Great food and great staff

Tim Wilkins

This is by far one of the best restaurants I've ever been to in my entire life. The restaurant itself is attached to a high-end furniture store which acts as a living Boutique for the products. The food is unbelievably fresh, flavorful and just overall delicious. Every little dish has some unique twist that's been added by the chef, and it works amazingly well. I highly recommend this place if you are in the Manhattan area.

Kathryn Boyce-Piper

Loved the food, loved the service!

Sima Saidi

There's something to be said about any restaurant that is able to have the longevity of ABC Kitchen in the ruthlessly competitive world of the Manhattan dining. The restaurant is spacious, and perfect for large groups - the main dining hall, that is. If you're there for dinner, avoid the back room; in my opinion, they should close the back room for dinner - appropriate for brunch during the day, but not a space I'd want to be seated in the evening. One of the appealing aspects of ABC Kitchen is the decor of the main dining room, so why hinder your experience by sitting in the overly-lit area of the back. The food is great, but they change the menu often - so anything you read here will likely be outdated. ABC Kitchen is definitely worth checking out.

We are in love with this place! Food is perfection, the place is cozy and welcoming. Tried it today first time for Restaurant Week and definitely coming back!

Lance W

wonderful fresh food from local farms. high quality and amazing taste. must visit!

Tran Nguyen Duc

celebrated my BFF's birthday year. Cannot ask for more - beautiful restaurant, great food and such attentive staff! We did not say that it was my friend's birthday but our adorable waitress overheard us and surprised us with a birthday cake! Must try!

Leo

Great location for a date, to catch up with friends, or even with family! Lovely ambiance with knowledgeable staff and solid food. My water glass was never once dry (and I drink a lot of water!). Location is also very convenient as it is near Union Square with lots to do before/after your meal.

Anni Bellasnow

Amazing brunch! Love the French toast and scrambled!

Georges Achkar

ABC Kitchen was one of the highlights of my trip to NYC! Food Taste: 9/10 Ambiance: 8/10 Friendliness of Staff: 9/10 Value for Money: 8/10 Tip: You might not be tempted to order the Pesto Pasta with all the amazing options that you’ll see on the Menu, but I’s highly recommend it as a sharing plate.

Wonderful food, staff and atmosphere

Lucy H

Love the shabby chic atmosphere and decor. Food is simple and delicate. Farm to table organic ingredients.

Pooja Desai Patel

Consistently wonderful service and delicious food. We always sit at the bar in the back and it's so much fun to watch them plate all of the deserts back there. The carrot and avocado salad it's still one of my favorite things on the menu along with the salted caramel sundae. The service is always friendly and very helpful extensive drinks list allows you to try something new every time. This is wonderful for an intimate dinner or one with a group of friends. While reservations are surely needed for larger groups you can often find a table if you come early enough, especially for dinner during the week night. It is one of our staples.

Lovely fancy and noise

“Kitchen” might have you thinking about doing dishes, but, here at ABC Kitchen it is one of those best-kept secrets!! Amazing food, ambiance and of course shopping!!! If you are looking for an amazing area rug this IS the place to go. They have three floors of so many fun and fine items I don’t want to spoil it for you.. Great place!

Ivan Davis

Terrific food experience. Terrific service. A bit expensive for my wage group and a bit noisy for my old ears to hear conversation.

Yu Watanabe

Great service and delicious food! I always enjoy their food seasonally changed. Been here several times and all my experiences are fabulous. All plates and utensils they use are from ABC carpet and they're so pretty!

Christopher Barulich

Awesome place to have lunch in the city. A little pricey $40 for a burger and fries with the tip but well worth it for the experience. Def a nice place to impress and the food is very good quality! Will be back for sure.

Erin

Service is on point and the fried chicken is amazing!! Love that they focus on seasonal ingredients as well.

Krishna Boppana

We ordered three different pizzas - the mushroom, the truffle and tomato. Not impressed with any of them. The mushroom pizza is very salty and oily. Pasta with meat sauce is good. OK, place, over priced for the culinary skill, probably good for local organic sourcing.

Juli V.

Cool place for a romantic dinner, great atmosfere and good food! Absolutely recommended

Ana S

We pop in to ABC Kitchen everytime we’re in town and haven’t been disappointed. The food is creative and beautifully prepared. The staff is knowledgeable about the menu and passionate about food. Overall, an amazing place I’d highly recommend.

