Great food.
I have eaten at the Fish Market 3 times in the last two weeks due to Vendors giving presentations. Steak and Risotto were very good. To be as upscale as the restaurant seems to be marketed, there are a variety of small neglects that stand out. I posted 2 pics of the condition of the menus given to me for my anniversary... tears and ‘handled’ as it was, the pricing remained top-dollar. I assure you... these were not intentional ‘stress marks’ such as new furniture has.
Nice atmosphere, great food, fabulous presentation.
Good food, but too expensive for me.
Excellent Sunday Buffet
We enjoyed the buffet on Sunday. The prime rib could have been warmer, otherwise everything else was fresh, plentiful and delicious. Our server was great, he was very friendly and accommodating .
Great food and best bread pudding I've had outside of New Orleans! Service with a smile and a wonderfully warm atmosphere. Yes, will return soon!
Very pleasant spot. Southern charm exterior. Outdoor seating. Had the Shrimp and Grits for lunch. Nicely done. Creamy... not spicy. Smaller shrimps than I’d expected... but plentiful. Service was okay. Would eat here again and recommend it. One more thing... parking is a breeze... plenty behind the building in the parking lot. Easy in and out.
Service excellent. Food excellent. Location excellent. 5
Food is amazing and the service is outstanding would recommend to anyone and everyone
Outstanding food and service!!! Appetizers were baked oysters and the chilled seafood platter, both delightful. Entrees were filet mignon (wonderful with a superior demi glace) with grilled jumbo shrimp (over-seasoned) added, and the scallops. We enjoyed two glasses of merlot with dinner. Desert was key lime pie, and it was to die for. Pricey but very high quality.
Fabulous food and service
Visited for Restaurant Week, atmosphere is wonderful, staff is excellent and friendly and my appetizers of baked oysters on the half shell as well as the ahi were fabulous.
Selena’s staff is amazing and the food is always top notch. I recommend here to all my friends and have never been disappointed. A can’t miss for Sunday brunch as well.
I thought the food was rather good. Staff was nice and knowledgeable. Samon was good, but not mind blowing. The sea bass fish was really good. Appetizers were good. Atmosphere was nice as well.
Excellent food and service. Priced as a 5star.
Love, love this restaurant!! Excellent food; high end and attentive servers; class act all around for a decent price.
Such a great place to eat. Great selection on the menu! Sushi is fantastic and the she-crab soup is some of the best you can order!
Such a cute area. The Fish Market is stunning outside, inside just ok like a Red Lobster look. The Sunday brunch is just Meah. Waffles are eggos I am pretty sure. I liked the chicken fingers and Mac and cheese. The she Crab soup might be Campbell's.
3 words....SHRIMP AND GRITS!!!
Mediocre is the best description... This was my third visit at the Fish market. Call me a slow learner, but I believe in second (and obviously third) chances. The reviews are very misleading. Is it because people simply don't know any better ? First time was the Sunday brunch. Unimpressive. Second time, I had sea bass that they decided to ruin by deep frying it. Yesterday was Thanksgiving "special". The food was prepared without imagination or creativity and its taste was... mediocre, to put it kindly. No fish. I guess the market was closed. Our waiter was nice enough, but totally oblivious. Our coffee was never accompanied by a spoon, no refill ever offered. The dessert (inedible by my standards) didn't come with hardware either, which I considered a blessing. That's really too bad. This place could make a superb gourmet place. If only the chef had any imagination. After having had the very worst Thanksgiving dinner - so far, but I am old and had many - this was my last attempt at the Fish market. The glamorous reviews won't foul me anymore.
Great appetizers at a political function. Staff friendly and accommodating.
Excellent service and the food was great. Our company takes us there alot.
From the time you are seated to the moment they hand you the check you're immersed in what appears to be a 5 star service experience. One of the reasons I strongly recommend the Fish Market is the decision by management not to try to be everything to everyone. If you're interested in a steak this is not the restaurant you should visit, but if you enjoy a variety of shellfish, sushi, and creative fish dinner entrees, this is a great option. My go-to is the Chilean sea bass and the scallops. The portions are just the right size especially when you anticipate the dessert plate, which contains everything from cheesecake through key lime pie and the ultimate giant Reese's Peanut Butter Cup cake.
Definitely worth a visit. Can dress casual or formal. Recommend making a reservation though
The lump crab was a bit small but the ahi tuna was perfect. Also had the Chilean sea bass which was melt in your mouth. Creme brulee came in 3 flavors. Chocolate, vanilla and coffee. The bottle of Pinot Noir was delicious, but would have liked to go with the white...next time.
Excellent Sunday brunch!
Very good
Absolutely amazing! Trevor and Jessica did an excellent job of making our 1st experience a memorable one. The selections were quite nicely done too!
Outstanding food and service, had the Grouper and it was great.
Great service. Everyone else's food looked great. I had sushi and it was good, not the best though. If I had to do it over I'd choose something else.
This is not the kind of place I would normally go to. But it was very nice, service was excellent, food was good. We had a large party and sometimes things small things get overlooked, but not here. We were able to enjoy everyone in our group without worrying about our order or our food being prepared correctly. It was a nice evening.
Food awesome and atmosphere comfortable..will return.
It was okay. Some steaks were overcpoked and dry. Some were a bit rare. This was an investment seminar, done last minute, because of flooding elsewhere. They tried but not hard enough. Long wait just to get ketchup. Some beverages were refilled; my soda was ignored til i made a request. By then the pitcher was watery from melted ice. Dessert was fair, not great. Overall, it was fair, even for free, but I would not return as a paying customer. They were pretty busy so maybe it was too much to handle last minute.
Great food and ambiance
Excellent restaurant for lunch and dinner. Great daily specials, which I get every time I go for variety.
Went for a mother's day brunch and was blown away by their brunch buffet. They even had sushi! Salmon was out of this world, and beautiful decorated grounds for nice photos with the family.
Amazing Chilean Sea Bass...!!! I couldn't stop eating the scallops . CAN YOU SAY LOBSTER MAC N CHEESE!!!! I cant wait for my birthday! All visitors and natives should eat here
One of my favorite places to eat!
Great service and variety of choices.
This was my first visit with my husband to the Fish Market because of a suggestion from friends. There ambience is wonderful and the service was great. The Sunday brunch price of $16.95 is so well worth it. Choosing 2-3 items alone off the buffet would definitely give you your money's worth. My only complaint was with the she crab soup. It had a very plain taste with no texture. But aside from that everything else was wonderful. Will definitely be going back
Great food and great service. They were able accommodate our group of 11 people no problem. Our order was accurate, food came out in just the right time, and it was delicious.
