The really like the seasoning they pit on the chicken when its done. The chicken is good, but sometimes it taste like they havnt changed the grease. Think they cook everything in the same grease.

Good food. Terrible service. I watched the guy behind the counter hang up on customers calling in orders, he then instructed another employee on how to hang up on customers also.Then they laughed about it. All this while I was sitting right there waiting on my food.

This is yet another example of how people set up business in a depressed community and give the consumer an inferior product at an inflated price. I asked for 6 wings only and the Iranian cashier informed me that I should get the fries and cold slaw since the price was the same. I paid almost $9 for 6 wings only that were small enough to fit in the palm of my hand. I don't usually eat fried foods but when I do, I'm not paying anyone to treat me like my patronage is not valued.

I just wanted chicken and fries. This is the best place for a "chicken box". The chicken and fries are always hot. The chicken is cooked right with no red at the bone. For a hot and delicious "chicken box", HipHop is the place to go.

This was my first time going and it was only because a friend recommended. Their fish is very good! If you are thinking about trying out this place, I think you should. Plus they were pretty fast at making it properly.

The staff is very rude the chicken wings are very small. I have visited other location that give an extra wings this location does not. There is usually a long wait so do not go on your lunch break. There is a lot of people who hang around outside of the store selling all kinds of street items.

The place opens at 10 right? So how about have your staff on the building at 930 or at the very least 10. I go there to pick up an order for 11 at 1030. Dude unlocks the door and says "The cooks ain't here yet." At 10:40 10:45, here come the cooks, strolling to the place like they aren't late. No apology for the inconvenience, no heads up call to say, "Hey our cooks aren't here yet." Nothing, just a baffled expression when I said cancel the order cause its 10:45 and the cook just turned on the burners. This was your one chance to get it right Hip Hop, you screwed the pooch. Lesson learned.

The employees were very unpolite and unproffessional, they left my food in the basket of the fryer for 15 minuts before they dropped in to the fryer and proceeded to help another costomer, get her order and get her out the door before they even started to cook mine...! Although the food was pretty good but, all in all the service sucked and the experience there will prevent me from ever eating there again...!

STAY AWAY. This establishment are gougers and the parking lot is filthy. This was my first and last visit. My order was placed in a two leaking paper bags; and when I requested the meal be combined in a box, he stated i had to pay $1. I actually thought the manager was joking, and was astounded when he reemphasized. I told him to EAT IT. It's ridiculous to not put fried foods in a box, and gross charge reasonable requests. This is exactly why I try to avoid low residential areas, as businesses assume we want less than decent....back to Glen Burnie.