Linn Burman

We where unlucky and waited 50 minutes even though we booked a table. However, the food was great and the service at the table was good. I like the interior and that it was a big open space.

Jan Klein Poelhuis

Very good restaurant in the middle of Manhattan. The atmosphere is very good and the staff is very forthcoming and welcoming. For the Europeans: be aware that drinks and especially wines come at a cost... We had two nice appetizers with squashed pumpkin and crab. They were both very good. We then ordered the chicken as a recommendation of the waitrer. The chicken arrived within the minute after we finished the appetizer. Way to soon for our liking. Unfortunately we did not like the chicken. The tempura crust was too fat to our taste. We mentioned that to the waitrer and promptly these were taken off our bill. Very good service, honestly I do think that this is how your treat customers. Why not five stars then? Because I think the restaurant is just a bit too rushed. The couple next the us finished with the appetizer and the main course within 70 minutes. For a special venue like this I would like to feel a bit more relaxed and less time pressured.

Aiysha Mubarik

The service was great, the ambience was fun. The food however fell a bit short of my expectations. I went for lunch and got the prefix lunch menu and got the mushroom sandwich and I was not a fan. You could tell that the ingredients they used were fresh but they could do a little bit better in the flavor department

Stephanie Chan

The wait is terrible so we just got dessert to go. Chocolate cake was good but the almond cake was a bit dry. Be prepared to wait between 1-2 hours during peak periods.

Yorgos K

Not blown away but overall it offers good food and atmosphere. I enjoyed it and look forward to coming back

Stacey Stewart

I’ve been here several times over the years and it never disappoints! The food is always delicious and fresh and the menu is always changing. Though if they have the sundae when you go I would suggest getting it!

Jackie Gordon Singing Chef

When I got to ABC kitchen today and said I was part of a reservation, The staff claimed that the person I was joining didn't have a reservation. Meanwhile, she'd already written to me that she was sitting down. They couldn't find her. Eventually, I called her and found her. Staff did not seem very concerned. The restaurant is really noisy. If you are there for a business meeting you have chosen the wrong place. I had not eaten there in years. The food was nice. It seemed very safe and not interesting. Seem like food for the ladies who lunch except for the carrot and avocado salad which still has a nice spicing. The avocados were just on this side of ripe. We had the crab toast and the beets with yogurt which were both pleasant to eat but nothing special. I had the crispy shrimp on the big lettuce salad and it was fine. I just remember the first time I ate in a Jean George restaurant and I was blown away. I was not blown away today. I'd like it to be better than pleasant and fine for the price.

Marc Williams

Excellent food and service!

Milagros Gerena

Great service. Amazing food!! This places has a very welcoming atmosphere and the lighting gives you a sense of privacy. I love the food and there are so many more plates to try. I would most definitely recommend and come back here again!

Justin Mills

Great food:

Gigi Moore

Such a cute date night place for drinks. Nice atmosphere

Brad Hutton

Had a great time with a small group of friends due to the service staff and the food. The dishes where great for sharing. Loved the Ravioli.

Yash Shah

Creative foods served in a comfortable atmosphere. A bit over priced but the ingredients are fresh and it's New York.

Johnny Arraiz

I love this place! The menu is very good and the service is great, and the atmosphere and decoration is very cozy

Artem Agafonov

Bartenders are great. Front of house works hard. Buuut I had an 8pm reservation for two, (with an important client from out of town) apparently so did like 90 other people. No updates, no comps, we left at 9:15, hungry and frustrated. Good thing Park Ave Summer is near by.

Ana Tapia

We had a reservation and when we got there and let the hostess know, we waited for more than 10 mins, when we went to check on the status of our table, the hostess hadn’t checked us in the first time, and the table had been ready all along and we were never notified. The food is great, but the service a bit slow.

Renata Cabrera de Morais

Farm to table restaurant with very tasty food. The pea soup with mint and the sunday was amazing!!!

Michael Ozechov

Great place for group dinners of 6+ (nothing beats a round table....)

Adam Grandt

Good food. Horrible environment. The noise levels means you have to yell to be heard.

Rachel An

Amazing food and a really popular restaurant! We really enjoyed the salads, the crab on toast, the pastas and burger, all very nicely done and very tasty! Sexy atmosphere and pretty good service (for such a busy night) and well designed beverage list. We loved it!