DO NOT TAKE A LARGE GROUP THERE. Our dinner group of 16 booked a reservation at least 2 weeks out. They had the table ready and seated us early. We got our drinks quickly. Food service took a while but It Always does with a group this size. Nothing to complain about so far. Food was very good. Then manure hit the fan. We had tried to get them to place our orders By Couple for billing purposes but they said No. they had a “process” and would put our bills together by seat. When we got our bills None of them were correct. Not one! Each couple explained the errors/omissions on their bill. They told us they would fix it. Second bills came. Still 90% wrong. 2 couples just paid whatever was on their bill in order to leave. We’ve now been there 2.75 hours. One couple handed over their credit card only to get a receipt to sign that had been changed again and was wrong. Third bills come out wrong! We asked to speak to the manager who told us there was “nothing he could do about it. We need to be patient”. We have now been waiting for correct bills for 40 minutes. The restaurant had closed and they were even turning off the lights everywhere except our area! Our 4th bill was still incorrect but we paid it and left. I am not young but I have NEVER in my life experienced anything like it. We all paid a bill but None were correct.
Made My Wife's Birthday Dinner Special with the Personal Message Printed on the Menu! Not to Mention- the Food was Delicious, Restuarant was Kid Friendly & Beautifully Decorated & the Server was Fantastic!
The service was slow, but the food was okay. The stuffed cod was a little salty, but the oysters we're very good. We didn't realize they were no longer owned by Cameron Mitchel.
This used to be such a lovely place for dinner, but that time has passed. Went for an early reservation before Celine Dion concert, so we were there ahead of the rush. Service seemed dismissive at best. Salads were good. Martinis were okay, but not cold enough and slightly off on vermouth. Mussels were plentiful, but missing most of the broth. And then each of us ordered the mahi mahi. One with the seasonal presentation, and one with house recommended prep of blackened. When I asked server if seasonal prep was good, I should have known then. Her comment was, "I haven't tried it, but no one has sent it back yet, so it must be." Ringing endorsement ignored. My mistake. On the blackened order, a substitution on roasted vegetables versus cajun spiced, and smashed potatoes versus andouille rice was requested. A second round of beverages requested, which didn't arrive until midway through main course. Server blamed backed up bar. Main course brought out with wrong vegetable and side on the blackened prep, to which the server indicated *with attitude* that she didn't know those changes had been requested. (!) A little replay of the conversation with her and she remembered. She offered to bring out new sides, but the point was that the cajun sauce was also all over the fish and it wasn't wanted. So she headed back to kitchen and immediately returned with the right dish, with her actions indicating to us that it had been in the window and she grabbed wrong one. It truly didn't matter though, because the fish was so dry and overcooked on both plates that it was a total waste. It was shameful that the best thing on both plates were the mixed vegetables. Server turns to fake sweet at this point since check is nigh. Note, that just because someone doesn't send it back, doesn't mean it is good. They just may not work like that and you aren't in tune enough with your table to see it clearly not being enjoyed. Likely won't go back.
Great seafood. Best shrimp scampi I've had!!
A very good place to celebrate your special occassions.
Good food and service. Sharkfin Pie a must have!
Food was excellent but service was blah due to someone being trained in the bar but definitely would go back!
Absolutely a great place for a 1st date! Great service, great people WONDERFUL FOOD! A big thank you to Moh, who makes great drinks! And Jeff our server! AWESOME! Thank you for fine dinning, from all staff! Made my week!!!
this particular visit included me and my grandson. We went during lunch time, and I must say that I was pleasantly surprised at the mostly reasonable prices and great lunch selections offered! The restaurant was very clean and our server was quick and professional.
Always great food and service!
Amazing food! Worth the money!
Fresh and tasty food
Food was ok not spectacular but ok
I am not picky. My king crab was fine but the service here leaves a lot to be desired. Specifically, the fancy haired, bearded bartender has about as much personality as a glass of milk and his facial expressions are that of a grieving son at his fathers funeral. He couldn’t take the time to light the burner under my drawn butter or give me silverware. I can afford to eat wherever I want and should have gone to Jeff Ruby or Hyde Park. Fish Market is in the neighborhood and I will never go back.
Silverware very dirty food I had tilapia with french fries coleslaw mashed potatoes I didn't like the seasoning in them no seasoning on the fish
Great service and great food. Went out of their way to make it a special evening!
Excellent food. Friendly service. Great wine selection. Ample parking.
Service friendly, but very slow for a non busy Thursday afternoon. Sesame encrusted tuna in pea reduction was bland. Crab cake was delicious. Serving sizes small, but perfect for lunch. Atmosphere a bit dark and in spite of there being plenty of open seating, the hostess placed us way too close to 2 men having a business lunch.
Fantastic meal! Honestly the best and biggest scallops I have ever had. Hush puppies are amazing! Definetly will return!
Sea Bass is terrific. Service is great. Key Lime pie is great. But please bring back the arugula Caesar salad! Or at least some better lettuce.
The food was absolutely awesome! All the staff was quick, nice, and helpful. I hope to make it back some day.
Fell so far from where it was. My soup was warm, calamari was salty, crab cake was mushy and fishy. When I went to comment on thw web site, after pytting in all my infotmation I get a frowning face and an error message. I used to love this place
Always a great meal with great service. I tried something new, Caribbean Mahi-Mahi. It was excellent! Finished off with a mini shark fin pie
Overall nice meal. Lobster bisque was excellent, Crab stuffed flounder good. Service was great, atmosphere cozy but not pretentious. Prices reasonable.
We celebrated our 35th Wedding Anniversary. Food was outstanding and the service was excellent.
Food was great! Service was great. The ambiance was also good altho it was a little dark to take photos in.
I am not a huge fan of seafood but I decided to give this place a try. Their food is so good!! When my parents came to visit I just had to take them here! The wait staff is so pleasing and genuine. I got the clam chowder and shrimp scampi as part of the Dinner Prix Fix and it was amazing! Great place to go for a date or family outing. The inside is so nice and clean, and well decorated. I highly recommend this place to anyone that enjoys seafood or is willing to try it, you won't regret it! P.S: Dress is dressy or casual but if you go casual it is more of nice jeans and shirt than shorts and t-shirt.
My wife and I visited for the first time for her birthday a month ago. The food was great all around. Service was superb. Definitely top of our list for seafood.
Great food, and good service. I highly recommend the rainbow trout.
