Andrade's is my favorite shellfish store in the East Bay. Always fresh, and wonderful people to buy from. Moving back to MA in two weeks. One of the stores I'll miss the most.

I bought crabs at this place on July 24, 2018 bag was closed and crabs didn't move at all like they usually do. I got home and what I saw was deseased crabs that looked like they were living inside a septic tank. Only one crab seamed healthy. They were missing claws and legs with dark and gray spots allover as per the search I did we should never eat crabs like that. I called the place next morning and this young lady answered the phone. I started to complain and requested a refund but she insisted that if crabs were moving they were fine, that pissed me off, I cooked them and the water turned very dark and rotten smelly. What I got from this lady was that I was rude and that i was ended up talking to myself. Nice way to talk to customers indeed! I ended up throwing them away didn't trust them for new crabs. You lost a customer!

I placed an order over the phone at 4:45 pm o. Thurday for pick up on Sunday. I was asked for my credit card to "hold" the order. I cancelled the order IN PERSON the next day as soon as they opened on Friday, at 9 am. I was told my credit card would be charged regardless of the 72 hour cancellation notice. I was not given ANY of this information on the phone. I've spent hundreds of dollars there in the past and will I never return. I also called the better business bureau. Very disappointed. I went to speak to the owner and was told he was on deliveries. I contacted the owner via messenger and the message was seen and I wasn't even afforded an opportunity to discuss the matter.

Fast, friendly service! Fresh seafood that's affordable. I was very impressed, definitely worth the drive for me! The only place of multiple places I called that had crab available.

When in Bristol, this is my go-to place for fresh fish and oysters. They close at 1pm on Sunday.

This was my first time and definitely not the last! It goes to show you not to go by negative p reviews but by your own experience! I wanted rock crabs since I arrived at Newport Sunday. My regular spot Newport Lobster Shack was closed by the time we arrived so I was desperate for an alternative. Bless the great Posiedon because I came across Andrade's. I love family owned businesses and try to frequent them often. So we took the 30 min drive and when I got there I only was able to buy one lol... popular little things! Everything sold out. I also purchased some clams.. goodness!! they were fresh, salty and juicy. He shucked them perfectly. Got home, cooked the crab and I was in HEAVEN! Service was wonderful, very friendly. Would definitely purchase again.

Go here to buy fresh seafood! The seafood was great and the people were so nice and helpful. They even showed our out of state niece live crabs (even though we weren't buying crabs) great place!

Top notch operation! Andrade's is my family's go-to place when in need of beautiful fresh seafood. David and his crew come through all the time. We are very lucky to have an establishment of such integrity here in town. Love this place!

We had the pleasure of finding this great neighborhood Seafood Store on our short visit to Bristol. We had delicious clams and scallops on our first day, so we returned the following day for more. We enjoyed our conversation with the owner as he shared local information. His staff was very informative. Thank you for our great seafood experience!
