Great customer service and great ice cream! I was greeted pleasantly as I entered, given plenty of time to make a decision, and the server answered my inquiry very helpful when I was torn between Coconut Almond Fudge Chunk and Coconut 7 Layer Bar (he recommended getting both on my cone - good choice). I was offered a bowl with my cone, as it was a very warm/humid day. I replied no thank you, I really enjoy the cone as a cone. To my pleasure, he scooped from the firmest corners of the container, netting me a perfectly structured cone. I was able to eat it drip free (a fun challenge) while walking back to work and enjoying the sights of the Manchester Millyard.

The high rate this place has must be a joke. The place is filthy and the ice cream in the refrigerator not inspiring. I think they do a better job displaying it in a Walmart. The ice cream flavour is a typical good ben&Jerry but this location is not up to their standards. I won't be back.

Was not pleased with the service, when I called the lady didn’t know what to say and just passed the phone off to a guy named Chris, who was insulting and EXTREMLY rude! To the owner, LEE I believe you need some new employees, and this “Chris” guy, needs an adtitude adjustment and get out of customer service ASAP. Awful experience, will no longer be a customer!

Small shop. Good quality Ice cream, BUT in a congested area, it's very hard to find parking unless you want to walk around the block. Also, they didn't have a very large selection, but I enjoyed the fact that there were freezers where you could purchase packaged ice cream and ice cream cakes to take home.

I bought 3 ice-creams there 1 minute after walking out the scoop of ice-cream fell off one cone, went back in with it and told them and asked for a replacement and they said no, we needed to pay for another one. Okay here's the get down my niece can't have dairy so her ice cream selection is very very slim to none. But since we were at "The District" spying on some people we decided to give Ben & Jerry's a try. We walked in and my niece screams "they have ice cream for me and it's not sherbet." They had three flavors for her to try and she loved every last lick. She made her selection and as you can see I was the best auntie ever. Thank you Ben & Jerry for having a selection of almond milk & soy milk base ice cream.

I get ice cream delivered once and a while from this location, and I decided after tonight I’m all set with them. I ordered a sundae and about a third of the sundae was missing, the ice cream was melted, and the hot fudge in a separate container was cold. It took an hour to get to my house less than a mile away when I was told I was the only customer. I tipped 20% for the worst imaginable service.

i ordered a birthday cake for my daughter last week and heather called to go over all the details she was extremely helpful. when my husband went to pick up the cake today the happy birthday was not on it but the employee did say the manager would come in to do it unfortunately we didnt have the time to wait for that so my husband took the cake but they did give him a discount off it which i thought was extremely nice and courteous. by the way the cake looks delicious.

I initially posted a negative review because I was very unhappy with the cookies that were delivered. Although they were okay tasting, they really weren't " fresh baked cookies" like the description said. Upon seeing my negative review the owner of the store actually refunded my money and really took the initiative to fix it. That's good business. I applaud them.

According to all of my friends, taking a year and a half of living in New England to finally try Ben & Jerry's was far too long, but I finally did and tried it tonight. Fantastic ice cream, so the brand holds up to the hype, but the most important thing to me was that Brian and his wife, the franchise owners, and their son, have injected enough local color into this business to make it super enjoyable. It really shows a lot that the franchise owners are ready to spring and clean tables the second people leave and that their employees, upon a customer entering (without knowing that he never had Ben & Jerry's Ice Cream previously), ten minutes before closing, were willing to talk to me about more than what kind of ice cream I was in the mood. In summary, go for the awesome ice cream, stay for the local color that makes this franchise more that another corporate shop.

Great ice cream however service was poor. I was number 3 in line and the cashier just wanted to chat with everybody. When my turn came around she told us to hold on as she disappeared into the back for a couple minutes. Upon returning (only employee there), she wasn't too quick and at that point a line formed with 6 more people behind us just as irritated. I know a couple people took pictures of their phone number to call in a verbal complaint.

My friends and I decided to order Ben and Jerry's this evening to be delivered shortly before the closing time. Our order was brought to my house in a timely fashion but unfortunately the portions delivered were much smaller than they normally are. I called (after they had closed) and spoke to a very nice young man, expecting a discount or credit on my next order. To my surprise, he opted instead for immediate customer satisfaction. They remade the whole order and ended up bringing it back. Within ten minutes everything was here and generously portioned- it was perfect! Very impressed and thank you for such stellar customer service!

The ice cream was good although we had no way of telling which flavor was which. IT WAS EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE!! It's a very small place! We sat@THE table in the corner by the window. We had@least 5+guys bump into our table. We saw pictures kids had colored on the walls&plenty of crayons. We hoped they'd ask my 2 girls to color,but no one ever did. They had lots of different cones on display.I had to choose 4 different times because the first 3 cones I chose they didn't have!!!!

National well-known ice cream brand that got famous with cherry garcia flavor. They always produce fun festive tasty flavors anytime of year with seasonal and limited edition run. Since they're located at Miracle Miles I always find myself here after a bag of Garrett's popcorn also at MM. One warning though, they don't take manufacturer coupon, but other off strip location will take them.

It's usually really busy in here, it's hard to figure out what you're supposed to do, where the line is, etc. The ice cream is good, although you can definitely get a whole pint at the grocery store for less than a 2 scoop bowl. I go here because I like walking down the street to get ice cream on a nice Saturday evening.

I really enjoy this store, and visit often. My housemates and I really enjoy a few flavors that we can't get anywhere else, so we have ordered delivery a few times, and really enjoyed the convenience. I sometimes walk in and order a hand-packed pint so I can enjoy it for a few days, but my last two live pints were not packed very well. One was packed by a person who struggled because the ice cream was really hard that day,. It was good enough and she tried hard for me, so it was still a good experience. Today's pint was packed by someone who seemed miffed that I asked her for a pint with a line of folks behind me, so she proceeded to loosely pack it like two large ice cream scoops with a half inch gap at the top, which left enough space for my ice cream that was halfway melted when I took it the mile away home in 80 degree weather. I still love your store and your ice cream, so I will definitely be back, but please teach the staff how to properly hand pack a pint. When someone is paying more than $6 for a pint of ice cream, they expect get my money's worth, so I am a bit disappointed with today's experience. Thanks for listening

Update: thank you Lee and heather for helping us correct the situation instead of just blowing us off. We understand its ice cream but if I wanted bad customer service I'd go to the gas station and pay there. So we do appreciate the initiative and being very prompt. Much appreciated honestly. I have never met anyone so careless. We placed an order for 2 milkshakes. We are 5 minutes away and it took over an hour to get to us so of course when it arrived it was melted and ended up making a mess on the counter and she just said "open it" so we did and there's a puddle in the box mind you. All she had to say was "oh sorry" then walks out?? Then Chris has the gall to hang up when we try to express our frustration because apparently he doesn't know how to handle frustrated customers. If I ever presented that kind of attitude I'd be fired immediately at my job. Soo what's up Ben and jerry?? Don't deliver if your employees don't know how to be efficient!

I just called to ask prices for a cake. I have never been to this facility but the customer service over the phone was terrible. She apparently was unable to understand me - okay fine. She could have KINDLY said, Oh I am sorry I can't understand you... or maybe "can you try calling back with better service so I can assist you". Instead she puts the phone down and complains to another employee in a frustrated voice "I can't understand a word she is saying" Way to go you just lost a customer :)

I love this place. Miracle Mile shops. And Ice cream....I always get a sundae. Most people get chocolate...but try the caramel. It's thick and really good. Two scoops , sauce, whip cream, nuts and s thank you. $10. Deal! Watch the water show while you eat.