It has been quite a few years since I have visited this restaurant and it has taken a huge drop as far as the quality of the food. It is unfortunate because it had the best Lobster bisque I had ever eaten to date, but now it is rather watery and bland. The waiter was fantastic and he informed us that the restaurant had changed hands twice since I had been there last. The food isn't really awful, but for the price we were paying it just wasn't worth it. I'm sorry to say we won't be returning.
Did not have an enjoyable meal or experience. I put in a reservation and Got there 10 minutes before. Walked up to the hostess and told them my name and time for reservation and she asked if I wanted to wait or be seated at the bar, I told her I made a reservation and she agian acted as if she wasn't going to honor my reservation. I asked if they took reservations and she said "yes" I told her I made a reservation and finally she found us a seat after 10 minutes of trying to figure out if they took reservations or not. Waited a while maybe 25 minutes before a server helped us. Was not enjoying the experience and was hoping the food would fix that, it did not. Got a crab and lobster dip for an appetizer and found it to be very fishy as if it wasn't fresh. They did not shuck my oysters properly and I had to cut them all out of their shell myself. I got the stuffed flounder for dinner, it was good but very expensive for the portion size. I may have been spoiled growing up on the east coast and eating fresh caught fish but I would not recommend this place.
Excellent seafood offerings. "Turf" options as well. Relaxed, delicious.
Meal was good. Service was a bit slow
Feels like an overpriced red lobster with its tired worn ambiance and yellow lighting.
The service was lousy, the food was sub par AND cold. It was extremely overpriced for what was served.
They made my 30th birthday worth turning 30 for! Lol great service and awesome food!
Nothing about what I ordered tasted fresh. Crusted whitefish with a Caesar salad and lobster bisque - sounded good on paper.but left me cold. Of course that could just be because we are in landlocked Columbus. But for the price, I found myself wishing we had just given up and chosen Red Lobster. I have heard the fish tacos are "good" but I didn't order that.
It was 7 of us we came for the Sunday brunch. The place was lovely and the concept was nice but the food was not tasty at all. Oh and the air conditioning was broken. When I got home I got terribly sick for hours. No one was overly friendly but maybe they were hot too.
SUNDAY brunch is very good, big variety.
Not bad. Not spectacular. Not worth the hype. Though my citrus shrimp wrap was delicious, it was overpriced. And my friend was not impressed with the tuna salad. Though they accommodate (read as "have highchairs") for small children, you're better leaving junior at home. I did not feel my well-behaved toddler was really welcome, even during a low-traffic lunch. And he may have been why our server rarely checked back with us, even to refill drinks.
Food was amazing. Service was a little slow but there was an event in the dining room, so understandable. Highly recommend the Chilean Sea Bass!
Pretty good for the price! Would come back again. Mahi and scallops were perfectly cooked. Beer was priced well.
Buffet was OK but Shrimp and Grits didn't have any Shrimp, other food was warm not Hot
Kind of ok, but no reason to go back. We've been talking about going to the fish market for a while and tonight we decided to make it our "special dinner place" for this weekend. The food was actually pretty good but with the price point this restaurant has, it should be. The problem was the poor to mediocre service. When we arrived, the place was pretty empty so there were plenty of tables available. Unfortunately, we were seated next to a loud table of 8 adults and 1 even louder infant. Not a big deal, just kind of bummed where we were seated. After waiting for a pretty long time, our waiter finally showed up and he was one of those people who seem totally preoccupied with things other than us. At one point I ordered a beer and since it was taking forever to arrive, I started looking for my server. I spotted him holding my beer while casually chatting with friends in the bar area. We live in Charlotte, where there are way too many food options available to pay fine dining prices only to receive "corner bar" service. That's a once and done for us.
I am not a seafood eater and I always find something to eat here. The food is delicious and the service is excellent. My favorite waiters are Jen and Travis. Honestly you can eat lunch here for less than many other places.
Way above average for this place. Great atmosphere and friendly staff. They just changed the menu which made everything better. Great food. I recommend the Gumbo! Just wait to see how they do the desert. They actually bring it to the table and show you everything. Save room your going to nedd it!!!
Shocktop + crab soup was amazing
Great food and service
1st time there. Would definitely go again
I had the baked oysters and the Sea bass and it was beyond delicious.
Food always great. Service always great. I orderedd to go hand rolls instead of regular sushi rolls. I have never had a sushi hand roll with out rice. Quite disappointed in that. My wife shrimp and grits with extra shrimp did not have side of extra shrimp. Must say off night for this place which is usually fantastic .
The food was awesome. However our waitress didn't seem to have it together. Idk if she was just having an off day or she just wasn't a good waitress. We had to continuously ask for refills and silverware, etc. She also couldn't seem to remember if she had brought us what we asked for. But even with all that I would still recommend this restaurant. The food is great!
Great place. Don't understand why it wasn't more busy.
Good seafood!
Great place great food great staff
Great Sunday brunch
Love. Love. The She-Crab soup and salad wedge with pecans for lunch... The Ahi Poke, Chilean sea bass, and mushroom risotto for dinner. Can't go wrong.
Wifey and I like coming here on our rare date nights. We prefer to sit at the bar, order cocktails and a couple appetizers. I've been here a few times, but still haven't ordered dinner. We just really enjoy the apps and drinks.
Lovely spot!! Our meals were delicious and wait staff top notch. Couldn't help but notice all the other guests seemed to be having the same experience. Ohh and I have to mention the homemade bread, it was fantastic! I don't bread very often, but this was worthy of giving in.
For special occasions, Sunday Brunch or a quick bite at the bar, Fish Market is the go to place. Don't miss their shrimp & grits!
I was there on 8/4/18 with sisters nice place great service only complain I had the lemon garlic jumbo shrimp that claim to have clam hash in the dish, you have to look hard for it and you still might not see it... Misleading so why say you have it in the dish. On the upside other than that the dish was good. Would have gave you a 5 if it was for the ghost clam.
Ordered the scallops they were excellent The waiter was extremely attentive Definitely will dine there again
Excellent...revamped the menu and took off Bacon-Crab Risotto-noooooo!! Absolutely love this with the scallops. Please, please bring it back. Ate there last night and it was heaven. Absolutely a must-visit destination in Baxter Village if you're in Fort Mill area. Wonderful Sunday brunch, too!
The BEST Sunday brunch!! Great selection and very reasonably priced. Highly recommend!!
Love the food and Sushi is top notch friendly staff
Went for Sunday brunch and it was great, no complaints. I do not think I would go back on a regular day though.
Great food, service, cocktails and atmosphere! Had the Seabass and Scallops both of them were delicious. Just passing through, but would go here again if in the area.
