I have used JJ's around 10 or 15 times now and have been more than please all but one time. And that one time they took about 20 minutes to get my lunch to me. The funny thing is 20 min. does not sound that long but I am used to them being here in about 10 minutes most of the time. haha The food has ALWAYS been very good though, if you are like me and don't drink your pop right away, you had better ask for extra ice. If you are in their delivery area (its nt that big), I highly recommend them. I like the Vito with extra meat and sauce....good stuff!

Horrible on the delivery time. I called placed an order. After 30 minutes of waiting i called to make sure they had the correct address, they said they did and my order had already went out. After 48 minutes of waiting since I hung up the phone, I finally got my order. 6 blocks from their location.

I went into Jimmy John's a little leery because I need to eat gluten free. I left totally impressed. I ordered a semi-custom unwich, and the worker suggested one of the options on the board that was already almost the same as what I was ordering, which I really appreciated. When I asked about gluten free, they offered to change their gloves. A separate worker put on new gloves and proceeded to build my sandwich on its own sheet of paper so it didn't get contaminated by the counter. The food was delicious, and I'm really glad I got the chips they offer. I'll be going back there.

They will only deliver approximately 1 mile away from their store. If it is 1.1 miles, the Hampton Inn beyond Walmart, no go. So no go!

Their delivery radius is very small and if you are 10 steps outside of it, they won’t do. So that whole freaky fast delivery....not so. Won’t even deliver to somewhere a mile or less away.

Absolutely horrible service. I'm a over the road trucker and I have had nothing but good things to say about Jimmy John's deliveries and food. But at this one store management (Jacob )has ended me ever eating at another. Dan Stevens owner of this franchise should take a better look at his management in his stores. You have lost a Jimmy John's long time customer.
