We were there at a busy time, staff was friendly but didn't communicate well at all. Our food came out with the wrong number. It wasn't until I asked that I discovered the issue. Order was incorrect, no cheese curds, melted sloppy cement mixers. Lunch was ruined.

Terrible Culver's experience which normally isn't the case. Ordered a sandwich that had a soggy bun. Didn't realize it till I got to the truck and I pulled the box out and there was only half a sandwich in it. Turns out the bun was so soggy it ripped the cardboard and half the sandwich was in the bag and all over my truck. Definitely won't go back to that location to say the least. Staff also didn't make it a welcoming experience.

Im the last person to leave a google review as i could care less but this is without a doubt the worst culvers i have ever been to i stopped here on the way up and the way back from a family gathering both times burgers were way overcooked basically a dry 0.1” thick brick, Order took a while the first time and took 17 minutes the second time at 8:45 at night with maybe 2 cars in the drive through and we were the only dine in order. The carpet smells like wet dog hair, half the tables were not clean even though as stated earlier the dining room was empty besides us and one other couple who had their food already. Would recommend going to kwik trip next door and eating there as it would be more enjoyable.

Excellent! Very friendly counter staff that was patient and knowledgeable, waiter very courteous and smiling. The restaurant was clean and comfortable. The food was awesome- I tried the seasonal walleye which is fantastic! You should try it! Right down to the daisy on the table, I couldn't have done it better myself. The St Cloud Culver's is quite possibly the dirtiest I've been to. Culver's is usually very clean and pleasant to be in. This one not so much. It smells the moment you walk in the door. Like a wet dog. The carpet and floor are filthy and the restrooms are nasty as well. Food is fine though.

Tried the walleye dinner for the 1st time tonight. Really excellent 2 piece fried walleye! Also I discovered there own Culver's brand of root beer is really good too! The tartar sauce was very bland and the wonder bread dinner roll is not worth serving or eating. Why don't they have biscuits or some other kind of hot roll instead of a cold white bread roll? It would be so much better. Still well worth it to come for the walleye dinner.

Almost all positive. I can't say much for the invite of the store, but I go through the drive through often enough on my lunches. Polite and well spoken employees, will get your food to you in a timely manner (lunch rush can and will be a problem) but overall, never had anything screwed up, and have never given me a wrong order. And the best part, the food is always great!

Culver's makes one of the best fast food burgers available. Their butter burgers are addictive. The fries are nice and crisp. The cheese curds provide a different option for a side than other fast food places. Their cheese dipping sauce seems to be made from actual cheese, which is a nice change from most cheese dips/quesos. For desert they have a nice variety of custards.

I like Culver's a lot. They have excellent hamburgers that aren't made until you order. They come plain and you can add whatever you want on them for no additional cost. Always fresh and hot. You will have to wait a bit for your order, but not long.

Food is great, (what you'd expect from Culver's) the low rating is because of HOW SLOW the service is... They got my order wrong but took care of it... If you come during rush hour you might wait 15 minutes or more. The crew working was definitely exhausted from being so swamped. It's hard to get good service under those circumstances. I've been here a few times and this has always been my experience.

Step above the typical fast-food burger. Their seared patties are loaded with flavor and always served fresh and hot. Some of the best fast-food onion rings you'll find. And of course excellent service is always available.

Culvers is definitely one of the best fast food restaurants out there. They make your food to order in a surprisingly short period of time. You might wait a couple (2-3) minutes longer then you would at one of the big 3 burger joints but the quality, taste and care more than makes of for the short wait times.

I always seem to love the food here and usually order the fries extra crispy so that they're nice and hot when I get them. Occasionally, they have them out without salting them, which is why I like to always ask for some extra salt and ketchup packets and save the ones I don't actually use. Their burgers and chicken is pretty darn good and the service always seems friendly and prompt! Kudos to this place for excellent service and good food!

Great food and ice cream. They have the best Ruben and shakes. You can get a great lunch or dinner for the same price as Burger King Or Mc Donald's. By far my favorite place to grab lunch or dinner. Service is just as fast as any fast food joint. Great quality food at fast food speed and prices. You must try, you will not be disappointed. I recommend the ruben with a strawberry and banana shake!!!

Our family favorite for fast food. Burgers are so good as are cheese curds and other sandwiches. Don't think you can go wrong with anything on the menu. My wife always gets a kids meal (they let you do that) so she gets a free scoop of custard. Yep she's really smart. Especially since they let you use the free scoop for the flavor of the day

If you're not familiar with the Culver's chain, they are similar to other sit down fast food chains. Simple food, good service, fair prices. Kinda "not too hot not too cold". Their distinguishing item (in my opinion) is their frozen custard, it's worth a try if you haven't. I gave it 4 stars instead of 3 because my kids really like the place.

They have gluten-free buns but the fries are not. At least they are trying to accommodate. Great service and good tasting burgers even with the gluten free bun. It's possible to buy gluten free chicken strips at the store it would be nice to see them here

I stopped by to get some custard, their custard is very good and creamy. I went through the drive through and when I asked the gal, who handed me my banana split, if she could put it in a bag so it wouldn't leak on my seat, she rolled her eye's and made a face like it was very inconvenient for her. As she walked to get the bag she made a comment I couldn't understand then another person took the bag from her with a great big smile on her face and placed the banana split in the bag and wrapped it. She handed it back to me and with her big smile said "have a very nice evening". If this lady hadn't of stepped in I would've rated this Culver's location 3 stars instead of 4. If only the first gal had the same warm and pleasant smile and interaction of the second one I would rate 5 stars.

I stop at one or the other of our 2 area Culver's once a week or so. Always order a 2 scoop turtle. It's getting to where I'm gonna stop. There is NO consistency in the size of a 2 scoop sundae. One day its overflowing the cup...next day it's like half the size. Today I asked,"that's a 2 scoop?" "Yes", giggle , she said. I said "Really? Pretty puny. " "Sorry", giggle... One reason for going to a 'fast food' place is because they offer consistency in the food. Well, not the sundaes...not in Traverse City anyway...

It took 28 minutes to get my food and they forgot cheese on my cheeseburger. It also looked like the sandwich had been made the day before and heated up. My concrete mixer was melted and it took 28 minutes to get that as well. It was just a plain vanilla mixer. Everyone else around us was waiting the same amount of time or longer and we were not told about this long wait before during or after this experience or apologized to for our extreme wait time at a “fast” food restaurant.

We all love Culvers. Never disappointed and the Custard is delicious. They have a really screwed up the way of making people line up when it is busy due to the walls they have built 10 ft from the registers but other than that all is well.

Stopped in around 1:30 on Presidents’ Day because McGees was closed down the road. After we ate, I took my young daughter to the restroom and the door was locked in the single stall men’s room. We waited patently against the wall. Male employee comes out of the locked door and directly leaves the bathroom. Was he using the restroom, hiding for a moment, cleaning it, adjusting his shirt? I don’t know, but he didn’t wash his hands! Did he wash them back at the work station behind the counter? This customer doesn’t know! Anyways, stopped to get the scoop that’s included with the kids meal before we left, asked for it to go in a bowl and luckily I did because the employee from the bathroom was reloading the ice cream (sorry frozen custard) cone holder on the wall touching every single cone without gloves on! I’ve never had an issue with Culver’s and I’m not looking for a response or coupon for discounted or free food. Just please address the importance of working in the food business and washing your hands in the bathroom!!!
