Has WiFi, has many places to plug in a laptop or charge phone. Has a fountain drink station where customers get their own refills. This is a very difficult combination to find in NYC. WiFi will not work on my laptop. My laptop keeps sending me to the sign in page but does not connect when I press "connect" on the website page. But it works on my phone.

Definitely cheap burger shop. I saw a promotion about 2 for 5 dollars. The price is cheap. And the taste of food also cheap. But i don't want to say badly for this shop. Staffs are kind. Cleaned inside. Everything is good. But i don't reccomend to travelers. If you are traveler, you should find some food more delicious and more NY style. For citizens, it should be good place to have brunch within limited budget.

This place is right next to Jollibee. The place is very near the subway stop, and the Port Authority Bus Terminal. I have been here several times, and I like their choices on the menu for me. Fast service. You can even just order a cup of coffee and stay here for some time. It's not that big compared to the Arby's I have been to in Union Square.

I love the roast beef and curly fries, but this visit was awful. Fast food shouldn't take 15 minutes to receive from the time an order is placed. Yes, this happened to me and there were only 2 other people waiting for there order ahead of me. After 10 minutes 3 additional employees magically appeared and orders started getting processed. I really hope I can update my review and make it better at a future date.

I LOVE Arby's but at this location they move at the pace of turtles. Whether the place is busy or not does not matter. I go here when I really want Arby's (as it is hard to find an Arby's in NYC proper) but I try to avoid the place all together because of the reliably poor service.

I've never been a fan of Arby's.. from when I first tried their roast beef sandwich as a teenager.. I wasn't interested in trying anything from them again until I saw them advertising fish sandwiches. I decided to try it. I ordered & purchased the special they offered. I'm so happy I did because it was actually quite DELICIOUS! I highly recommend it!!

The staff are friendly, but unfortunately there are a lot of shady people in that area. Be careful and don't leave your belongings unattended. They stole my friends labtop in less than a minute.

My new favourite American fast food place! Since two months ago I come to this location regularly and I love the diversity of food and the taste of most items! It can get a bit crowded in here and therefore it might take some time for you to get some order so I wouldn’t necessarily recommend it if you’re in a rush. The atmosphere is great for a fast food place, I especially love how quiet it gets in here, they have really managed to keep the noise of NYC out of there which makes it a nice and stress free place to sit down. The staff is generally a lot happier than at most other fast food restaurants. Plus for having lemon wedges available at the fountain drink station.

I had the Roast Turkey Sandwich with Cheddar and Bacon with a side of Curly Fries and it was delicious. It was very busy for 10:45 on a Sunday night but the service was quick and the staff was very friendly. They have so many different sandwiches to choose from, I will have to go back and try some of the other options.

The cashier toke my order I waited over 20 minutes watching people from behind get there orders, find out they don't have my order, so I end up with no order because I had a bus to get too by getting 2 trains with in 28 minutes, thank God people's help me up the stairs I walk with a walker. It's Arby's...if you don't know they base their business on selling roast beef sandwiches which I find delicious. Manhattan has endless amounts of great restaurants, but sometimes you crave fast food, which, other than McDonald's, can sometimes be tough to find. I love their plain beef sandwiches with a ton of their horseradish sauce. I don't indulge too much, but i really enjoy "slumming" at Arby's once in a while.

This Arby's offers nice food at a reasonably price by New York City standards. And it is conveniently located in midtown Manhattan near the Port Authority Bus Terminal and Times Square. I ate there after arriving in New York City on a Greyhound bus around noon on June 20, 2018. Service was friendly and quick. Also, the restroom was clean and well maintained. To access the restroom, you need to get a code for the lock from an employee. I enjoyed eating my meal at a table near a window where I could enjoy watching the people walking up and down Eighth Avenue. New York City is blessed with a huge variety of restaurants at a wide range of prices. And I encourage you to try some that are not part of a national chain. I enjoyed the few I tried out and preferred them to the chains. But this Arby's met my expectations for my first meal in New York City.

Arbys has low quality meat i would not feed to a rat. Best roast beef unfortunately you can get it here but you can send away for it Called, Chicago Italian beef sandwich from Chicago or Al italian beef.The beef is roasted and Marinated in its own gray it delicious and you can get it with Italian Sausage.Arbys Garbage they had one here closed down in 6 months.
