Gerwin and Roger have the best customer service you could ever ask for. Their knowledge is second to none when it comes to this stuff. They take the time to make sure every customer is taken care of and never try to rush you. Even if you're asking very beginner questions (like me) that they probably get asked 100 times a day, they still make sure you fully understand the answer and never try to rush you out the store. Even if I'm not buying anything and just go in for advice, they still take the time to help and offer very thought-out solutions. No place better to go!

But the selection was better The employees were friendly and offered help immediately. I would shop here and pay a little extra vs a chain store just because of the atmosphere and employees. These guys know what they're doing when it comes to anything related to aquariums. This place is by far the best fish/aquarium store I have ever been to and through my military travels I have been to MANY! Don't even look any further, just give them a call and if they don't have it, then it's pretty much guaranteed that they can get it, and their prices are dead even or lower than what you would find on Amazon or eBay. Check 'em out, you'll find yourself going just to hangout and talk....

They won't sell you any thing you don't need nor any fish you're not ready for. If you mistakenly put the wrong fish together in a tank, they will take the fish back. Looks small from the outside but it is packed inside, the prices are better than the chain stores, along time ago they had paint gun supplies too. Really friendly staff they know their fish. While they have a great selection and rather knowledgeable faculty, they are definitely in it to make a buck! They sold me a sick rope fish, and when the rope fish died and got my other fish sick, they wouldn't even refund the ropefish because their warranty is only 24 hours! Now I'm down 3 fish and nursing 4 more back to health, over $300 lost if the rest die!

While on a day-trip to Biloxi, I thought I'd see if there were any decent saltwater fish stores left in the area. Imagine my surprise when my GPS took me to a VERY familiar building. While the name might be JUST FISH, the last time I was here it was called the Pass Road Pet Center. As if that surprise wasn't good enough, I found that the owner is still GERWIN!!!!! This store is even better than I remember!!! It looks very different inside and he has a lot more inventory than he did 22 years ago, but the best part about this store will always be GERWIN! I've never met anyone who knows as much about fish, aquariums, and habitats as he does. I actually arrived late for an event I was in town for due to listening to Gerwin explain how to resolve a problem with someone's tank. You just can't get that level of experience anywhere else. And his prices on fish and tank supplies was great as well.; Picked up a Protein Skimmer for the trip back to Florida. If you're into saltwater fish, this store is a must-stop for you. I know I'll be stopping by every time I'm visiting Biloxi in the future.

Found an electric blue acara at a good price. Staff doesn't seem to know much about South American cichlids. They told me that the electric blue acara was a South American cichlid. They are a hybrid between the blue acara and electric blue rams. At least they had the fish.

This place is hands down the best place for aquarium related supplies, freshwater and saltwater fish and coral. If you're passing through the area it is a must see. The store is aged which should tell you how long they've been here and how successful they are. The staff is top notch, knowledgeable and most of all hilarious!

Nice shop. Owner is very enthusiastic, but can be a bit old school in his approach and what he recommends. Pricing on fish is really good. They have a decent selection of dry goods, considering how small the shop is, same for livestock selection. They have a small feeding trough worth of corals for sale, and a nice display tank. I wish they better utilized their larger tanks in the back (or even replaced them) so they could house more fish & corals. Turnover on fish is pretty high, and they're constantly ordering new, so they always have a selection, but I wish they had a larger selection so they'd be able to order some more unique stuff.

We did buy zoes and mushrooms, which Gerwin packed our new additions to our tank so nicely to make sure they traveled safe with us!