Caroline Hartman

Walked in tonight for a 7:30 reservation (made and confirmed on Resy) only to find that it was closed for a private event. The host assured us that she would call ahead to ABC cocina to remedy the situation and have us seated promptly. Once we arrived at Cocina, the host very rudely informed us that we would have to wait an hour and half. Consider the night ruined. I’ve never felt so disrespected by an establishment and I wish I could say it was the first time the ABC restaurants had treated me this way. At the very least, a kind or conscientious host would have been polite to us when they realized the snafu. We were met with trickery and repugnant manners. I will never patronize these establishments again and I advise that you do the same.

James Famularo

Amazing, amazing! Everything from the ambiance, friendly service to the delicious food. I would highly recommend coming to ABC to enjoy.

Amy Diette

Deliciousness!! Recommend reservations. Possibly my favorite restaurant experience in the city.

A S

A good restaurant with quality service. From the outside at street level. It doesn't look like the type of place you are going to find inside. Especially with the scaffolding that's currently around. However once inside you are met with a charming restaurant that's perfect for romantic dinner dates and business meetings alike. The food is high quality and the waitress was attentive and extremely knowledgeable on the wine front. Would definitely recommend eating here.

Chuddy Okeke

3rd or 4th time here. Love this place. Not cheap but comparable to other very good places in the area. Lovely lively ambiance, great food, great portion sizes. Always a win.

Apurva Mathad

Fantastic food. Their pastries are a low point though

Cesarina Pena

Great service and food. Try the pretzel dusted calamari. Cocktails were ok.

Vincent Jung

This place rocks ! the service is most exemplary. The food here from start to finish is on key to delight my taste buds . Yes i would recommend this place of fine dining without dressing up.

Simona Ciancetta

Every time I come here it is mesmerizing ..the food quality, the service..even just seating at the bar. Every time is a fantastic surprise and the quality never lowers. My favorite place in town for a quick bite or a pleasant dinner! Bravo!!

Eden Ben Oz

OVER PRICED. Small portions. High prices in comparison to the completely regular ingredients. Very loud. OK service. The menu is seasonal, don't expect to find what you saw in the reviews.

Grace Choe

A lovely place! I bring my out of town guests to abc kitchen every time and eveyone absolutely loved this place. Made a reservation for early dinner last time and was lucky to walk right in to get seated after placing an order for drinks at the bar. Friendly and attentive waiting staff and food is always great! Would definitely get the crab toast, which is my favorite dish out of the menu.

Elad Katz

Great appetizers, good entrees, awesome atmosphere

Josephine Hill-James

I get that overpriced tapas restaurants in NYC are almost a cliche but at least make the food taste good. 18$ plus tips for undercooked patatas bravas with no flavor? Come on now

Dennis K

Must get the Crab Toast with lemon aioli....best thing I’ve had in a long time. Good crab portion, bread is toasted well that isn’t burnt, with the hint of taste of the lemon aioli is unforgettable. Roasted carrot and avocado salad, crunchy seed, sour cream and citrus - was decent. The croutons were the most memorable from this dish. Probably the best croutons I’ve ever had.

londonfilmgeek

Might have had the best Sea Bass of my life here. Guess I'll have to live the rest of my life before I can confirm. ;)

Max Mabe

Great open space, amazing lighting and ambience. Great for a romantic date. Also a great cocktail menu. The food is fresh and well prepared. Only issue we had was the salad being overdressed. Recommended.

parag mahanti

Very interesting ambiance (4.5). Food was a 3.5. I'd call it a high end brunch place and you should go there if you want to impress a date or you feel like exploring a new place. Their donuts are amazing!

Susie Tsang

Ricotta and strawberry compote was amazing!

Steve C 032

The food and service are always spot-on. We've had the mushroom pizza numerous times...that seems to be a popular item. The ricotta/egg raviolo was really good. The salad with roasted carrots is good too. One of our friends had the lobster thermidor entree...I believe it was called that...either way, it looked really good and his wife and him loved it. I'm not a pork chop person, but the pork chop entree was so good.

Cory Archibald

Phenomenal service and food to die for. It's pricey, but worth every penny.

