Very disappointed. I ordered a broiled combo meal with crab cake, scallops, shrimp and flounder. Crab cake was VERY light on meat, heavy on filler and mayo: shrimp was overcooked and tough, two scallops were each the size of a quarter. All served in a foil tin (with the flounder) and all sopping wet with grease. The onion rings were greasy, but good. Boom boom shrimp app was tasty. Would not eat here again as there are much better seafood offerings nearby and in Cape May. I initially gave this establishment two stars, but lowering to one now as my wife is presently puking up her linguine with clams. Overpriced. Go to Long John Silvers for better seafood than this place.

This place is absolutely amazing. If you want a true Maryland style crab cake, this is the place for you. Every crab cake I’ve had up and down the Jersey coast says Maryland style. They are fake and not very good. Take it from someone who has lived in Maryland all his life. This place will not disappoint. The owner is also a down to earth guy as well.

An OK place to eat. The food was good, but not outstanding. Service was good. However, they were out of most of the best dishes: softshell crabs, blue crabs, and all the fish steaks. We got our entrees broiled which was good. I can't speak to how the fried entrees would be.

There have been way more good times had at this spot than bad. After coming here for years now, it's kind of expected, but overall the food is usually good and cooked just right. Food was excellent: Shrimp, scallops, haddock, crab were all perfect and delicious - even the coleslaw with it's sweet vinegar dressing. All entrees, combos and platters come with coleslaw and one side. Onion rings and fries were not greasy but crunchy and great! Option of fried or broiled on your meal. Very small restaurant but well worth the wait. 5 booths, 2 four tops, 2 large tables to handle 6 or more. Cooler cases on other side of building that holds crabs, clams, oysters, etc. Check out the size of the Alaskan king crab legs. They have ready made packs of shrimp to grab and go. Order to go and take your meals home. Thanks to Taylor for the great service!

The server was very polite, no wait, very fresh seafood, good prices. The atmosphere was very calm, quiet, always a plus when you just want good food and don't want to have to wear formal attire or go through any other hassles. Server also gave us a few tips about local places. Overall very good experience for my wife and myself. Only con was no bag for the food that we took home, but really not that big of a deal. We'll definitely be going back.

I thought the food here was excellent it was very fresh very tasty and I was very satisfied with my meal at first glance I thought it might be a little bit skimpy but I'm stuffed as I walk out of the place I'm giving the rating on the food it's not a pretty place but it's not bad either not fancy I guess is the word. But I'm not eating the walls in the floor and the tables my only disappointment was with such high quality food they didn't have homemade tartar sauce not that there was anything wrong with the tartar sauce in the little cups I just would have liked to have seen homemade tartar sauce but it won't stop me from coming back.

Absolutley amazing food and service. Our family has been visiting Wildwood for years and this is a must visit for us. The seafood is always fresh and they are generous with the portions. They food is cooked to perfection. I'm a fan of the dozen oysters as an appetizer and the fried combination platter (fried cod, scallops, shrimp and the best crab cake). The service is always so friendly and helpful. Last night Caitlin was our waitress and she was really attentive and welcoming. I would absolutely recommend this place...but fair warning it can get packed. So get there before 6 if you can to snatch up a table.

Not worth coming here for fried seafood. Both flounder & cod sandwiches had no flavor. The fish was lost in the over doughy buns. Not even copious amounts tarter or cocktail sauce could save it! The fried squid was under cooked & mostly soggy. Our drinks had a weird mildew taste. The best dish was the Caesar salad. A bland decor with no charm leaves little to desire here!

This is the best place to eat on vacation. The food is the best for many reasons. The wait staff is over the top because the food comes out so fast that they don't fool around. With that in mind there usually is not too long of a wait. The homemade cocktail sauce is the best. Eat in or to go it is worth the experience. They also have a food truck on diamond beach.

We tried the fried flounder and fried cod. All you could taste is the breading. We are avid seafood fans and these fish definitely tasted like they were frozen. The clam chowder and lobster bisque were also room temperature. Sadly disappointed and not worth the money! We were kicking ourselves that we didn’t go to the boardwalk instead. Extra star because the place was clean and the people working were nice.

This is my third time here and I have never been disappointed. Don't believe the few bad reviews the fish is fresh and the place is clean. Staff is friendly and quick to serve. We were told 45 min wait and we were only waiting like 20 minutes. I had the fried soft shel crab and it was excellent. Not to mention it's hard to find soft shell crab. Last time I had dungeons crab and it was quite the experience. It was like a cafeteria tray packed with little crabs. It's an event to sit and eat these things. This place is a must see. If your questioning it don't. The calamari was bland but was still fresh. The thing is the other food was so good I forgot all about that. We found a free shrimp platter coupon in our hotel flyer and it seemed to me everyone finds it.

The Fish Factory is one of the worst food places I have gone to. There Shrimps Were Sweet, the shrimps were Disgusting. I don't know how people liked it. My family ordered several plates and they were all disgusting. I wish I can put a 0/5 but I can't. I read the reviews they are the opposite of what this place was. Why do they call it the Fish Factory? They have a very small selection of fish. There Fries came from a frozen bag that you can buy from a supper market. The food was a disgust.
