Eh....I like that they rearranged. Puppy had no water. Not much of a fish selection and 14.97 for a neon tetra? Crazy. Guess I'll order my tetras online with a live guarantee ...get like 50 for 24.99.

If I could give u negative stars it would happen. I came in for a companion pet and u sold me a crazy kitten (yOu can see the crazy) I bought it between 2 jobs, 1p yesterday (Friday) $54, I went to my 2nd job and within the hour before bed, the thing became evil

Terrible place, only animals in the store were 5 puppy's, puppy's should move and play, these puppys didn't move. The guy was bothered by answering questions, the girl was deathly sick, you are not to be around animals your trying to sell (SICK). DO NOT GO to this store.

Never have fish to sell or the food to purchase pretty friendly staff just dont ever have the things needed for marine aquariums or any fish or any kind to purchase. They dont order stock but like once every month month and a half and it's not good at all for my fish. Need to keep stock up, more inventory, put the cages back in and start back selling the pups other wise it's not even a pet store really.

Horrible place I requested to be the first appointment of the day so my dogs wouldn’t be-in cages. I got there early - I let the girl (groomer) know my boys were old and one has back and back leg problems. When I came to pic them up 2 hours later she hadn’t even started on them

This place shouldn't be open. Sickly animals that who knows what puppy mill they came from. Nor should you take your dog to get groomed here. They don't listen and ended up shaving my dog when i asked for a bath and a SMALL TRIM. I was mortified! They tried handing my dog back to me with the WRONG collar (3x too big for him) and LEASH! No one acted like they even cared. I refused to even pay for the "grooming". I'll never go back.

I have to be honest here I have never purchased anything from here. But have visited a few time in Hope's of buying something. Everytime I go in it smells so bad. They have remodeled the inside but still pretty stinky. Anyways I have an issue with them charging as much as they do for animals when they dont give you papers. I know it's for breading rights but hey get the animals fixed charge your high price and give the customers the damn papers proving what kind of dog they have. A friend paid over $800 for a beautiful dog but never received papers and even ended up getting her fixed a month later. It's just when she purchased the dog she was told the dog was a certain bread but other people and even vets say she a different bread. With out papers how do you even know.

The dogs were groomed poorly! They left patches of hair and you can see lines from where the cut was and was not cut properly on one dog and did not follow requests of cutting the other. She looks like an old man! Very unprofessional experience.

If negative stars was an option I would have definitely chosen it. I walked into this store and it smelled badly of dog pee and cat pee; let's just say it was not a welcoming smell. I went to go see the kittens and they were all cowered in a corner. They couldn't have been more then 8-9 weeks old yet their ears were filthy and had earmites. The labradoodle puppies did not have puppy energy as they seemed depressed and neglected. There was also a dog in the back screaming as it was getting "groomed". Must have been a normal happening as no one batted an eye whatsoever. There was a couple of snakes in a non secure container on the floor, as many children had walked near it. I don't know about anyone else, but I find that to be an unsafe situation. As an animal lover I was very upset to see the conditions of these animals and this "pet store".

Animals are kept in poor conditions. Items Priced at triple what you could buy them for online. Staff is nice, and its the only option for certain pet supplies in the Mondak area.

I adore the staff and the knowledge they all have. Everyone knows what they're doing and are confident in it. Though animals are not restocked often, when they do restock they have great variety, especially in reptiles. My only complaint is that retail prices on some caging and cage equipment can be a little steep, but that's how it is when you arent a chain store.

Could use better customer service. I went to buy a kitten and ended up with a cat they didnt really wanna sell me to begin with. Ended up very sick. And the guy that helped me ignored me the whole time I was in the store until I tracked him down to ask about prices.

The owners are heartless liars and thieves. I sold them a Ball Python on the condition that I would buy it back once I got paid in 3 days. My rent was due, but I was short by $100 and needed a loan so that it could be paid in full and on time to avoid late fees. The snake was collateral for the loan which was in the amount of $150. She closed 4 hours early on the day I was to buy my snake back, even though she knew I was coming in to do this. I tried contacting her through messenger, Facebook, and text message only to be ignored further. She ignored my first 2 phone calls then answered my 3rd. Once she finally showed up to the store, I found out that the snake wasn't even at the store. It was at her apartment as if it was her personal pet, but at least she brought it with her. She pulled the snake out of an exterior pocket of her coat while we were still outside. It was not in a snake bag, nor did it have any sort of supplemental heat, even though it was only 15° and snowing heavily. THEN, she refused to hand me the snake unless I gave her $300!!! Meanwhile this poor snake is unprotected from the wind, cold AND getting snowed on. Luckily I happened to have $300 cash in my wallet, or who knows how long she would have let the snake be out in those conditions while I ran to an ATM. I practically threw the cash at her in order to get the snake into an interior pocket of my coat and out of the harsh weather. I am disabled and survive on less than $1000 a month which she is well aware of. She knew that I could not afford to pay out an extra $150 without it causing serious hardship. Unbelievably, the snake did not get an upper respiratory infection or die from shock due to being in those conditions. Avoid Leah(owner) and her store at all costs.

My dog was recently groomed, it was such a horrible job she was left alone for who knows how long and was nicked and cut in several places, not only did I never meet the groomer to begin with, she wasn't there when I picked up my dog. I am very upset and will NEVER take my dog there again. Also it took ten minutes before someone came to the front counter. The store in general smelled upon entering and products are over priced. I don't think that the owner cares about their reputation.

Terrible experience. I took my pup to be groomed, when she asked how I'd like her cut I told the groomer specifically what I wanted. She seemed out of focus and rushing me out because I seem to have inturupted the conversation she was having. Came to pick my pup up and she SHAVED her! Uneven cut, looks like she was in a rush doing it. I also asked that she trim her nails and she left them unfiled and ridged. I had a great experience the first time I got her groomed but after this result. I will not be trusting Paw Prints and Fish Tails to do anything again. 10/10 would not recommend. Groomers obviously cannot pay attention to detail.

I know aquarium keeping isn't probably a gold mine for them, but the fish section isn't just unkempt, its almost non existent. Wish they would ramp that up a bit.

Horrible we have been trying to get a rat from this location for the past two months and they never have any on hand. Then we decided to get feeder mice because our python needs to eat and he wouldn't strike because they are so small and when I tried to return the other three we didn't use because he wouldn't feed they said they can't take them back but I can donate them? When I haven't even opened the other box or touched the other three we didn't use. Terrible selection considering their the only pet store in Williston you'd expect better service! I don't recommend this location they need to step up there customer service.

Don't bring you dog here for grooming!! Very poor services. When groomer was done with my dog & called, I was there within 15 minutes, only to find she already left and my dog was caged in the back with NO water or anything. I found Knicks & cuts on him. I had instructed her NOT to clip his ears & she took over an inch off. Probably why she left before I got there. If I could give a star minus rating I would. DON'T BRING YOUR PET HERE!!!

Decent brand of dog food here, not a lot of variety - but it IS quality, and they're willing to order if it's within their power. I wish they had more feeder rodents so I wouldn't have to drive to minot every week though...

I love this place the customer service is phenomenal. The walk-in face grooming and nail trimming is such a nice service to have and 7 Day Grooming schedule is wonderful. My dogs always look so handsome after they've been there. I highly recommend the store and grooming service
