tank should be! They keep their show room clean! OSA frags are beautiful and for the type of coral in the great health they are definitely worth the price you pay which is definitely reasonable prices.