Freedom Cordner

I think there are three of them. Three ABCs. I passed through the restaurant of ABC Cocina on my to ABC Kitchen and then the wonderful Emily told me there was also ABCV (the vegan restaurant). ABC Cocina was dimly lit throughout, even making getting to the toilet a serious task on those steps for old four eyes. Back upstairs and had to pass all the couples dining to locate ABC Kitchen and it was like a whole different world. Kitchen is bright and tastefully decorated. (hey there's a decor store above this restaurant, could it be they own errrythang around here?) As I was saying it's chic, modern with a real airy, casual yet elegant feel. From my food selection of crab toast (came highly recommended), calamari and beef burger I enjoyed the burger the best, something I don't say often. Emily said it was some type of special beef but they buried me deep under libations so I cannot to save a life remember a word of what she said about that beef. Emily though, so knowledgeable, accomodating, professional and an overall boss at what she does. Well done sistah! Don't worry, I'ma see your name on my telly soon! Thanks for a wonderful evening. ABC. The End.

Ada Ruiz

Great service and Delicious food! Took some time to bring the food, but worth it. Dessert was espectacular!! And coffee just how I like it!!

Ann Pope

We absolutely loved this restaurant! Amazing feel as soon as you walk in the door. The staff was extremely helpful in deciding on what to order. Spectacular menu. Great cocktails and wine list!

Perks Advisor

This was a very special meal. The restaurant earns high marks on food quality. I was also impressed with the food texture often mixing crunchy with tender. The ambiance was alluring with hundreds of candles glowing which takes you away from the city hustle. The salads and appetizers also delivered and ABC had some of the better wine by the glass I have had in a restaurant. Our server was alittle arrogant, but the other staff were pleasant. Service was efficient.

Leslie M Sanya

Will organised reservation system, with friendly staff members and a comprehensive menu with a wide selection of meals and drink options. It's also spacious and well arranged. I love it and will definitely come back.

Anthony Matthews

Heard many great things about ABC Kitchen, so I knew I had to try it out. When walking in at night you will find it to be a nice low-lit environment - perfect for a family dinner or date. II shared two entrees: the Asparagus Pizza and the Fried Chicken. Wow! The asparagus was tasty. Light on the stomach and has a unique flavor - definitely a good option if you want something healthier. The fried chicken was amazing as well. It was very crispy while still being nice and tender on the inside. The sauce that it came with was sweet and spicy; it went perfectly well. The service was great, the prices were fair, and overall I left highly satisfied.

Kim Milans Stonehouse

This place does not get old. So good!

SD

ABC Kitchen is an old time favorite. Excellent cordial service. Our waiter was super friendly and very knowledgeable about the menu. I ordered my favorites, the mushroom pizza with farm house egg and the market carrots. My friend and I shared the cookie plate for dessert. The pizza was delicious and rich with mushroom flavor. The housemade mallomar was the standout cookie. I suggest lunch or brunch instead of dinner. Less crowded and more leisurely so you can enjoy the ambience and food. Still cool that the restaurant is connected to the ABC store.

Vaibhav Goswami

Amazing drinks! Cool date spot. Try the ricotta rhubarb.

He Wi

Trust yourself and not the pompous food critics, as they sometimes get it wrong too! We had a reservation at 8:30 PM but had to wait for 30 mins before seated. It’s very noisy, pretentious, and mediocre at best. Service was ok but meals were certainly OVERRATED and OVERPRICED! We ordered Crab Toast, Kale Salad, Lobster, Sea Bass, and Chocolate Cake. There was NOTHING special about the taste. I just don’t understand the hype!

Tim O.

Just make a reservation and go. Trust me! Fantastic food and service with a huge focus on sustainable living. All the food is excellent and unique from the first sip of your drink to the last bite of dessert. It isn’t the cheapest place around, but still provides good value for the cost. I’ll be back for sure.

Shira Parnes

Pizza and almond cake is my favorite .

Hilary Topper

I love this place. It's hard to get a reservation but if you go early, you can typically get in. I've never had a bad meal. Everything is cooked to perfection and I always walk away with a happy smile! Getting a reservation is a problem...

Chris Parker

Worth every penny. Crab toast appetizer was an awesome start, followed by us sharing the pork chop, Bolognese and mushroom pizza which were all insane. Somehow with enough room left we shared the salted popcorn caramel sundae, chocolate cake and rhubarb cake which were an amazing cap to the night. VERY attentive staff with the perfect amount of check-in. Would recommend a hundred times over. No wait at all on a Monday evening at 7.

