Customer service was terrible from the phone call to the in store purchase and to make matters worse the young lady I dealt with said it was her store. They were out of product she hung up on me and when I got to the store her attitude was no better like she was doing me a favor by selling to me. When I asked her name she refused to give it to me.

I hear Fresh Fish House have very good food. I went there to pick up an order for door dash. I was at the location for over an hour. What makes it worse is they did not have the product available. The customer canceled and did not want the order. Do not ever work for door dash. I did not get paid for that order. Door Dash said that is not counted as a completed order. Oh yeah, they said they will consider paying me half. This was not including my bonus money for the order. Door Dash also did not want to give the customer their money back. Instead they wanted to give her credit toward a future order. The customer was unhappy in the end. Do not order from Door Dash or work for them.

I DIDNT WANT TO GIVE THEM 1 STAR BUT HAD TO WRITE A REVIEW. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY THE FISH WAS HORRIBLE, THEY FRIED IT IN BATTER NO SEASONING IT WAS THE WORST THING EVER. Gumbo rice was mushy. Portion size for $10 catfish sandwhich looked like three catfish nuggets and was overcooked I will not return to this location. I was embarrassed I encourage everyone from my job to go to this restaurant and this is the service we received. No one was happy with their food.

I’d ordered from this restaurant (Greenfield Location) twice with Uber Eats. I was impressed by how fresh and delicious the food was. I decided to eat there tonight after work. Customer service wasn’t great. While waiting 45 minutes for 1 dinner,1 sandwich and a side of shrimp, I realized The employees didn’t have on aprons,hats or hairnets as they were bringing the orders from the back. One male employee even came from the back with his hair unbraided, all over his head with houseshoes on. My shrimp was over done and tough. It’s seems that it was rushed since it was after 9. Closing time.

Initial visit awesome experience, visited during the day . Last experience (on a Friday night) rude, unprofessional phone manners, nonchalant don't care attitude . Receive food, hot sauce spilled on coleslaw. Wondered if the same person that answered the phone, prepared my food? Needless to say lost my appetite because I honestly don't know if I received "clean" food or not .

Patience with customers is a little lacking. But it was at the end of their day! I asked for no fried foods I ordered to be (over cooked) cooked hard. In an effort not to further irritate the person I opted not to put emphasis on that request. And some of the more delicate items were badly crunchy.

Unfortunately, you have to give a star to express your review, otherwise, I would not have give 1 star. So unprofessional. No hairnet being used and clothes looked dirty with no apron being used. I asked for my fish to be fried hard, but definitely didn’t asked for it to be over cooked and chewy! Crunchy like chips. Even left the damn scales on the fish. Too much damn laughing and joking in the back and over cooking the food. Prices are too damn high to be over cooking someone’s food. Will never return

The ladies working the front counter were not wearing hair nets. One was in and out of the fresh meat display. The ladies were complaining about their co-workers in front of customers. Customer service skills and professionalism really needs to be upgraded. I don't know who cook my food but it was delicious. I had shrimps and gumbo. This was my first and last time, I take customer service and professionalism serious. I understand we all have days but according to other reviews this is the norm.

I had the catfish dinner I have a shellfish allergic reaction i called to speak to the manager ebony she tried to tell me that they cooked their shrimp and fish and different greens unfortunately I do have a shellfish allergic reaction had to miss work and they did not do anything to compensate me and if you are allergic to shellfish please do not eat here
