Had a very late delivery from fedex,order was totally defrosted,called crab dynasty and they imediatley overnighted a replacement order.What a great and caring business to do business with,would recommend them to all seafood lovers.

I am in Florida and have a big party tomorrow, hence I ordered a bunch of crab, oysters and shrimp online GOT A CONFIRMATION AND WAITED IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE HERE TODAY. Hmmm not here yet so I called on he phone and was told that they sent me an email saying they didn’t have crabs till next week so you didn’t ship anything!? They told me to check my spam email- I did, no email. No email is in my system or spam and you all didn’t ship anything else? I have a bunch of people coming over for seafood tomorrow and I am left hanging. Unbelievable, have you all heard of a phone???? Wow bad service and all you're doing is refunding me? Really? A refund…. Wow

The original order was shipped a day late due to Fedex error, called to report what happened and was promptly sent a replacement box of crabs that I just received today, and boy were they delicious! Perfectly packaged,seasoned, and cooked, these were simply to die for. Great customer service! I'm looking forward to my next order in a month or two when the females are in season and the crabs are at their peak (fattest) of the season!

Today I received my fourth order from Crab Dynasty. It was 1/2 bushel of cooked jumbo male crabs. It, like the previous three, was terrific. The sizing/weight was perfect. The seasoning level was exactly as I ordered. And the freshness was preserved wonderfully by the packaging. I have had Maryland style crab in restaurants in Baltimore and I will favorably compare Crab Dynasty's product with all of those.

My husband ordered a bushel sent to our house in Nashville and as a Baltimore native I know my crabs and these folks had the best. They were packed perfectly and were all full and seasoned well.

Got a half bushel of hard crabs delivered to me in Ohio last year. It was really good! The seasoning was perfect! However, ordered some oysters crawfish and large hard crabs to New York last week. The oysters were alright but the crawfish was really bland and the large crabs were really small. Ordered some colossal crabs two days ago but it had way too much seasoning. I'll say only the crab is worth it. If you're able to get fresh crabs somewhere do that. If not this is an alright alternative.

These guys have the best seafood, period. I don't have to worry about the quality (sometimes the stuff at the fish market is questionable). I called them to ask the age of the fish, and they assured me that they hand select/inspect all seafood to ensure the very best is shipped before each order goes out the door. I am never disappointed! A++

Do not order from here. I placed an overnight order to be delivered Friday on Thursday. Hours later I get a phone call stating they don’t have the size I ordered. However, they will have some the next day. I consent to just waiting one more day. Now they should be arriving Saturday by 12 pm. 12pm Saturday rolls around and no crabs. I call around 1pm and they have no idea what is going on and promise a call back. I did I not receive call back or my crabs. They apparently close at 5 on Saturday. I called back several times before 5pm and I could not get a real person, just keep getting voicemail. So not only was an event ruined, they didn’t even have the professionalism to acknowledge or correct their screw up.

Let me explain how wonderful Patrick is!! I ordered about 3 weeks ago a bushel of crabs. I wanted to use a coupon and it wasn’t working so I emailed them. Patrick responded within the hour and told me to purchase and he will refund the coupon amount. He even sent out the same day! My package came about 4 days later. That didn’t seem right as I ordered before and it came next day. So I emailed Patrick who said he was sorry and will send out another shipment of them. I agreed and he sent out another package a few days later. As I was having a family get together that weekend. Well the pack didn’t come again. This time I’m like something is wrong. I emailed Patrick again who called fedex. Patrick call me and explain that both shipments were sent to a different port by mistake and that fedex will reimburse both. Patrick offered me my money back and was very sorry for all that had happened. He even once again sent out another package. The package arrive the next day as planned. They were so fresh and yummy. It was definitely a headache but well worth the wait. I just have to say how wonderful Patrick is and how caring he is to his customers. I will definitely be ordering from him again. I hope this help people when trying to decide if they want to order from there. Thank you Patrick!!!

I ORDERED FROM A LADY NAMED ROBIN ON THE PHONE SHE WAS VERY PLEASANT AN ASSISTED WELL... I ordered 1/2 bushel of Large Male an a pound of XL Shrimp...Everything was AMAZING.... ABOUT TO CALL AN ORDER MORE...BY THE WAY WHERE I LIVE THEY DONT SALE BLUE CRABS WORTH BUYING...

We bought 7 dozen large live crabs and they showed up in broken and soggy container. We called and basically they said it was Fed Ex’s fault and to speak with them. There were at least 2 dozen or more dead crabs. Fed ex won’t reimburse until some shipping waiver is filled out by Crab Dynasty and I called them and they didn’t know what that was and they never called me back. Horrible customer service after spending almost 400 dollars on this. Update: A.J. contacted me after he got my email. We had called twice before and no resolution. But, A.J. was apologetic and cordial and promptly resolved our issue. Thank you. We will try Crab Dynasty again.