Matthew Vandergrift

ABC Kitchen has become one of my favorite restaurants in the area. Service is always good, the menu rotates enough to stay interesting, and the ambience is relaxed but nice enough for any occasion. Great brunch as well!

Cuinn Herrick

Over serviced, under flavoured. For the price, very average quality food imo. Had the donuts, tomato pizza and eggs benedict. Nothing really stood out, only the cheque at the end.

Kathryn Cervantes

Amazing fresh ingredient menu with cozy and spacious interior. A perfect example of what sustainability can and should look like.

Kim Paludan

Soft shell crab was good. Mains not very interesting.

Alex Dankoff

Absolutely delicious food with a very beautiful and welcoming decor.

Bart Freibert

This is one of my favorite NYC restaurants. The ambiance, food, and service are worldclass. Great for dates, business lunches, family dinners and friend reunions. It just feels good to be there

Alvaro Hoyos

A really good restaurant is one that does one or more of the following: cutting edge techniques that you are not going to replicate at home, putting together ingredients in novel or infrequently used ways, exceptional ingredients, excellent execution. This restaurant does all of the above, except for one. I will let you guess which one.

Hari Narayan

Easily the best brunch we have had in NYC. Every plate that came in left us wanting more. Hard to pick a favorite, the scrambled eggs with oysters was so good, the eggs cooked perfectly, the pea soup was packed with flavor and so was the Tuna sashimi. The one dash that is an absolute must try and had us all wanting more was the Ramp Toast! The cocktails were decent. The roasted beets and the pasta was good and the lobster was just as delicious as the person waiting on us described.

Syeda Ali

amazing experience, everything was delicious and service was attentive and spot on. restaurant is hard to find but other than that highly recommend.

Keith Cook

ABC Kitchen has the most innocuous entryway, but inside the muted colors and friendly atmosphere are clear, and I went on a Saturday night. The menu was much larger than I thought it would be, and, of course, this is a restaurant that prides itself on organic, locally sourced veggies and food. We started off with a delightful melange of calamari, cheese bruschetta, and muchies. For my entree an simple pork chop -- large, tender, and properly cooked. All the food was excellent! The waitstaff was attentive without getting overly eager. When I ordered a gin and topic he politely suggested a more 'local' brand of gin - GREENHOOK - fantastic! My only distress: a bit noisy, but we all survived!

Kay Lee

The entrees were perfectly cooked and the flavors for the hake were delicious. My husband enjoyed his fried chicken, but wasn't a huge fan of the tangy sauce it came with. His chicken was juicy and tender. I'm knocking off a star for the pricing and ravioli. The ravioli were VERY small and the flavor was disappointing. For $17, I'd expect more than 4 small bites and for them to be exceptional versus making me say how the organic ravioli from Costco tastes better. Service was great and we found the ambiance to be interesting. There are 3 distinct different sections. One dimly lit area you walk in to (photos the restaurant posts online), a section with primarily IKEA-esque 2 person tables that have a borderline mall food court atmosphere (bright and you see an entrance to another dining establishment and retail store), and then another more typical restaurant dining room sort of area. Definitely worth calling in and requesting to be in the first area ahead of time.

Mary Jesna Sandoval

Food was overall very good and delicious. Came here for a weekday lunch and the place is packed and it can get quite loud but you have enough space from other tables to keep your conversation private. The service was okay, our food took a while to come out so I had to knock a star off. Otherwise would recommend for fresh, healthy, organic dining.

David Muñoz

Fantastic food, service and ambiance! I had the Hake criudo appetizer, avocado kohlrabi salad and the poppy seed salmon. The salmon was cooked perfectly! Recommend highly!

Kat Draws

The food was absolutely amazing. Crispy fish tacos had a wonderful light breading. The cheeseburger comes cooked medium rare, and was definitely in the top five best burgers I’ve ever had. Restaurant was a little noisy but overall very good with excellent service :)

Alan Lash

Went with a group from work. Menu had been pre-selected. Though food was pretty good.

Max Einhorn

Underwhelmed, perhaps it was overhyped for me. The calamari was fantastic. The fried chicken was unnecessarily reinvented, it was in a tempura-like batter that was just too much of a deviated from what you want in fried chicken. My girlfriend got the poppy-seed crusted salmon which she thought wasn’t anything special (also why was this almost $40?).