Excellent food and a nice atmosphere.
Fantastic, fresh seafood. Great atmosphere & fun bartenders. Owners are amazing! #datenight
We went for our 23rd anniversary. I love seafood, so this was a terrific place to go. Don't worry though, they have steak too.
Staff is pleasant and food delicious.
Great service and outstanding food selections.
Love going here for brunch.
Very tasty food! I will be returning offten.
Scallops with the risotto and smoked asparagus was great
Tasty food, easy parking, and pet friendly outdoor seating
Our favorite restaurant in Fort Mill. The food is excellent and the chefs pairings are incredible. Only reason for not giving 5 stars is a few of the waiters are not so great. You will love the food.
Went for lunch with family on a Tuesday...prices reasonable for a lunch meal. I had the Caesar Salad with added grilled shrimp. It was really(!!!) good...the Caesar Dressing was very "anchovy-ee" which I like, but could be strong for those used to a milder flavor. The portion size was good, but I think an extra 'handful' of lettuce would have made it perfect...the other items (croutons, cheese, plus the shrimp) sort of dwarfed the amount of lettuce in the mix... Would recommend and will visit again if in the area...
Good food. Nice birthday dinner
It was okay. I got the Shanghai Platter when I was there. The rice was kind of soggy because it was in some sort of a sauce. I didn’t want the sauce to be sweet so I asked them if the dish was sweet. They said no. Turns out, it was pretty sweet but I had to eat it anyway. The tuna was pretty good. Also I noticed they didn’t have spoons. I’m pretty sure a high class diner like them would have spoons.
I was there for my sister's birthday dinner. First, we were in the bar for Happy Hour. It is a small space and it was very crowded compared to the restaurant itself. My family thought their Margarita drinks had way too much mix vs alcohol. In the dining room for the dinner, it was fantastic! Our party grew from a reservation for 11 to 21. The manager was greatly accommodating. The menu had my sister's name printed on it. We all signed a souvenir copy of it for her. Food was good, bread was warm and Brinne (sp?) was phenomenal as our server who did most of the work. I would definitely go back again for the restaurant portion. My Sister will remember this as one of her best birthdays ever. Thank you for making it special!
The dinners were fantastic and the service by Ashley was great!
Excellent and attentive service without hovering. Dishes were extremely well prepared, and tasty as hell! I highly recommend this place to anyone who enjoys seafood. The Jumbalaya and scampi were delicious, as was the desserts
In town visiting a friend and she suggested this restaurant when I had a craving for crab legs. Make sure you make a reservation as that seems very important. We were asked if we had a reservation before anyone even said hello or welcome. Anyway, once we were seated our waiter was fantastic and very attentive. I ordered a shrimp cocktail and king crab legs and everything was amazing. The crab was served in a steam pot so it stayed warm and moist. It’s pricey but well worth it.
The service was slow for not being busy. The food was disappointing. I had the Shanghai sampler. Salmon was good but shrimp and scallops were overcooked. I will not go back.
We had to send a couple things back because they were not hot. 1 item we had to send back twice. After everything came back noce and hot. It was good. Ot sure I would go back tho. The waiter was nice
I had a craving for seafood and googled this place. I sat at the bar, the staff was friendly and quick. The happy hour drinks were fairly priced, I would stick with liquor or beer vs. The mixed drinks. They were bit sweet for my taste (unless you're into that). Food came out quickly and was pretty tasty although a bit salty.
The food was just ok to me I had the surf and turf...mashed potatoes was on point steak was good and tender but I felt like shrimp and asparagus were under seasoned...I also had a millionaire margarita that was pretty good..I know from the picture the portion size doesn't look great but it was just enough my husband had the same thing but added a lobster tail and he said his portion got him full as well
Absolutely amazing!! We'll definitely be back soon.
The service was excellent and the food was absolutely delicious. Best lobster bisque I've ever had!
Love this place! Every time we go the service and food are amazing. We always try a different entree and every single time it has been great.
Seared Salmon with Vegetable Couscous was delicious
Been a regular here for years and it was always our favorite seafood place. Two most recent visits were terribly disappointing. Food was subpar and the service was lacking. Won't be back. ☹
Pretty decent quality ingredients. Nice service.
Fantastic food and great service. Prices a little high but well worth it. Just wish I could afford to come more often!
Way Over Rated, Food Not Great For The Money. Both Parties Did Not Enjoy Our Dinners.
Great food, great service. Definitely will be returning.
the food was great and the service was on point.
Highly recommend the blackened shrimp scampi. Moscato sangria was fantastic.
Really good happy hour menu. Great ambiance. Our server was super attentive.
First time back in a couple years, & the food was better than I remembered ! When you have kids with a shellfish allergy, these kind of places just get knocked off the list when dining out. Great place for Date night with my girl! Seabass was awesome!
visited fri evening i think. the service here is outstanding. prices are decent for the quality.
Birthday brunch for my daughter. Server was fabulous thank you so much
Flowder stuffed with crab meat isn't something I could do, the salt contents made my whole dinner bad unfortunately. I know other dishes are good
Excellent sea food restaurant.
Good mother's day place to eat
They have really good healthy foods to eat
Excellent price and great food!
This seafood restaurant definitely makes the grade. Not at all bad, but I suppose it could have been better. Unfortunately, the service was a bit slow, as the wait to be seated was longer than anticipated. Also, it took a while to get started. Then again, we visited Friday night, so the delay is understandable. The calamari was good, well the soy dipping sauce made it, that's for sure! Lobster bisque was top-notch, and I went with the Fisherman's Platter, a good assortment for a first visit! Then again, maybe I went over my quota of breaded fried stuff for the day. No matter, the place was nice. (And the nautical theme was well put together.)
Every bite was outstanding! For anyone that's interested... the Cesar salad dressing is made from scratch and it tastes like it!
I like it especially for breakfast but you have to choose carefully for healthier options.
Food was excellent and our waitress, Ashley was fantastic!
Great place Great food
It is hard to go wrong at this place, everything is done great! I prefer the cedar plank Salmon myself, it is a winner everytime! The house salad is a good size portion. The lobster Bisque is also very good, although it did seem to have as much meat on my last visit. Consider making reservations if you plan to visit during the popular dinner or lunch times, they can get busy.
Stuck us in the noisey bar, service was slow and not dependable (had to ask for bread three times), gumbo was good, but fish was cool and kind of watery. This is not the quality of food or service that I expect from a Cameron Mitchell restaurant. Disappointing. We won't be back and this used to be a favorite.
A lovely night out with family and good food.. Service was great.
