It's a bit of a dive which is probably why it was on drive ins, diners and dives. Absolutely great food but it can get busy. It's worth waiting for! It's a fish market as well so you can get their yummy cooked food or bring something home for later.

I love this place. The fish tacos are delicious. I also love their oysters. They also have a area to where you can buy seafood to take home to cook- shrimp, crab, crab cakes, etc. Parking at the actual main building is limited but just across the street is additional parking.

This restaurant/fish market is extremely busy. Understand that you may not have a place to sit down and enjoy your meal. Seating is limited due to the small size of the restaurant. The close quarters make the restaurant laud as well. I prefer to get my order to go and skip the craziness inside. I do recommend the clam chowder. It is one of the best in Eugene in my opinion.

Went on taco night, they messed up my order and gave me shrimp tacos and I love shrimp however NOT these ! Fried fish was a disappointing very stale soggy no flavor . I spent close to 60$ including tip for myself and two teens..... My boys had the COD dinner and I had the halibut dinner . I can't afford to risk trying this again not being a single mom on a tight budget Sadly most of our food was waisted and i made something quick at home..

Amazing seafood!! My husband and I loved our captains platter. The shrimp are to die and prob my favorite part. Their coating is light, crispy, but not too greasy(compared to Mo's). My only complaint is that the clam strips were a little tough but that can be a common issue, still yummy n ate em all. Awesome food, will be going back!

Great food here no doubt!! I took a weekday off work to go tuna fishing and usually cark my own fish but due to time constraints and sleep deprivation did not have the time to care for my catch having to go to work the next day. These guys went out of their way to help me filet them, did an outstanding job and charged me a fair price. Outstanding operation on all aspects here. I dig their mahi mahi fish and chips and the different options of tartar sauces. The cilantro lime slaw is top notch as well. Nuff said!!

I don’t usually do reviews, but how could I not for this place? We showed up about 45 minutes before close and the place was packed. From the second we walked in the door we knew we made a great choice. The guys taking our order were so friendly, let us sample beers, didn’t laugh at me for ordering everything on the menu (I’m from North Dakota - I don’t get fresh seafood often), and even gave my friend his drink for free because he had to wait maybe 3 extra minutes to order. Totally unnecessary but appreciated. The guys handing out the food were funny, friendly, and genuinely enjoyed their job. And of course the food. The stew was absolutely wonderful, and that crab dinner? AMAZING. The crab cakes were probably the best I have ever had. And to top it all off, the prices were unbelievable. If you are ever in Eugene, do not miss this place!!

OK, but not as good as it used to be. Customer Service is lacking due to egotistical servers who do NOT put customers first. I got an oyster filled with sand. I brought up the remaining and told the guy at the counter. His response, "Well, isn't that just how oysters are?" I was stunned, what?? Then another young guy steps up beside him, grabs on of the oysters and pops it in his mouth, " fine to me" he says. I've eaten here for longer than these smart Alec kids have been alive, and this is HORRIBLE customer service. He begrudgingly gave me back $2 and as I do not like conflict, I said thank you and went back to my table to eat my fish & chips which were good. I pray the owner reads this and figures out that this type of behavior loses even long time good customers. Please talk with the tattooed young men working the counter. They need to learn courtesy and respect for customers.

We had a crab Louie that costs almost twenty dollars each that was ok but not worth twenty dollars. Our friend got the halibut that costs four dollars for a two inch by one inch piece. I would not return. Would not recommend these items.after spending fifty nine dollars for a lunch that included two glasses of wine in a plastic cup we will not return.

I was in Eugene for a work meeting and stopped by for lunch. Ordered the Fisherman's Platter. All the seafood was delicious. Cod was super tender. Was most impressed by the condiment bar. Looked like everything but the catsup was made in house. Tried several and all were excellent. Really enjoyed the Bang Bang sause. Waffle fries were a pleasant surprise. Don't come across those very often. I will stop by next time I'm in town.

I was expecting the crawfish pie to be super good. I wanted to eat Fisherman's Market because of the reviews on the crawfish pie. I was very disappointed that to me the crawfish pie was super bland. Not at all flavorful. However, the clam chowder was SUPER DELCIOUS and VERY FLAVORFUL.

Best fresh crab in town. Fish tacos are a 8/10, and thats saying a lot coming from Texas. Service was the only reason i give 4 stars because it's very rushed. Other than that, the food is fresh and delicious. $1 oyster shooters and 2/dollar on Thursdays!

An interesting fish house with a nice array of seafood offerings. Our meals were great. The venue is small and a bit grungy, but the food is solid. When ordering you can watch the crew cutting up the fresh seafood just off the ice. Don't expect a bargain here, just a enjoy the experience.

I think everyone should experience Fisherman's Market once. It's not really a place I would repeat visit, but it's cool to do a multi-course chef's tasting menu at a fine dining restaurant. Some of the dishes were amazing. Some weren't. Some of the servers were over the top awesome. Some weren't even sure where they were, much less what they were serving you. I'm glad we went, but I'd rather be at Bacchanalia.

Excellent food, fast and friendly service, and a great atmosphere. I ordered halibut and salmon tacos with an ahi poke appetizer and my wife ordered the fried captain's platter. All of it was delicious! It was a nice short detour (~6 minutes) off of I-5 during our drive from Portland to Mt. Shasta. We'll definitely be back!

We set out on foot in the rain to find dinner and are glad we happened across this little gem! Fabulous halibut fish & chips (chips were waffle cut). Cooked to perfection, fabulous condiment bar to prowl with several options for tartar sauce. Hubby prefers a more traditional coleslaw and was less than thrilled with the one we went with, but it hardly mattered since the fish was so great. Liked that you can add pieces to the regular order if you want a larger helping. Looks they're always busy, so if dining in, there may be a short wait for a table. We were glad we grabbed a menu while standing in the order line!

The way this place functions is honestly like a well oiled machine. The staff is on top of it the entire time. The food is delicious and doesn't break the bank. My gos are the scampi pasta, salmon burger, and the fried calamari. Ordering a cup or bowl of chowder is also mandatory, it's the best in town.