Jackie N

The food here is excellent, and it's a great place for a date. Note that the actual menu differs from the menu you might find online: the crispy fish sandwich is not available on weekdays. Ice is served in a separate cup instead of mixed in with your water.

Arpit Kapoor

Nice place....attendant are very smart and we'll educated about the stuff on the menu.

Stephanie Herman

Would go 5 stars but flet rushed out after breakfast with our group. Otherwise luxurious

Amit Bluman

Superb up-class place! The food is unique and tasty, the service is phenomenal, and the atmosphere is great. The salads and the pasta were great, the desert was a bit weird

Marc Chandler

Great atmosphere. Food potions ideal. Unique menue.

Anusha Tippa

It is an absolute delight to dine here every time! I came here to get a quick lunch with my husband. The place is rustic and inviting. I love how the food translates into the space. It is interconnected and makes sense. We had a reservation and were shown to our tables promptly. Our host was very polite and answered all the questions I had for him. We got started of with a basil lemon soda and a gin based cocktail. They were very good. We got the heirloom tomatoes and the cucumber coconut soup which was also very fresh and rustic. For the entrees we got the salmon and the veggie burger. The salmon however was a little overdone and the veggie burger was decent. We ended our meal with an almond panna cotta which was perfect. This is a place to come to get a meal which focuses on making the fresh market produce shine.

John Roen

Never lets me down. One of JG's best. Burger and crab toast may be the best lunch you can find in Manhattan.

Alan T

Amazing fare. My first time in NYC, and a foodie friend of mine took me here -- my friend assured me that I would like whatever I ordered off the menu. Boy, was he right about that. First off, I'm a meet and potatoes kinda guy. I don't have a sophisticated palette. I was wary of checking this place out, partly worried that it was too fancy, partly because I was afraid of embarrassing my friend by not being properly impressed by what he recommended. I need not have worried. Everything was done right. Every the stuff I thought I wouldn't like. To put things in perspective, you have to know that I don't like beets. Usually, their flavor comes across as 'earthy' -- and there are simpler ways to get the taste of dirt in my mouth. At ABC kitchen, they made me rethink my long held grudge against beets. The dish I had, beets with yogurt, was incredibly satisfying, and I could find nothing about it that I didn't love. If they can make you love a food or ingredient you thought you hated, then you really can't go wing with anything else on the menu!

Tanya Szwarcbard

Good ambiance, pricy, didn’t like the food

Billion

Great atmosphere. Quality and fresh food. Nice cocktail. Enjoyable service.

Holly Jones

The best salmon I've ever had! The apple pie was good but could've used more filling.

Hadar Sabag

Great place for dinner. Super special atmosphere, fresh food, superb service. Loved it!

Martin Rioux

For me. Best food in NY. Great service, fresh ingredients. Everything taste like it was made just for your taste buds!

Shawn James

Arrived an hour early (by mistake) of our reso and they still accommodated us. Great food and service.

Chanel Brown

ABC Kitchen is a restaurant that has been on my list for several years. It was fairly easy to make weekend reservations online a day in advance. The staff was incredibly warm and the design concept of the restaurant was absolutely gorgeous and a great place for brunch. For my starter I ordered the Crab Toast and it was delicious and filling. For my main, I ordered the Scrambled Eggs with Crispy Oysters. The oysters were crispy and light covered in tempura batter. The eggs were soft but lacking in flavor and without the consistency of real eggs. The cocktail was delicious and beautifully presented. Overall a nice experience.

Devika Baxi

Went here for brunch. Had the veggie burger which was delicious and a large portion, definitely enough for dinner later in the day as well. Also got a green juice which was beyond amazing and an iced coffee with oat milk. Ambiance is beautiful and service is top notch. Would recommend for all.

Talia Siegel

Best burger I've had in the city. The tuna sashimi is also excellent - the fish has bite but is still soft and the dressing is killer. Margaritas are also A+.

Chelsea Smith

They have the best salmon salad. The salmon was cooked to perfection and it was so flavorful. You can tell that the ingredients are fresh and of quality. The wait was long but it was so worth it.

Ali Al QEMZI

Will organised reservation system, with friendly staff members and a comprehensive menu with a wide selection of meals and drink options. It's also spacious and well arranged. I love it and will definitely come back.