Very good food. Service was a bit slow. But it is new years eve and was a full night. Very good desert.
Wow, what a gem! Who would have thought a place like this could be jn Fort Mill?! I can’t say enough about everything I had. The bourbon menu was on point, the beef was tender and beautifully prepared, the salmon was light and wonderful, and even the deserts we just amazing! I recommend this place without any hesitation at all!
One of my favorite restaurants in the Charlotte area! Outstanding sea bass and shecrab soup! We always celebrate special occasions here and recommend this restaurant to others.
Is it weird that I like their lunch menu better? Don't get me wrong, the full dinner experience is great, but just give me a crab cake salad and I'm good. Also, the side room is great for events!
Great food
One of the best meals we've had in the area
The office gang (10) decided to have lunch at the Fish Market in Blakely. Great choice. They sat all 10 of immediately and took our drink orders. The lunch menu had great variety and prices were very reasonable for lunch. I had the SheCrab soup and a wedge salad. It was good but I have to say I wish I had gotten the gumbo. Somehow we had gotten an extra bowl of gumbo at no cost, so I was able to sample -- it was delicious just enough heat. I will return with wife for a dinner experience.
This place is fancy in the pantsy. I have met a couple people who have worked here. An immaculately well laid out establishment with a beautiful front lawn, fountain and a linear outdoor patio. This is obviously a fancy joint. Not just fancy... fancy in the pantsy.
Great place to eat. From the hostess to our waitress nothing but professional. Waitress explained the menu and recommended dishes to try due to first time visiting. Will go back again and again.
Apologies as I mixed up my reviews, here is the correct review. Went to Fish Market with colleagues for a business dinner. The food was very nice? I just had to try the she-crab soup as I had never heard of it before. It was up there with some of the best soup I have had. Everyone enjoyed their main courses and everyone ordered a different dessert and you know they were good as the table was completely silent while everyone enjoyed them.
Was pretty good! Started off with a salad which had a mystery dressing on it. Had fish and chips as the entree and was alright. Fish wasn't the best and there wasn't much of it anyways. Their "generous" helping of fries turned out to be a small handful
I’ve been enjoying this place for 10 years since I relocated from Southern California to Fort Mill South Carolina Beautiful location, Excellent management and staff. The menu selection is fabulous! Fantastic food, wonderful service not to mention the romantic set up A perfect place to bring your special someone, family or friends ❤️❤️❤️ I love it
Food was really good. Lots of great options. And our waiter was so helpful. Our drinks were never empty. I really like Fish Market
Service was wonderful and food was delicious.
Good service and great seafood
Great food, very nice ambiance.
Excellent food/great atmosphere (esp by the fireplaces). You cant go wrong on selecting anything. Very pricey though.
We eat there once a year for a company party. The host staff is always great! The food is above the normal.
Best deal going on Thanksgiving! We dont like to do all that cooking - and cleaning! - on Thanksgiving, so for about 23 bucks a person we dont have to. Turkey, ham, mashed potatoes, sweet potatoes, gravy, cranberry sauce, collard greens, creamed corn, rolls, mac & cheese, and pumpkin and pecan pie for dessert. Its family style, so they bring as much as you want as often as you want. Tradeoff is there are no leftovers for later, but no issues with that here. Food was good, service was great, not cleaning was even better!
Great food, good atmosphere, abd great service! Thanks, Kelly for your great service!
Friendly and fast service. The beef and vegetable soup was amazing. The potions are nice for the price. Staff is very friendly.
Great seafood experience. Delicious food. I'll be back asap
Great service and food. Great stop for lunch. Nice atmosphere too.
Not a good experience at The Fish Market recently. Showed up without a reservation and was basically showed the door. Hostess wasn't very coordinated and not informed on the activities that had the restaurant booked. Waited five minutes for her to learn that. I have been here many times and the food is usually pretty good but the service is inconsistent. Plenty of other options within a 10 minute drive or walk within Baxter.
Always consistently good. One of our go-to spots when we want to go out for a nicer dinner. Not super-pricey, but right up there, the good news is it is generally worth it.
Great food. Very good place for a nice night out.
Really good food. Nice to be able to order a piece of fish that's not fried. Highly recommend!
Went there for lunch and notified them up front about my dairy allergy, but they kept accidentally almost feeding me dairy until I would re-ask thought before eating if this was safe for me to eat. I do not recommend going here if you have a serious food allergy.
I’ve been going here since they opened. They serve a good Sunday brunch, with standard breakfast foods as well as carved roast beef, salmon, and she-crab soup. I really like the grouper sandwich on the lunch menu, and I’ve always had good seafood dishes at dinner. They also have really good sushi. Service is good, atmosphere is higher-end but not stuffy, nice outside seating, and a good bar area with TV. I recommend making a reservation especially on the weekend.
Been in a few times for lunch and dinner since moving into the neighborhood 5 years ago. The food is very good and the staff are great.
Delicious meals! Lunch prices are very affordable. Appetizers are good. Try the spinach artichoke dip. It's really yummy.
Beautiful place, very nice atmosphere, great service, good food. We'll definitely mark this as a go to spot.
The place is very nice. It's very cold so bring a light jacket. The food is delicious. Whatever you order you can't go wrong.
Had a great experience at the Fish Market! The salmon was cooked and seasoned perfectly. My server, Lawerence, checked on us frequently and was a pleasure. After dinner it was pouring down rain and Lawerence offered for us to wait inside. We also had a couple of employees keep us company and offer us umbrellas. Awesome service and awesome food.
Food is divine! I had the best shrimp and grits that I have ever tasted. The service is outstanding.
Good service and the food is good. Plan to return. Are waitress was is good.
So busy.but Damnit can't wait to go back
This used to be my favorite restaurant. After going the most recent time on new years eve, I did have a queezy stomach all night and morning. The staff is AMAZING though. Our waiter served our family of 11 quickly and efficiently. Never an empty drink all night and real friendly!
Very good food not expensive
Always good. Spinach and blackened salmon were excellent
The atmosphere and the food were amazing! Went here for happy hour and sat in the bar area. The fish tacos are so good, but the service from our waitress was pretty lousy. Also, don't order their happy hour drinks because I'm pretty sure there was no alcohol in them. Besides that, this would be a very nice place to take a date if you're willing to spend $$$$.
Justin was a great waiter. The food was delicious and the portions ample. I was too hungry and forgot to take pictures. You won't be disappointed if you love seafood!
