I called and they put me on hold and never came back to the phone. I went to this location. I asked if they took orders on the phone .He said yes. I asked why did you put me on hold indiffently he said what do you want to order. He was very rude. I won't be back. The wings look like premature chickens. They might should give them a little more time before killing them!

There's some new guy there. Very rude. Ordered my food by phone. He hung up on me before I could get the order out. When I arrived he said that he didn't have an order. Very very rude. Going on record to say I've never had issues before. But today, was bad. Hopefully better next time. If not, I'm going back to Crain Highway only.

I didn't feel the server was very good, as a 1st time customer they, they treated me like I was trying to talk them out of some thing, I brought 2 order and they gave me sauce for one when I asked for sauce for the 2nd order, the air was funky, I like crain hwy better, I won't be going back, didn't feel welcome, and I watch the 2nd set of people 4 women, and they acted the same not helpful, and I'm 56yr old so I was not acting like a child,

Some of the furniture is dated. The staff don't have a good habit of greeting and smiling at new arrivals. BUT, they are friendly. The food usually tastes great, and is usually hot and fresh. This place has the best fried chicken in Waldorf. This is a diamond in the rough.

The best chicken and fish ever!! But a word to the wise... DO NOT go to their location on Sheriff Road!! The staff is ghetto and the food is nasty. All the other locations never disappoint.

This location is the absolute worse. The person taking my order was so rude, no smile, no welcome to hip hop fish and chicken or anything. Felt like he wanted to say just tell me what you want, give me your money and leave. I ordered wings and 2 sides with extra seasoning on the wings. Got home opened the box and the wings looked anorexic. The sides were flavorless and most importantly the seasoning that everyone goes to hip hop fish and chicken for did not taste the same. Do yourself a favor and go to the Crain Highway location. What ever happened to consistency and service with a smile??

The chicken was great. Seasoned great. The sides were off. I don't know what it was but they just didn't taste right. The banana pudding was great. Im seeing a lot of complaints about this place but none of this was there when I was there. I do know this many people go there to eat and I don't see half as much of the reviews. A lot of people will not write a review of a good experience but quick to write a bad experience.

I ordered a fish for a party...the grease on the fish tasted old. The HHC in Clinton is much better. Everytime I order there..nothing less than perfect. This one on Leonardtown Rd. Thumbs down.