AHMED ALRIFAI

I still did not try the food but the waiting for the table is almost 45 minutes minimum and the food also takes a long time. IT IS THE MOST NOISYEST RESTAURANT I HAVE EVER BEEN TO!!! •do not come here hungry

Judy Zhu

Good concept, ok food. Cocktails are good, we like the one named Lotus

Jeduthun Zia

this place is so cute! it can get a little crowded on weekend nights but all in all it’s a great place to go, and a good place to start the Jean Georges journey. While the menu isn’t that extensive, every single item is well prepared and delicious. It is on the pricier side (although not as pricy as other JG establishments), but it’s worth it for a date night or a birthday meal. The staff are also very friendly and makes sure you have everything you need.

Suzannah Troy

Excellent vegan options and the staff are wonderful so kind and thoughtful. It's a beautiful space to relax and take your time and really enjoy delicious vegetables prepared in a unique fashion. I also have an amazing hot sauce. The only thing I question is watch out for the olive oil. I love olive oil but it is fattening so you make want to take note when ordering. The hummus was amazing but I wish I had thought to say you know what don't have any olive oil. The James came with the most beautiful healthy pita I've ever seen and fresh beautifully presented vegtables.

Laly Dearest

Great food, excellent service. I love the atmosphere.

Everette Hamlette

Amazing food! Amazing location! Amazing staff! Amazing customer service! Overall such an amazing experience and I am thankful I had a business dinner here! Legit... I will be coming back with family and friends! Such an unforgettable experience! It is nice for low key nights. Nice spot for dates or meetings. Great music. Soft volume. Low level crowd! Very nice and calm atmosphere!

Valerie Lanzone

Arrived right before opening reservation and was directed to bar before table for drinks. Food was incredible, fresh, tasty. We each got pizzas, and split the steamed artichoke and calamari.

Vince Poil

Casual, chic and healthy organic food. Superb food served by great staff. Lovely fresh seasonal menu.

Ximena Benavente

Great ambiance but food is ok

Scott Denoon

Fantastic food. Especially recommend the Fried Chicken.

Brigitte Laforest

The food was delicious. The dessert was amazing. I had a chocolate cake that was super moist and had a bruléed meringue. The service was also excellent. I went for my birthday and in addition to the dessert they brought a birthday cupcake.

Noor Assiri

Great brunch spot. Good food good service.

Phil Mouren

Went for weekend brunch. Shared a salad, shared two different pizzas, had a incredible beet juice drink and a non-alcoholic ginger drink. All the food and drinks were wonderful and our servers were very welcoming and professional!!

lisa asher

Great quality food, love the sea bass. Always crowded, service can be slow, but still give it 5 star rating.

Owen Colby

Mushroom pizza lacked flavor/seasoning. Very good apps: crab toast and roasted carrot

Nandini Mazumdar

Beautiful restaurant with delicious food - the decor is really really beautiful and creative. The lunch prix fixe is really good - we had the fish and the beets appetizer, the salmon and the mushroom burger entrees and the almond cake and salted caramel gelato. Each dish was well portioned and delicious. The service is slightly slow and it takes a while to get a server’s attention. But all in all, a really good spot!

John Sweiss

My favorite to go to brunch place in the city. Has a French country feel with American twist. Service on point and menu options are great and vegetarian friendly. All about the details and service. Staff very friendly with a smile. Must try if you haven't!

Judy Wong

Never disappointed. Tasty, ingredients are fresh and deco/ambience is always amazing. Cant go wrong ordering anything off their menu. Been here over 5 times, but hard to make reservations.

Jade Maawad

Top notch food, service, quality and ambiance! Staff was amazing, we had to wait for sometime over our reservation and they offered us drinks on the house to make up for it which we thought was a very nice gesture. Definitely a place to go to!!

Michael Zaneski

Excellent food you come to expect at a JG restaurant. Awesome dinning experience

Ronak Shah

Great cocktails. Great ambience. Good service. We didn't have food.

Valencia Rainey

Ambience was perfect and the service and food was great.

This is a definite favorite, always gets 5 stars. I have been here for Brunch and dinner many times and it never fails. Their Omelettes are fantastic and their pasta is even better! The staff is super friendly and the space is beautiful! It’s never a fail at ABC Kitchen!