Food and service was fantastic AND they custom made my birthday menu! Loved the personal touch (bonus points for my husband for calling ahead)
Service good seafood gumbo really bad i have had gumbo in tex Alabama miss. Louisiana and fla they all have big pieces of seafood and sausage broth spicy with okra this had burnt taste like it sat in pot bottom to long liq almost all gone looked like tom paste with bits of mystery meat. Flounder stuffed with crab meat scoop of breadcrumbs flavoured with crab meat with no viable meat toped with aflounder filet no flavor not stuffed just laying on plate
This was hubby’s and I first time at Columbus Fish Market !!! What made it even better is that we had Evan as our server and he was very professional , approachable, and had a delightful uplifting attitude. Definitely deserving of being recognized for his outstanding customer service . Looking forward to coming back !!
Listen, the bisque was excellent. The meal was excellent. The bread? Excellent. I'm just not sure why a restaurant of this caliber would serve margarine with the bread. It ain't butter. More of a wheel bearing grease. Crisco smell. With real butter this is 4.5 stars.
This is a fantastic place! The food was absolutely wonderful. I had blackened tuna. It was moist and firm, and very tasty. The other two in our group had sushi and trout. We all loved our dinners! We had a birthday person our little group, so we shared a complementary dessert that was also just great. The service was excellent too. We wouldn't change a thing!! Thank you, Columnus Fish Market!! We'll definitely be back soon.
I had the pecan crusted trout, a favorite of mine. The rest of the family were happy with their choices. The server was attentive, but not intrusive. We'll be back!
They ran out of what I wanted
Overrated. Our bartender was condescending and the food was average at best. This was not our first visit, so we left wondering about what has happened to both the food and service.
Service was great! The food was excellent. The jambalaya was spicy but not hot, the fish & chips were awesome, the lobster, shrimp blt was delicious. We visit again
We had an absolutely wonderful dinner. We chose Market to celebrate our engagement, and you all did not disappoint. We both ordered chardonnay and the seafood trio dinners. The closest we could come to a complaint was the shrimp was ever so slightly over-cooked. The salmon was the definition of perfection. The crab cakes were exquisite. Even the sides were phenomenal. Our server, Thomas, was a model of service...being attentive without being intrusive. Thank you for a wonderful meal and a wonderful experience.
Good seafood, nice atmosphere. Kinda like a really nice red lobster. Happy hour was long but drinks were very small
Great food friendly staff very nice inside busy as could be but still great service. Best lemonade ive had it was great.
Great food, great atmosphere!!
It's hard to find good seafood. This place might be a little more expensive than other restaurants but the the taste of the food makes it worth it.
Had dinner here and can honestly say I was blown away by how amazing the food was! Had a craving for seafood while in Columbus and did a little research before I found this place and decided to try it. I travel all over the country for work and people look at me crazy when I say one of the best seafood meals I’ve had was 100s of miles from an ocean in Columbus now! I had the chargrilled oysters with the bayou butter (fantastic!), sea scallops and salmon, and finished it off with the awesome shark fin dessert! All of it was so delicious had to stop myself from ordering seconds! I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a good, fresh seafood meal!
Made a meal of appetizers and creme brulee for a birthday desert for my dining companion. It was all delicious and Bryn took great care of us. We will return!!
Great food and atmosphere. The clam chowder was excellent as well as the ribeye very good cut of meat and seasoned perfectly. The service was good, one downside was calamari was over cooked and like rubber. The value is not on par either.
Food was great. I got the lobster bisque titanic wedge salad and the ahi tuna app as my meal. All of the portions were gigantic. Food was well presented and tasted great. My server Jessica was very sweet and helpful and attentive. Prices are reasonable considering size.
Went with friends for a late snack. We ate in the bar. The bar tender was our server; very friendly and attentive. It's well known that the meals there are excellent. However, soup, chowder and salads are also good.
I went there on Mother's Day with my mom. The food was okay. I ordered the fish/chips...and it was greasy. After dinner I ordered dessert (cheesecake); the cheescake was too thick...not sure if I was given a slice that was just old #Ugh #Too expensive
The food was incredible like always, but the restaurant was understaffed. There were two hostesses chatting away in a very friendly, engaging manner with customers. But there appeared to only be one waitress for an enormous section, and my guess was the kitchen was just as understaffed as it took us over 45 minutes to get our food. Would I go again? Absolutely, but I would definitely not go again on a Saturday afternoon.
Feels like any Mitchell's restaurant with a little more fish. Very pricey, hit and miss. Very noisy interior, lots of hard surfaces. I visited this place today, and was reminded why no one eats fish in Columbus: this is the best you can get in Columbus, you pay through the nose, and it still isn't that good. Also want to mention that the beer selection is very poor, and the wine selection, though large, is very expensive and very trendy.
Good food. Really nice server also.
Exquisitely prepared seafood. The Paella they offered during restaurant week 2019 was spectacular!
Fish and shrimp and rice was excellent and all 4 at the table really loved their meals.
Disappointing and over rated, but great orange juice We went here for my birthday with my family one year. Between us all we ordered several entrees and appetizers. Most of the food was ok, some of it was proper bad, my dad had wooden splinters broken off in his rubbery overcooked scallops, an entree and an appetizer were so inedible they needed to be removed from the bill. We were shocked given the gleaming average reviews. But the pressed orange juice from the bar was the best orange juice I've ever had, it's just strange that the standout item was orange juice. Definitely would not recommend.
My husband, daughter and I went there for the first time July 21, 2019 to celebrate our daughter’s birthday. We shared an appetizer and I was the only one that ordered the Crab Stuffed Flounder with potatoes and asparagus. I had abdominal pains and was sick about 2 hours after eating there. I called the Columbus Fish Market to notify them of what happened, so I could maybe save others from the same issue! I didn’t request compensation, I only called to be informative and helpful. Instead, Renee, the manager, was abrupt and quick to cut me off saying that food poisoning could only occur 24 hours after a person eats something. I told Renee that I had Googled this type of situation and it stated it could occur 30 minutes to 6 hours after eating something contaminated. The manager again cut me off and said she would tell the chef and showed me no empathy. I was very disappointed with this reaction and brief conversation. The Fish Market had come with such high recommendations but after average service, average food and unacceptable treatment from the manager - we won’t be going back. We will also make sure to share our story with friends and family. Columbus has so many other restaurant choices - Columbus Fish Market should be far down on your list.
This is the second time I've been here and have been impressed both times! The food is fantastic with a great selection of fish, shellfish and steak. They are art up well for large groups and have a very nice bar area to get a before or after dinner drink. Will come here again for sure!!
Great place to eat. Waitress obviously not working for tips.
