As an out of towner, the place can be a little tricky to find but aside from that, the seafood is incredibly fresh. We had hot lobster rolls which were buttery (but not overly greasy) and the lobster was tender and melted in your mouth. It's pretty no frills, but I think that's the whole point. A great place to stop by for lunch!

I just had the best fried oysters ever! Each large, fresh oyster had been meticulously cleaned (don't you hate it when you bite down on the tough muscle if oyster has not been properly prepped), and then covered in a thin crispy coating . I had a thought to keep this pearl to myself...but that would be really selfish.

Best fish and chips in Portland hands down! Fish is amazing and very fresh. Chips are perfect crisp on the outside and tender inside. Tartar sauce is housemade and yummy.

We've eaten here alot, but it's been about a year since we have been back, so we decided to go tonight. Don't get me wrong, the food is amazing. Couldn't believe when we got our order, the halibut pieces were extremely small, about 2"x 2", & flat, not a nice meaty piece like it used to be. I am upset, cause I love their food. Looks like I need to find another place for fish. I'm sad.

Food was decent, but seemed terribly overpriced for a window service restaurant that only offers one thing. Disappointing portions was the main takeaway; two small pieces fish and a sad amount of fries. I feel there are many better choices in Portland that offer indoor tables and even beer at a similar price, but I'd try it again.

This place was so good! My boyfriend and I traveled to Oregon and we just finished with the Portland zoo and felt a bit hungry and wanted some good fish and chips we found this place and it was so good! Crispy salted fries with excellent cod and halibut crisp fish. They also had the bottled cokes

We live in the neighborhood, so we go about once a month. The quality is very good, which is why the prices seem a little high. I usually get the rock fish, which is quite fresh. We have tried most fish and chips in town, and prefer these to anything we have had outside the UK.

First, lovely friendly service at the window. Sadly, they were out of lingcod, which I wanted to try, so I splurged and got the halibut. Not sorry! Delicious, golden brown batter and flaky, firm, yet moist fish. The flake on the fish was incredible (not crumbly or mushy). Great flavor. Fries were fine: also golden brown, with skins on ends. All in all...YUM

We were walking around Woodstock and I thought I would give this place a try. I like their fish and chips, I got what I expected. It was nice they offered multiple types of fish and chips. I went with the rockfish a bottom feeder, it was very mild fish which suited me fine. I read some people complain about the portions but I didn't see any issue. They weren't huge but very satisfying. There are some benches to sit on, service was quick for cooking fish, bus your own tables, beer cider available, I would go back to try the halibut.