Great atmosphere and delicious food! Had a juicy cheeseburger here yesterday and couple of appetizers. Overall high quality, a bit pricey but worth it.

We visited this restaurant during NY's restaurant week. It is a slighly hidden place with very nice decor, and nice atmosphere. We ordered from the menu corn soup, salad for starters, and portobello and pasta as main dishes. Very tasty, and pleasing (for the eyes toi). Michael who waited on us was very professional and very friendly and welcoming. At the end we ordered two desserts but were surprised to get additional desserts, complements of the restaurant for our daughter, who is a newly graduated pastry cheff. We enjoyed our visit immensely. Highly recommend! And thank you Michael!!!

Not a great experience. Perfectly underwhelming eggs benedict.

christine Smith

Pretty delicious. Only thing I didnt find exciting was the chocolate cake. It was a fine chocolate cake just not life changing. Would go again!

Jaclyn Turturro

The ambiance was amazing, as if the outdoors was brought inside. Clean, sophisticated, attentive wait staff. The menu had a great variety of vegetables and the dessert options definitely stood out. Amazing food. You won’t be disappointed

Victor C

Posh atmosphere, excellent service Shaved fluke could have been a little thinner Calamari had a nice crust and very crispy Highlight was surprisingly the fried chicken. Nice juicy piece of chicken. Perfectly cooked with excellent spicy butter. House made lemon vodka is very good.

Favorite restaurant in NYC :)

The food was small compare to regular portion but your are compensation for quality over quantity which was delicious. The place was packed even on a Monday. We couldn't find our waiter and it seem like they are understaffed. All I wanted was a glass of water that seem eternity for them to come around. Food was good; staff/customer service: need to work on or hire more people.

Guillaume Fortina

Good: decor. Bad: food quality is ok but grossly overpriced. Wait time (despite having booked a week in advance for Wednesday evening) was way too long (25min) despite plenty of tables being available. Service was poor (waiters need some training from a true high-class restaurant). The place is also so loud that you can’t hear each other speak. In a nutshell this place is a wannabe high-standard restaurant that misses the mark by a long shot.

Went for Sunday brunch. Delicious, possible the best pancakes I’ve ever eaten. And I’ve eaten a lot! Staff were really friendly, decor was lovely. The entrance could do with some work to make it more inviting.

Mickey 1

Excellent food, but SLOW service.

ABC Kitchen is a well organized restaurant. All the staff are polite to customers and co-workers. The chefs and the cooks are very neat and serious with their duty. They have different apartments otherwise known as Restaurant for individual type of meals and needs: Their sanitation is superb. I recommend them to whoever comes to New York and looking for one of the best Restaurants

Karl Finegan

The food and the service were both excellent. But what is driving this low rating is the exorbitantly priced and quite average wines by the glass. $22 for a very average Bordeaux is not “customer friendly” and not even a great wine. $27 for a glass of average Barolo is equally over priced. When you price check the wines, you can buy the bottle for the same price in a wine store. Pity, because otherwise it’s a great restaurant.

susy gao

So delicious and the staff are amazing

Elizabeth Tremble

Crab toast was excellent as was the service and atmosphere. Pasta dish was forgettable.

David Stevens

A great spot for brunch, amazingly fresh ingredients with explosions of flavor in every bite. Their crab toast might be in the top 10 things I’ve ever eaten.

Majo

Absolutely delicious, expensive as could be expected but the food was worth it. Ordered the pea soup and the ravioli both were delicious the only thing that was not that good in my opinion was the chocolate mint sorbet.

Joseph E

Amazing food, service, atmosphere and everything. Food was so delicious and didnt want to leave

Diane Morrison

The food was excellent and it was beautifully presented. The Turmeric Tonic was especially refreshing.

Charles Grande

Great vibe, super good food tastefully done. The room is large and can get loud but because the tables aren't on top of each other you can still have a conversation. Worth a trip.

Kathleen Neville

This place is excellent! Yes, Manhattan prices but worth it for the exceptional food and wine. Yes, even in NYC, the pizza is to die over! Portions are great—Prepare to take home leftovers. And the staff—ALL THAT! Professional and kind. Shout out to Sarah and the manager on Sunday night (sorry I don’t know your name). I will be back.

Carlos Rodrigues

Absolutely amazing food, service and atmosphere. I couldn't recommend it more highly!