Excellent for Lunch great service and always great food
Great food and great service and one of the best happy hours in Columbus at the bar. Great drink specials and great choices of appetizers at an extremely great price. Don't miss it
We had great service the other night.
Good food but expensive for the small portion.
My service was awesome, but the lobster salad was not fresh or it wasn't real lobster. I went during lunch and I was very disappointed
First time here for Sunday brunch and I loved it. The atmosphere was nice. Food was great and our server Lawrence was awesome exceptional service and professionalism. We'll be back.
I had the Fish House signature dish, Chilean Sea Bass. Trying to eat healthier so had it with the grilled asparagus.... it was amazing! Be prepared to pay for the quality though, it was on the pricey side... $30 for the entree. Their Wine Wednesday made up for it though, 1/2 off their house wines, nice selection. I had the riesling which paired nicely with the food. 5 stars
We met our family here for the Sunday brunch. Despite having a reservation there seemed to be confusion at our arrival regarding our seating. This seems to be a common occurrence here according to frequent diners. When we were escorted to a table, it was next to an order taking kiosk. We moved to an adjacent table. The seating at the long tables is cramped from having too many chairs with subsequent elbow rubbing with your neighboring diner. Reminded me of airplane seating. The buffet was ok for the price. Prime rib is listed as available but has to be requested from the server. I've never seen this arrangement at a buffet as the carving station was at the other end of the restaurant not near the buffet line. The prime rib was nicely plated and flavorful. The serving size was not close to "man sized" however. My rating overall reflects an average buffet and eatery. I would give the Fish Market another try.
Great food and better service!
Well prepared flounde. Delish!
Sooooooooo good! We came here for restaurant week. Oh my goodness, we are so full of delicious food. My wife had the chicken pasta, which was so deliciously creamy that she no longer fears death. I had the shrimp & grits, which was equally creamy, with a delicious Cajun cream sauce. We both had the flour less, dark chocolate torte for dessert. It was like a huge piece of delicious fudge. Just, yum.
We recently had dinner at the Fish Market on Sat Aug 17 and absolutely loved it! Everything from the apps to the sea bass was outstanding. Would love to give a huge thank you to our server Kelly C. She made our night extra special and was very knowledgeable with the food and wine selection. We will definitely be back!!!
Simply fantastic. Discovered it purely by chance having never been to Fort Mill, the menu online looked good so we decided to give them a try. And so happy we did! Try the whole leaf Caesar salad with fresh anchovies. Simply amazing, but now I need to find a fishmonger at home who sells the fresh anchovies as I may never go back to the jar! I ordered the Chilean sea bass with mushroom risotto. My wife opted for the scallops with bacon and crab risotto. Both were delicious. Our server Stephenie was a delight. Very knowledgeable of the menu she added the finishing touch to a wonderful dining experience. Prompt, polite, and professional she was a pleasure to work with. Can't wait to our next visit to the area so we can try the rest of the menu.
The five ounce filet with seasoned spinach and finger potatoes was very good. The salmon was grilled to create a delicious crust. The salmon filet was not overcooked. It was moist and tender. Hot Tasty. Good.
Wow! If you like fresh seafood then this is the place for you!
Every fish entre is top notch. Great place for dinner, brunch, drinks, everything. Quality chefs, wait staff and management. You won't be disappointed.
The food was exceptional . . . large portions, impeccably presented and indescribably delicious. The service provided by Germaine and those who assisted him was flawless . . . perfectly timed, professional and willing to ensure everyone's needs in our party of 30 was met without question or delay. Thank you for a wonderful dinner!
We were both pleasantly surprised, the food was great, service great, price was good. We enjoyed more than we thought we would. Definitely wil be back.
Love the sushi. Make sure you get a reservation in the spring and summer.
Good lunch menu, good ambiance and prompt service made our visit enjoyable.
Fabulous meal. Great service. I recommend it..
After traveling 10 hours, finding a relaxing, enjoyable place to drink, eat and unwind was #1 on our list. I have to say, our dinner tonight, was an excellent dining experience. The food was wonderful. The service was exemplary (thank you, so much, Steve). The atmosphere is lovely and being surrounded by family made the evening perfect. I highly recommend taking the time and heading over to The Fish Market. You won't be disappointed.
Great atmosphere and service
The sea bass was great. The Moscow mule needs some work. Overall very flat tasting.
Food was so good. It is so worth the the price you pay! Looking forward to eat there again!
A nice seafood restaurant. It's stylistically decorated, and the food is solid. Great date place.
Wonderful food, Great atmosphere
The food is excellent. Tiny portions, but I've been here twice for family functions and everything I've had has been great. Waiters worked to serve our large party. Could have used additional assistance with water refills
Had lunch today. Fish sandwich was great. Just the right amount of food. Will definitely be back. Excellent service today, wonderful waitress.
Had dinner with some co-workers and all 3 of us really enjoyed our meals. Very comfortable, somewhat upscale dining with really exceptional service. Our waiter patiently covered all of my co-worker's never ending questions with a smile and a sense of humor. I'll definitely be back.
Great place to dine!
Great place! They didn't have broccoli, though.
Awesome Sunday brunch!
Consistently great. reat " Market salad" (has goat cheese and candied nuts and dried cranberries ) bowl of Shecrab soup. Nice atmosphere.
Great atmosphere, service, food, wine and service. Met or exceeded any expectations we had prior to dinner.
We went for the Sunday Brunch. A really awesome restaurant that serves the best food ever. Wanted to sit there and just keep eating. Go if you ever get the chance
Pretty good. Its hard to find a restaurant with a decent seafood menu. I got the Chilean Sea Bass and it was good. Kind of lukewarm, but not bad. The oysters were very good. The only things I would say that are negative is the vegetables are mushy and too salty, stay clear from ordering them (not fresh at all). Also, the restaurant need some updating & more outdoor seating.
Great food and nice ambiance.
The price was right for the Sunday brunch. The variety was good and the guy at the omelette station made a delicious omelette for me! The location is nice! However, cleanliness is important (the first table we were seated at was not wiped completely clean and the buffet area was messy- spills and dropped food was left around various parts of the buffet tables).
The staff is a (20), on a scale of (10), very professional, attentive to your need/want before you request..great customer service..dinner was awsome as well..maybe the lights a little brighter..5-10 wait for seating..perfect! Yes I would recommend.
Amazing dinner!!! Excellent spinach salad, shecrab soup, lobster, and halibut!!! Highly recommend.
Food was great. A long wait though.
Always good food
We have eaten here many times over the last few years. The food is always delicious. The Sunday brunch buffet is I must try. The prices are very reasonable. The seafood is always fresh. If you get the steak it will be cooked the way you order it. And the desert are a must-have.
