We've been using Jordan for close to 2 years. He's incredibly knowledgeable, prompt, answers questions and offers suggestions how to keep any kind of aquarium and fish healthy. Recently we had an Ammonia problem with a new fish tank. He fixed it on the spot! He even helped us with our Koi pond.