My wife loves their crabcake dish and I love everything else..really good food. .nice romantic atmosphere. ..a little more than others price wise but well worth it for food and experience.
Excellent Attentive Service, Appetizers were fresh and delicious. Lobster Bisque is by far the best I have ever tasted. Meals were well executed, delicious with plentiful portions. Pricie is slightly higher, but the quality and quantity make it well worth it.
The seafood gumbo is great.. Great food you will not be disappointed
This restaurant was good, but not great. I would say average at best. We had a reservation for 4 on a Saturday afternoon at 1:00. The reservation would not have been necessary as this is more of a dinner restaurant than a lunch spot. Calamari for a starter, which I didn't like, but the others did. I opted for the traditional fish and chips plate for lunch. I've had better at lower priced restaurants...
My wife and I went there for our 27 year anniversary. I had made reservation and the general manager went and bought a dozen Rose's and a nice vase to help us commemorate our anniversary :) They even printed special menus with our names on it saying it was out 27 year anniversary!! Very special memorable dinner :)
Presentations and options are good. Food just above average. Service usually good. Easy parking. Great for larger dining groups.
Part of the Cameron Mitchell restaurant family, this is their 4 star version. Absolutely delicious food and great service. Make sire to get reservations, it's a popular place.
You get what you pay for! Absolutely nothing you can complain about here, the food is amazing, environment is relaxed, and compared to others of its kind is cheaper (not cheap but more affordable). Staff is very on top of it and everyone should try out the Columbus fish market.
Delicous, succulent seafod cooked to perfection!!
NEVER eat oysters here. I got terrible diarrhea after eating oysters here.
Really good place to have a date. Everyone there is really nice and they are very cordial and hospitable. The food is soooo good you need to come here and have a great dinner lunch whatever it is. I guarantee that you will enjoy and love it.
Calamari was perfect!
The service was fabulous. The cheesecake lacked some finesse this time and they really need to offer the happy hour deals in the dining room
Absolutely the worst meal and service I have ever received. Waited 25 minutes meal was cold . Told manager took care of meal , no offer to redo the meal .
Great atmosphere, food and service.
Love this place... we came in just for appetizers and drinks. The oysters and fish are always so fresh.
Great food and spectacular service.
My second time here and just as good as the first. Service and food was excellent!!
Wait staff were very professional and curtious. And the street tacos were amazing deffenetly a place to revisit in the future
Food was very salty. It gave a sad feeling in this space, especially if you are comparing this to other Cameron Mitchell restaurants. We were seated in a tight corner where they put dirty dishes behind us on a tray from the party in their room. I rather not look at peoples dirty dishes and half eaten food next to me. The service was okay as well. Cameron Mitchell restaurants are very uniformed in their great customer service but this felt like it didn’t belong. Food would have been better if it wasn’t loaded with salt (and I will put salt on everything).
The food was delicious but I do believe it's a bit overpriced which we knew before going. Customer service was amazing. Our waitress was very sweet and checked on us multiple times. Try the firecracker shrimp, it's great!
the menu is diverse, choices are fresh, GREAT waitstaff...nice experience
Service was great food good ,they have the best Crab cakes anywhere
Haven't been here in a long while. Still fantastic. Great service and great food. I'll be going back sooner next time.
BEST Chilean sea bass I have had in a long time. Finished our meal with creme brulee which was also fantastic. Great atmosphere and service as well!
The shrimps were amazing!
The food was amazing. To start, I had a crab cake. I judge a restaurant by the quality of their crab cakes. This was perfect. For the entree, I had the filet mignon with crab meat and a cold water lobster tail. For dessert, I had the mini 'sharkfin pie'. Expensive all, but well worth it.
The oysters were fresh and ice cold. There was a house sauce of ginger suspended in oil that was amazing for the oysters. The swordfish was perfectly cooked as well as the carrots. I love seafood and this establishment does an amazing job with their food!
Excellent service and excellent tasting food!
In from Charlotte for a visit.Service was below average. Manager (assuming that was his role) was being very direct to bar staff in front of customers. Bartender was rude. Seated multiple tables in same servers section at once making the service slow. Ahi Tuna tasted old. Scallops were dry and lobster stuffed cod was dry on the edges to the point you couldn't eat it. Best part of meal was smashed red potatos. Vegetables were only slightly warm when brought to the table. Horrible experience. Servers seem miserable. Only bright spot was a guy that gave us waters because our waitress forgot.
What's not to love? I had pan seared rainbow trout with standard mixed vegetables on the side. (The entrance had an odd sulphur smell whe we walked in. Made us wince a little)
Good food somewhat expensive
I was there for a lunch seminar. The food and staff were amazing.
Brad did a nice job and the food was very good.
Exceptionally good food! Our fish was cooked to perfection, and the"chips" (fries) were nice and crispy.
This place has thy old school dining vibe - dark and huge. Food is a bit too expensive in my opinion for what it is. Portions aren’t the biggest, but a few appetizers are good to share. We had crab cake which wasn’t anything special and too pricey in my opinion, shrimps were nice and impossible meatballs were amazing. I could not tell that it’s not made of meat. The sauce was great and the whole dish was a very pleasant surprise. For the mains we tried sea bass and I didn’t find it very special, it was ok. We also tried fried seafood platter. It was just ok, I really didn’t like corn balls and couslaw wasn’t good at all. For desert we had shark fin and it was gigantic. 1 portion could feed 5-6 people in my opinion. It’s some kind of ice cream desert with peanut and caramel drizzled with chocolate sauce. It was good. Our server was nice and helpful with making our choices, washrooms were clean. It was a good experience, but I wouldn’t go out of my way to come back.
At best it was mediocre. The bright spot was our server, very apologetic for the kitchen issues. The place was empty but yet it took forever to get our appetizers and main course. The food was okay, nothing to brag about. Definitely not as upscale as they used to be or want to make you think they are.
I have been here three times and the service is great. Furthermore, their menu selection, quality, and price are all directed for the customer's experience. Drink prices are fair as well. My wife and I go here and order whatever we want and hardly spend more than $120 dollars. We will definitely keep returning!
Great food, pleasant atmosphere
Menu selection is good, but quality of food is lacking. I recommend saving a few bucks just eating the appetizers. Sadly enough, they were better than the entrees.
We were there for lunch. Aaaron took great care of us!
a group of eight of us girls went out to eat dinner here and the food was absolutely wonderful. Our server was a really nice girl and the service combined with the delicious food just make sure a great restaurant. Over all the wonderful experience
